DESCRIPTION OF THE REAR PANEL
- Digital MP3 player
- Master volume control
- Input selector: Press this button to switch between the various inputs ( USB, SD, Bluetooth, FM)
- In USB/SD/Bluetooth mode: press to go back to the previous track. In FM mode: press to go to the previously stored FM station.
- Play/pause in USB/SD/Bluetooth mode. In FM mode, press and hold this button to start searching for radio stations and store them automatically in the memory
- In USB/SD/Bluetooth mode: press to go to the next track. In FM mode: press to go to the next stored FM station.

- When the power adaptor is connected, the indicator lamp lights up in red as long as the battery will be charging. It lights up in green, when the battery is fully charged.

Unauthorized conversions and/or modifications of the appliance are not permitted for safety and licensing reasons (CE).

The appliance is approved for operation in dry, closed rooms only . Do not operate the device nearby water, such as in bathrooms or nearby swimming pools.

The appliance may not be exposed to extreme temperatures (< +5°C / > +35°C) in operation.

The appliance may not be subjected to strong vibrations or heavy mechanical strain.

The appliance may not be exposed to excessive moisture (due to dripping or sprayed water, for example).

Never place the appliance on an unstable or movable surface. Persons could be injured or the appliance damaged by it falling down.

When using a rack, make sure it is in a stable position and is transported securely. Installation on uneven, slanted surfaces or stopping the rack abruptly during transport can result in the rack overturning or appliances falling from or out of the rack and injuring people.

Live components can be exposed by opening covers or removing components (unless this can be done without tools). Contact points can also be live. If the appliance has to be opened in order to calibrate, service, repair or replace components or assemblies, all of its poles must be disconnected from all sources of voltage first. If the appliance has to be kept open and under voltage during maintenance or repairs, this work may only be carried out by a specialist who is familiar with the risks involved and the relevant regulations.

Never connect the appliance directly after transferring it from a cold to a warm room. The condensation water that forms could destroy the appliance or result in an electric shock. Allow the device to reach room temperature before connecting it. Wait until the condensation water has evaporated. This can take some hours.

Do not place any naked flames such as those of burning candles on or next to the appliance.

Do not place the appliance on soft surfaces such as carpets or beds. Do not cover the air vents of the appliance. Do not obstruct the air circulation with objects such as magazines, table cloths or curtains. This prevents the dissipation of heat from the appliance and can result in overheating.

Only use the appliance in a moderate climate, not in tropical environments.

All persons involved in operating, installing and servicing the appliance and putting it into service must be trained and qualified accordingly and observe these operating instructions.

If you are not sure about the correct connection or if questions arise which are not answered by the operating instructions, please do not hesitate to contact support or a specialist of your choice. Consult a specialist if you are in doubt the operating principle or the safety of the product.
CHARGING THE UNIT
This speaker has a high capacity battery. Please use the supplied lead for
charging.
The power adapter has an indicator light that will illuminate red when the
speaker is on charge. It takes around 6-8 hours to fully charge the speakers.
Disconnect the power adaptor as soon as the battery is fully charged.
NOTE: When the battery of the speaker is low, please charge it within 48
hours.
NOTE: Please shut down the power switch after you have finished using the
system.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON LITHIUM-ION BATTERIES

PRIOR to using the unit for the first time, please charge fully the battery
-
Charge the battery regularly after each use. Don’t wait until it is discharged!
-
DON’T allow the battery to discharge completely, otherwise it will lose 20% of its capacity or even be totally damaged!
If the voltage becomes too low, the internal circuits are not powered anymore and it will become impossible to recharge the battery! -
If you don’t use the unit for a longer period of time, it is recommended to charge it at 40% of its capacity and check/charge it once per month.
BATTERIES ARE NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
We cannot be held responsible for damaged batteries further to the non-
observance of these basic rules.
USE OF THE REMOTE CONTROL

Please operate the remote control within a distance of 6m and 30° between the remote and the appliance.
Aim the remote at the sensor. Remove all obstacles between the remote and the sensor. -
The remote control might not work properly if the sensor is exposed to strong sunshine.

If the remote control doesn’t work properly, please check the batteries.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR BATTERIES
This symbol indicates that used batteries should not be disposed of with household waste but deposited in separate collection points for recycling
WARNING
Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly placed. Only replace by the
same or equivalent type.
Do not swallow the battery. Danger of chemical burns.
The supplied remote control contains a button cell. In case of ingestion, it
might cause serious internal burns within only 2 hours that might lead to
death.
Keep new and old batteries out of the reach of children.
If the battery compartment doesn’t close properly, stop using the product
and keep it out of the reach of children.
If you are in doubt whether the batteries have been swallowed or introduced
into any other part of the body, contact immediately a doctor.
DESCRIPTION OF REMOTE CONTROL
POWER key: This button is used to power on/off the speaker.
MODE key: Use this button to toggle between AUX mode/BT/USB/SD/FM mode.
MUTE key: mutes the sound. Press again to restore the sound
⏯Play/pause in USB/SD/Bluetooth mode. In FM mode, press and hold this button
to start searching for radio stations and store them automatically in the
memory
⏮: In Mp3 mode, short press to play the previous track and long press for fast
backwards.
In FM mode: press to go to the previously stored FM station.
⏭: In Mp3 mode short press to play the next track; long press to fast forward.
In FM mode: press to go to the next stored FM station.
VOL- key: This button is to reduce the volume.
VOL+ key: this button is to increase the volume.
In MP3 mode: Press to browse through the folders
EQ key: Helps you to choose between Jazz, Rock, Bass, Normal and Classic mode.
SCN key: This button is to choose between USB or SD card.
Repeat key: Press “repeat” once to repeat the song and twice to repeat the
entered playlist.
“0-9” numbers: In Mp3 mode, it refers to the track number.
CONNECTION OF THE WIRED MICROPHONE
Connect the microphone to the MIC IN socket and switch it on.
Note: If you are playing music from any other input, connecting the microphone
will not mute the sound output.
KARAOKE FUNCTION
This feature is available with any input. Play a track through AUX/USB/SD/Bluetooth/FM, connect a microphone and sing along.
USB/SD OPERATION
Keep the speaker away from high temperatures, strong magnetic fields and any
equipment that could generate interference. If the speaker stops working,
switch it off and on again, or unplug USB/SD card and re-plug it. The speaker
should be back to normal status.
The maximum size of USB/SD device that can be connected is 32 GB.

FM RADIO FUNCTION

Turn on the unit and press repeatedly the input selector key on unit and select FM function (the display will show the frequency).

Press the PLAY/PAUSE button to activate the auto memory (the radio starts an automatic search for available radio stations and saves them automatically). The station’s number stored depends on the radio signal in your area.
During the search, press PLAY button to stop searching. -
Use the ⏭ and ⏮ keys to listen to the various radio stations saved in memory.
BLUETOOTH OPERATION
- Turn on the unit and press the input selector button on unit to select the Bluetooth function.
- Activate the Bluetooth feature on the external device to be paired.
- Initiate a search for devices. The device shows up as «PARTY-LED».
- Press the ⏯ to start playing and the buttons ⏭ and ⏮ for the selection of songs.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
If a problem occurs, follow the steps in the table below. If problem still can’t be solved, please contact your retailer.
