your used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the
retailer where the product was purchased. They can take this product for
environmental safe recycling.
CHARGING THE BUILT-IN BATTERY’
Prior to using the speaker for the first time, fully charge the built-in
battery via the supplied USB lead (type-C connector). The charging voltage and
current are 5V 0.3A, maximum 5V 1A.
During charge, the speaker lights up in red. The red light goes off when the
battery is fully charged.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR APPLIANCES CONTAINING LITHIUM-ION BATTERIES
- PRIOR to using the unit for the first time, please charge fully the battery
- Charge the battery regularly after each use. Don’t wait until it is discharged!
- DON’T allow the battery to discharge completely, otherwise it will lose 20% of its capacity or even be totally damaged! If the voltage becomes too low, the internal circuits are not powered anymore and it will become impossible to recharge the battery!
- If you don’t use the unit for a longer period of time, it is recommended to charge it at 40% of its capacity and check/charge it once per month.
The lifetime of the battery depends on the observance of these
recommendations.
BATTERIES ARE NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
We cannot be held responsible for damaged batteries further to the non-
observance of these basic rules.
POWER ON/OFF (8)
Push switch (8) to ON position to switch the speaker on. The lights will be
flashing blue.
Push the switch to OFF position to switch the speaker off.
BLUETOOTH CONNECTION
Turn the speaker on. Activate the Bluetooth function on your mobile phone,
search for PARTY-OWL and connect.
When you switch on the speaker next time, it will automatically connect to the
last paired Bluetooth device.
PLAYING MUSIC
During play, press the PLAY/PAUSE button (2) to pause the music. Press again
to resume play.
During play, press “-“ button (3) to play the previous song or “+” (1) to play
the next song.
Keep “-“ button pressed to decrease the volume.
Keep “+” button pressed to increase the volume.
LIGHT SWITCH (4)
Press to toggle through the various light modes and OFF.
MUSIC SOURCE SELECTION
When the speaker is switched on, it enters automatically into Bluetooth mode.
Insert a microSD card, a USB
stick or connect an AUX device and playback of the connected device will start
automatically.
