Getting Started:
-
Before starting assembly, verify all parts are included and
undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, do not return the
damaged item to your dealer; contact Customer Service. -
Make sure your TV (including accessories) weighs less than 99
lbs (45kg). If it weighs more, this mount is NOT compatible. -
Determine the type of wall you have: drywall with wood studs or
solid concrete/concrete block. -

Wood Stud Installation:
-
Use a stud finder to locate the wood studs on your wall.
-
Place the drilling template on the wall and align it with the
desired mounting location. -
Use a pencil to mark the locations for drilling holes.
-
Drill pilot holes using a 7/32in. (5mm) wood drill bit.
-
Attach the wall plate to the wood studs using lag screws and
washers. -
Secure the TV mount plate to the arm assembly using bolts,
washers, and a wrench. -
Attach the TV bracket to the TV using the appropriate TV
screws, washers, and spacers. -
Hang the TV on the wall plate and ensure it is securely in
place.
Concrete Installation:
-
Use a tape measure to determine the desired mounting location
on the concrete wall. -
Place the drilling template on the wall and align it with the
desired mounting location. -
Use a pencil to mark the locations for drilling holes.

Drill pilot holes using a 3/8in. (10mm) concrete drill
bit. -
Insert wall anchors into the drilled holes.
-
Attach the wall plate to the wall anchors using lag screws and
washers. -
Secure the TV mount plate to the arm assembly using bolts,
washers, and a wrench. -
Attach the TV bracket to the TV using the appropriate TV
screws, washers, and spacers. -
Hang the TV on the wall plate and ensure it is securely in
place.

Q: Does the weight of my TV matter when using this mount?

Step 1-1 Select TV Screw Diameter
Hand thread screws into the threaded inserts on the back of your TV to
determine which screw diameter ( M4, M6, or M8 ) to use.

Step 1-2 Select TV Screw Length
If your TV has a flat back, AND you want your TV closer to the wall, use the
shorter screws(A). Use the spacers and longer screws(B) to accommodate:
· Round/irregular back TVs · TVs with inset mounting holes · Extra space
needed for cables

CAUTION: Verify
adequate thread engagement with the screw/washer/spacer combination and TV
bracket. -Too short will not hold the TV. -Too long will damage the TV.

Position your TV Mount Plate / TV Backets over your TV hole pattern- making sure the brackets are centered and level over the TV hole pattern.Secure the TV plate or brackets using your screw/washer spacer selectiion: (a) for Flat Back (b) for Round Back/Extra space
Note: If your TV VESA is less than 100x200mm / 4×8 inch, you only need to
install a TV Mount Plte. If your TV VESA is more than 100x200mm/4×8 inch or
less than 600×400 mm / 23×16 inch, you need to install a TV bracket.
CAUTION: Ensure TV Mount Plate / TV Bracket is securely fastened before moving
on to the next step.

CAUTION: Avoid potential personal injury or property damage! All Lag Screws A
MUST BE firmly tightened to prevent unwanted movement of the Wall Plate 01 .
Drywall covering the wall must not exceed 5/8 in.(16mm) Minimum wood stud
size: common 2×4 in. (51x102mm) nominal 1×3 in.(38x8omm)

CAUTION: Ensure the Wall Plate 01 is securely fastened to the wall before continuing on to the next step.
Locate your studs. Verify and mark the center of the studs by finding the stud edges using an awl, a thin nail, or an edge-to-edge stud finder.
Position the Wall Plate Template 06 at your desired height and line up the holes with your stud center line. Level the wall plate and mark the holes.
Drill 3 pilot holes using a 7/32 in (5.5mm) diameter drill bit. IMPORTANT:
Pilot holes must be drilled to a depth
of 2.36 in.(60mm). Be sure to drill into the center of the stud.
Install wall plate 01 using lag screws A and washers B . Tighten the lag screws only until they are pulled firmly a gainst the wall plate 01 .

CAUTION: Avoid potential personal injuries and property damage!
Minimum solid concrete thickness: 8 in.(203mm) Minimum concrete block size: 8
x 8 x 16 in.(203x203x406mm) Minimum horizontal space between fasteners: 16
in.(406mm) Mount wall plate 01 directly onto the concrete surface.
Position Wall Plate Template 06 at your desired height. Level then mark the four hole locations.
Drill four pilot holes using a 3/8 in. (10 mm) masonry drill bit.
IMPORTANT: Pilot holes must be drilled to a depth of 2.56 in. (65 mm). Never
drill into the mortar between blocks.
Insert four wall anchors C (10x50mm) to the wall
CAUTION: Be sure the anchors are seated flush with the concrete surface.
Install arm assembly / wall plate 01 with four lag screws A and washers B
CAUTION: Improper use could reduce the holding power of lag screws A DO NOT
over-tighten the screws.
Step 3A Hang the TV onto the Arm Assembly For VESA 100×200 below TVs
Tighten the Bolts M and washers N to secure the TV to the arm assembly.
Step 3B Secure the Fixed Bracket and Arm Extension to the Arm Assemble/Wall Plate, and Hang the TV to Arm Extension (for large size TVs

1.Loosen the pre-assembled bolts S1 of the fixing 1.Remove the screws S2 and hang the TV onto the arm assembly .

2.Press the safety locks down, then fasten the removed screw .

3.Hang the front support onto the arm assembly, and

Step 4 Tilt and level adjustment
1. Slightly loosen the bolt M or nut N1 with -FWFM a wrench P .
2. Adjust TV to your desired level and tilt angle. 3. Retighten the bolt M or
nut N1 to secure
