If ar error is detected:

  1. Check that your phone supports wireless charging and does not have any credit cards, stands, or other metal attachments on the back (other than the magnetic ring).
  2. After checking the above, unplug and plug in the charging cable again to resume normal charging.

Important Reminders

  1. The Halol ock™ charging pad only supports magnetic attachments: with a caseless Phone with MagSafe, an official MagSale case, an [SR I laloLock “case or a standard case with a HaloLock* Universal Ring. It may not attach to other magnetic cases. It will not attach to any other non-magnetic phones or cases. (Over time, the charger may leave a faint circular mark on the back of your phone that can be easily cleaned with an alcohol wipe.)
  2. This charger supports an input of 9V-2.2A and outputs a maximum of 15W to iPhones.
  3. We recommend using the included power cable to power the charger. Using a different cable may prevent the charger from charging.
  4. This charger requires a charging adapter that supports QC or PD fast charging and an output: of at least 18.
  5. A charger must be plugged into the power supply to charge devices.

  1. Do not place the device in temperatures below 0°C (32°F) or above 60°C (140°F).
