INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Rear Poly Windshield: IN-RWS-P-XPD
(for RWS-P-XPD-75, 76 and SGW)

1. The first thing you need to do is install the (2) Rear Brackets along the top edge of the windshield using the M6x20 Button Head with Sealing Washer, “item-A” and the M6 Nylock Nut, “item-F” in your kit. The brackets will be installed on the inside of the windshield. See Fig.1. Then you will apply a small piece of the rubber pad on the upper side of the brackets as shown in Fig.1b. (Fig.1b shows the Windshield facing down on a table)
2. Now apply the edge seal trim around the outer edges as shown in Fig.2a-b.
3. Next, remove the (5) Factory Pry Rivets located along the back strip and remove the metal strip. See Fig.3.
4. Now you need to install two other brackets onto your machine, these are the LH and RH Brackets in your kit. One will go on the Left Side Rear, and the other on the Right Side Rear. You will install those using the M8x16 Hex Flanged Bolt, “item-D” from your kit. See Fig.4.
5. After the side brackets are installed on each side, now you can get the windshield and hold it up in place where you will be mounting it and align the holes in the window (lower two corners) to the brackets you just installed. You will attach the window using the M8x25 Button head with Sealing Washers, “Item-B” and M8 Nylock Nut, “Item-E” from your kit. Install these items in the lower two corners only. One on the Left and one on the Right. Leave them a little loose until all bolts for mounting have been threaded into place and the final adjustment to the window is made. Fig.5 shows the Lower Left corner with items installed. Repeat for the right side as well.
6. Now install the two upper corners using the M8x35 Button Head, Item-”C”, the 3/4” LDPE Spacer, Item-”G” and M8 Nylock Nut, Item-”E” from your kit. Fig.6 shows this placement and how the components stack together.
7. After the Windshield is in place, you can now replace the long metal strip you removed earlier which goes between the window and the vehicle frame. You will use the (5) Pry Rivets, Item-”H” in your kit to attach the window to the vehicle. This will secure it to the vehicle along the bottom edge. See Fig.7 below.
   Once the Pry Rivets are installed, now go back and tighten all bolts and Nylock nuts to secure the windshield to the vehicle.

For Rear Sliding Glass Window Installation (MODEL: RWS-P-XPD-SGW)
The installation process for the rear window with the Sliding Glass Window is exactly the same as the solid window installed in these instructions. The only difference is that this version has the sliding window.
Everything mounts and is installed the same as men- tioned in these instructions.
