WORKPRO Locking Pliers Set

WARNING:

  • Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
  • Do not use this product for tasks beyond its capacity. This can damage the tool and may cause injury.
  • Wear safety glasses or goggles, or a face shield (with safety glasses or goggles) and protective gloves when using this product.
  • Always check that all mounting bolts and nuts are securely tightened before using. If any parts are missing, do not use this product until the missing parts are replaced. When servicing, use only identical replacement parts. Use of any other parts may create a hazard or cause product damage.
  • Do not use locking pliers that have damaged or worn out jaws or handles.
  • Do not use locking pliers as hammers or pry bars.
  • Do not use grip handles for jobs requiring insulated handles. The grips do not protect against electric shock.
  • Do not modify or alter the locking pliers in any way. This can compromise their OR K safety and effectiveness.

OPERATION GUIDE

  1. Choose a suitable locking pliers to clamp or rotate.

  2. To unlock the pliers by pressing the release lever built into the movable handle.

  3. To fit the size of your work pieces by fine-turning the adjustment bolt clockwise to narrow the jaws or counterclockwise to widen the jaws.
    (NOTE: Do not use this product for tasks beyond its capacity. This can damage the tool and may cause injury.).

  4. Place the jaws around work pieces once again and test again for fit.

  5. Repeat above process to adjust the jaws until the handles click when you squeeze them and while you have a good grip on it.
    (NOTE: If you’re working with something delicate, avoid squeezing the handles too hard as you can damage the work surface.).

  6. After completing the above work, you can locking pliers clamping, bending or shaping metal, removing rounded bolt heads, repairing plumbing leaks and so on.

  7. When finished using the pliers, press the release lever to open the jaws and and close the handle, turn again the knob to restore it to its original state. Then remember to do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.

CLEAN AND MAINTENANCE

  1. Do not leave water or dirt on your tools. So when you have finished using your locking pliers, wipe them down with a clean towel, make sure they are clean and dry, and it’s better to coat with oil to prevent rusting.
  2. Regularly check whether all parts are in good condition. If any parts are damaged or worn, replace them immediately. Do not use a damaged or worn part, as it may break or malfunction during use.
  3. Store locking pliers in a dry and clean place. Avoid exposing them to moisture or extreme temperatures.
