Installation:

To install the Full Motion TV Wall Mount:

  1. Ensure that you have the necessary accessories included in the package.
  2. If any accessories are missing, please contact us at [email protected] for immediate assistance.
  3. Choose a suitable location on a wood stud, solid concrete, or brick wall to mount the TV.
  4. Do not install the TV wall mount into sheetrock/drywall alone.
  5. Refer to the instruction manual for pilot hole drilling and bolt installation.
  6. If drilling into a brick wall, avoid drilling into the mortar between blocks.
  7. Make sure there is sufficient thread engagement by turning the bolts at least 5 times.

Cable Management:

To manage cables on the TV back:

  1. First, plug in the cables to the TV.
  2. Add spacers to create extra space between the TV and the TV brackets.

Adjusting TV Position:

To adjust the position of the TV on the mount:

  1. If you need to lift up the TV, use the upper holes of TV brackets to install the VESA hole.
  2. If you want to lower the TV, use the lower holes of TV brackets to install the VESA hole.
  3. Follow the steps to remove and re-attach the TV on the TV Wall Mount.

Leveling:

To level the TV:

  1. After installation, if your TV is not level, adjust the bolt [M] to level the angle in place.
  2. Ensure that the drill hole is horizontal.
  3. You can adjust the level by hand, but be cautious as the bolt (M) also holds your TV to the mount. Loosen and tighten it accordingly.
  4. Check if the bolt holes and wall plate are level. Adjust as needed.

Question 1: Can the TV wall mount be installed on the sheetrock/drywall alone?

Answer: No, the TV wall mount cannot be installed on sheetrock/drywall alone. This product is designed for use on wood studs, solid concrete, and brick walls. Do not install the TV wall mount into sheetrock/drywall alone.

Question 2: The supplied bolts for the TV are too long. What should I do?

Answer: For brick walls, never drill into the mortar between blocks. Use spacers and washers to create proper thread engagement between the TV and the TV bracket. We recommend at least 5 turns of thread engagement.

Question 3: How should I manage cables on the TV back?

Answer: First, plug in the cables to the TV. Then, add spacers to create extra space between the TV and the TV brackets.

Question 1 Can the TV wall mount be installed on the sheetrock/drywall alone?

Question 6 How to check if the TV wall mount is firmly secured?

Answer: Before attaching the TV to the mount, please try to pull down the TV wall mount with your hands to check whether it is firmly secured.

Question 7 How to raise/lower the TV if the TV wall mount is fixed on the wall?

PLEASE NOTE: This answer is only suitable for the TV that has a bolt pattern smaller than 400mm (16in).

Please attach the TV to the TV wall mount before moving the arm assembly, then move the TV to adjust the swiveling angle of the TV wall mount.

Question 10 Can not adjust the tilting angle of the TV.

Check if the nut are too loose to hold the tilting angle. Please tighten the nut to hold the angle in place.
Use the tool to loosen the nut on the front end of the arm. Then tilt the TV to your desired angle. Finally tighten the nut to hold the angle in place.
