FIRST STEPS
- Remove the power bank from the shipping box and remove all packaging from the power bank and accessories.
- Inspect the power bank and accessories for shipping damage.
- Read carefully through this user manual and all safety instructions before using the power bank.
- Go to powerbank.lifeprofitness.com and register your product within 14 days of purchase to activate your lifetime warranty.
- Complete the steps in the EASY-START SETUP GUIDE on page 5 to begin using the power bank.

EASY-START SETUP GUIDE

FULLY CHARGE THE POWER BANK
- Fully charge the power bank before using it for the first time.
- Ensure the power bank is OFF before charging.
- Plug the USB-C end of the charging cable into the USB-C input port on the power bank.
- Plug the standard USB end of the charging cable into the USB power adapter.
- Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.

POWERING YOUR LIFEPRO DEVICE (DC OUTPUT – 12V–3A MAX)
- Press the Power button on the power bank to turn it on.
- Plug the included DC cable into the DC output port on the power bank.
- Plug the other end of the DC cable into the DC port on your Lifepro device’s remote control cable.
- Connect and power on your Lifepro device per the user manual.
- Always turn off the power bank after each use.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Please read the operating instructions before using the power bank. Keep this manual for reference.
CHARGING THE BATTERY
- Fully charge the power bank before using it for the first time.
- Always power off the power bank before charging.
- The four Power Indicator LEDs on the front of the power bank flash during charging.
- The Power Indicator LEDs remain fully lit when full charge is reached.
- Always disconnect the charging cable as soon as full charge is reached.
- Charging time will vary depending on the current (1A, 2A, 3A) of the USB power adapter used:
- 5V–1A Adapter: ~18 hours
- 5V–2A Adapter: ~10 hours
- 5V–2A Adapter: ~10 hours
- When the power bank is on (powering/charging other devices), you may press the Power button to check the remaining battery level. The four Power Indicator LEDs will light up to indicate the current level:
- 4 LEDs lit : 75% – 100%
- 2 LEDs lit: 25% – 50%
- 3 LEDs lit : 50% – 75%
- 1 LED lit: 0% – 25%
- The Power Indicator LEDs will automatically power off after 30 seconds to save power.
- During use, the Power Indicator LEDs will flash when the battery level is low.
- The power bank provides an average run-time of about 3 hours for your Lifepro devices.
- The battery must be charged at least once every 2 months.
- The power bank has short-circuit, over-voltage, over-current, overcharge, and over-discharge protection for safe and reliable charging.
WARNING: Do NOT charge the power bank while powering/charging other
devices. This power bank does not support simultaneous input and output.
WARNING: Do NOT use the power bank to power/charge two devices at once.
CHARGING THE POWER BANK
Charge the power bank using the included USB-C charging cable and the included 5V–2A USB power adapter.
To charge the power bank:

Turn the power bank off.
-
Plug the USB-C end of the charging cable into the USB-C input port on the bottom of the power bank.

Plug the other end of the charging cable into either:
a. The included USB power adapter and plug the power adapter into a wall outlet, OR;
b. Any standard USB 3.0 port on a laptop/ computer. -
Always unplug the charging cable as soon as full charge is reached.
NOTE: You may use a 5V–1A power adapter (the current is lower, so charging will be slower) or a 5V–3A power adapter (the current is higher, so charging will be faster) instead of the included 5V–2A adapter.
WARNING: Do not charge the power bank using a USB power adapter that
exceeds 5V–3A.
WARNING: Do not charge the power bank while powering/charging other
devices. This power bank does not support simultaneous power input and output.
USING THE POWER BANK TO POWER YOUR 12V DC LIFEPRO DEVICES (DC OUTPUT)
The power bank may be used to power 12V DC devices, such as the Lifepro AllevaRed, AllevaRed Pro, and BioRecover. Only the included 1.35mm male to 2.1mm male DC cable may be used to power your Lifepro devices with the power bank.
To power your 12V Lifepro device:
- Press the Power button on the side of the power bank to turn it on.
- Plug the small end of the DC cable into the DC port on the power bank.
- Plug the large end of the DC cable into the DC port at the end of the remote control cable of your AllevaRed, AllevaRed Pro, or BioRecover.
- Connect the remote control cable to your Lifepro device per the instructions in its user manual.
- Power on your Lifepro device.
- Always power off your power bank and disconnect the DC cable after each use.
WARNING: The connected device may not exceed the 12V–3A DC output
maximum.
WARNING: Do NOT use the power bank to power/charge two devices at once
(do not use both output ports at the same time).
NOTE: The power bank can power your Lifepro device for up to 3 hours.
USING THE POWER BANK TO CHARGE YOUR MOBILE DEVICES (USB 3.0 OUTPUT)
The power bank may be used to charge mobile devices, such as cell phones and
tablets. Only a standard USB charging cable may be used with the power bank.
To charge your mobile device:
- Press the Power button on the side of the power bank to turn it on.
- Connect the charging cable to the charging port (USB-C port, lighting port, etc.) on your mobile device.
- Plug the USB end of the charging cable into the USB 3.0 output port on the power bank.
- Always unplug the charging cable as soon your mobile device is fully charged.
- Always power off the power bank after each use.
WARNING: The connected mobile device may not exceed the 5.0V–2.0A USB
output maximum.
WARNING: The included USB 3.0 output cannot be used to power 12V Lifepro
devices; it can only be used to charge mobile devices, such as cell phones and
tablets.
WARNING: Do NOT use the power bank to charge/power two devices at once.
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Quickly troubleshoot simple issues you might experience with the power bank
using the table below.

For adult-use only. Keep away from children and pets. Children should never be allowed to play with batteries as they may accidentally hurt themselves or other people, or damage the power bank or accessories. Always store the power bank out of reach of children so it is not accidentally handled.

This power bank is not intended for use by adults with diminished mental, sensory, or physical capacity, unless they are closely supervised by a responsible adult.

This power bank is intended for in-home use only. Do not use in any commercial, rental, institutional, or therapeutic setting.

Dispose of the power bank according to local and state regulations. Do not dispose of batteries in the garbage. Always take batteries to a battery-recycling or household hazardous waste collection facility
ELECTRICAL SAFETY -
WARNING: Only use the included power adapter and/or USB power cable at the specified voltage to charge the power bank.

Do not use exceed the power bank’s output rating.

Turn off the power bank when not in use.

It is recommended to only use the manufacturer-provided USB-C cable for charging.

Never leave the power bank unattended while it is plugged in or running.

Always unplug the power bank after using, and prior to cleaning, storing, or moving.

Keep the power bank and cables away from flammable or explosive items, chemicals, open flame, and heat sources, such as central heating, portable heaters, stoves, fireplaces, and ovens.

Do not use or store in high temperature environments, such as a vehicle, where temperatures may exceed 140°F. Excessive heat can cause the battery to explode, fire, electrocution, or injury to person(s) or property.

Do not operate the power bank in enclosed spaces, such as in a purse, pocket, bag, or under a blanket or pillow.

Do not use or store in direct sunlight

Never plug in or unplug the cables with wet hands.

Keep sharp objects such as pins, knives, and needles away from power bank and cables. Do not store the power bank with metal objects such as necklaces, pins, coins, or screws as this could cause the battery to short-circuit or explode.

Never puncture, drop, throw, or cut the power bank to avoid damaging the internal battery.

If liquid leaking from the power bank gets into your eyes, do not rub your eyes. Wash them well with clean water and call a physician immediately.

Do not use any cables if they have been modified or damaged as this may result in fire and/or personal injury.

The power bank has no user-serviceable parts; the internal battery is not removable or replaceable.

Do not attempt to open, disassemble, modify, or fix the power bank. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion, or personal injury.

Do not operate in the presence of aerosol (spray) products or corrosive gases, or where concentrated oxygen is being administered.

Never drag or hang the power bank by its cables. Do not destroy, bend, stretch, twist, or tie the cables.

If the power bank begins to make unusual noises, turn off and unplug immediately.

Charge the power bank at least once every two months to avoid a shortened battery life.

When the power bank’s charge is low, recharge as soon as possible to avoid shortening the battery life.

Disconnect the power bank from the power source as soon as it reaches full-charge.

Do not stick fingers or other objects into any opening.
CLEANING, STORAGE & MAINTENANCE -
Wipe down the power bank with a soft, dry cloth if necessary. Never allow water or other liquids to come into contact with the power bank.

Never use abrasive, corrosive, solvent, or chemical cleaners or harsh detergents to clean.

Store the power bank in a cool, dry location. Do not store close to the ground, walls, or roof. Do not store other objects on top of the power bank.
