DESCRIPTION

Measures temperature (indoors and outdoors) and air pressure. Comes with calendar, alarm function and snooze function that shows the time and weekday. A wireless sensor is included, with a range of up to 60 m over an open space.

HOW TO USE

BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME

  1. Open the battery compartment for the main unit.
  2. Insert 2 AAA batteries with the correct polarity as shown by the markings.
  3. When the batteries are inserted all the icons on the display go on for 3 seconds and a beep is heard. The indoor temperature is registered.
  4. The main unit searches for the outdoor sensor. This takes about 3 minutes and a flashing icon for a radio mast is shown on the outdoor part of the receiver display.
  5. Open the battery compartment on the wireless outdoor sensor and the battery compartment on the main unit and insert 2 AM batteries with the correct polarity as shown by the markings.
  6. When the receiver has created a connection to the outdoor sensor it switches to clock mode.

MANUAL SETTING OF CLOCK

  1. Press the MODE button for 2 seconds. The year value (2013) starts flashing. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to set the year.
  2. Press the MODE button to confirm. The month value starts flashing. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to set the month.
  3. Press the MODE button to confirm. The date value starts flashing. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to set the date.
  4. Press the MODE button to confirm. The values for month and date start flashing. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to select the display format month/day or day/month.
  5. Press MODE button to confirm your setting, the Language icon display starts to flash. Now use UP and DOWN buttons to set Language.
  6. Press MODE to confirm. The 12/24 hour display starts flashing. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to select 12 hour or 24 hour display.
  7. Press the MODE button to confirm. The hour value starts flashing. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to set the hour.
  8. Press the MODE button to confirm. The minutes value starts flashing. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to set the minutes.
  9. Press MODE to confirm the settings and exit settings mode. The clock display image is shown.

NOTE:

The settings mode closes after 30 seconds if no buttons are pressed, after which the clock display is shown.

SETTING DAIL ALARMS

  1. Press the UP button once. The icon is shown and the settings mode for alarm is activated.

  2. When the clock display image is shown, press the MODE button once. The alarm display image is shown.

  3. In alarm mode, press the MODE button for 2 seconds. The hour value for the alarm starts flashing. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to set the hour. Press the MODE button to confirm the setting.

  4. The minutes value for the alarm starts flashing. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to set the minutes. Press MODE to confirm the settings and exit settings mode.

  5. Tap the UP button once to activate or deactivate the daily alarm.
    NOTE:
    The settings mode closes after 30 seconds if no buttons are pressed, after which the clock display is shown.

  6. The alarm will continue for 1 minute if it is not deactivated by pressing a button. In which case the alarm will repeat automatically after 24 hours.

  7. Ascending alarm signal (duration 1 minute): The volume changes 3 times during the duration of the alarm signal.

WITCHING OFF THE ALARM

Press any button other than SNOOZE to switch off the alarm. The alarm is repeated at the same time the next day.

SNOOZE MODE

Press the SNOOZE button to activate snooze mode. The alarm sounds again after about 5 minutes.

TEMPERATURE DISPLAY

The temperature is shown in °C or °F. Press the DOWN button to select to display in °C or °F.

DISPLAY OF BAROMETER PRESSURE

The barometer pressure can be shown in inHg or mbar/hPa. Press the HISTORY button for 2 seconds. The unit for barometer pressure starts flashing. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to select the unit for barometer pressure.

SIGNAL TRANSFER

  • The weather station starts automatically receiving signals from the outdoor sensor for temperature when the batteries are inserted.
  • When the batteries are inserted the outdoor sensor for temperature automatically sends signals to the main unit.
  • If the main unit does not receive signals from the outdoor sensor for temperature (– is shown on the display), press the button DOWN for 3 seconds to search for the signal manually. The icon with a radio mast and — —flash on the display when the main unit receives the signal from the outdoor sensor.

NOTE:
LL is shown on the display if the registered temperature is below the set limit value. NH is shown on the display if the registered temperature is over the set limit value.

DISPLAY OF BAROMETER PRESSURE IN THE LAST 12 HOURS
Press the HISTORY button repeatedly to show value for barometer pressure during the last
12 hours. 0 HR = actual barometer pressure,
-1 HR = barometer pressure one hour ago,
-2 HR = barometer pressure two hours ago, etc.

NOTE:
The settings mode closes after 20 seconds if no buttons are pressed, after which the actual barometer pressure is shown.

WEATHER FORECAST FUNCTION

NOTE:

  • Note the local weather forecast in addition to the forecast from the product. In the event of deviations between local weather forecasts and information from the product, the local weather forecast should be considered to be more correct.
  • The weather forecast is estimated through an evaluation of the fluctuation in barometer pressure and can deviate from the actual weather.
  • The weather icons indicate the expected fluctuation in the weather for the next 6 to 12 hours, not the actual weather.
