New functions and changes:
- New Chromecast built-in version implemented.
- New menu item “Touch panel” added to menu “system setup”. The function is intended to switch the local touch panel ON and OFF.
- Menu item “Phase” moved from the “Speaker Setup” to “Subwoofer Setup”.
- Menu item „Sub Stereo“ with the Parameter „Parallel“ and „X-Over“ added to the “Subwoofer Setup” menu.
- Menu item „Stereo Sub Xover“ added to the menu „Subwoofer Setup“.
- Menu item „DRC“ moved from „System Setup“ to „Speaker Setup”.
- New menu item “USB logging” added to the menu “system info”.
- Soundbar 10 is now prepared for being controled via the Canton Smart APP.
Bug fixes:
- General stability improvements.
- Improved stability in conjunction with eARC devices.
- Fixed the error that a wired Subwoofer won’t have any output if the TV is set to eARC.
- Fixed the error that a wired Subwoofer won’t have any output in case of playmode stereo.
- Fixed the error that the SUB Stereo mode is selectable even if no large speakers are connected.
- Improved stability of CEC communication.
- Improved stability of the Canton wireless Network.
- Improved plop noise on a connected wired Subwoofer in case of switching between TV stations.
Tip:
If your device shows an unexpected behaviour after the update, please execute
an OTA recover. This function can be found in the menu under system setup –>
factory reset –> OTA recover.
