Kmart Australia Ltd warrants your new product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated above, from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used by the accompanying recommendations or instructions where provided. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.  Kmart will provide you with your choice of a refund, repair or exchange (where possible) for this product if it becomes defective within the warranty period. Kmart will bear the reasonable expense of claiming the warranty. This warranty will no longer apply where the defect is a result of alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase and contact our Customer Service Centre on 1800 124 125 (Australia) or 0800 945 995 (New Zealand) or via Customer Help at kmart.com.au for any difficulties with your product. Warranty claims and claims for expenses incurred in returning this product can be addressed to our Customer Service Centre at 690 Springvale Rd, Mulgrave VIC 3170. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. For New Zealand customers, the warranty is in addition to statutory rights observed under New Zealand legislation.

Note:

Please remove the insulation film from the charging terminals and charge the earbuds and case before use.

• The batteries in this product are not replaceable.
•  During use, storage or transportation the battery should not be subjected to extremely low temperatures or low air pressure at high altitudes.
• If the battery is exposed to extremely high temperatures it could result in an explosion or the leaking of flammable liquid or gas.
• Please take care when disposing of the unit; disposal in a fire, oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting machine could cause an explosion.

Product Overview

Earphone Function Operation

• Pause: Press either the O button
• Play : Press either the O button
• Next Track: Press and hold the right O button
• Previous Track : Press and hold the left O button
• Volume Up : Press the right O button twice in quick succession
• Volume Down: Press the left O button twice in quick succession
• Answer Call : Press either the O button
• Reject Call : Press and hold either O button for 2 seconds
• End Call : Press either O button twice in quick succession Activating Phone Assistant: Press either O button three times in a quick succession

Power ON/OFF and Pairing

• Take both earbuds out from the charging case to turn on the earbuds.
• Once the earbuds are powered on they will automatically sync and enter to pairing mode with LED indicators flashing blue and red.
• Search the Bluetooth list for pairing name KM43277421/KM43277438. Select to pair with your Bluetooth device. LED indicators will automatically turn off until the earbuds are successfully connected.
• Put the earbuds into the charging case to turn them off.
• Manually Power the ON/OFF earphones without charging the case by pressing the earbuds button for 5 seconds.

Charging the Case

• Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging case. Make sure you connect the USB-A to a  standard USB 5V/1A output to avoid any damage.
• The LED indicator will flash red while the case is charging. The red light will stay on when the case is fully charged.

Charging the earbuds

• Place both earbuds into the charging case, ensuring the charging pins are fully connected.
• An LED indicator will stay red while the earbuds are charging. When they are fully charged, the LED indicator will turn off after 10 seconds of blue light.

Safety instructions

• We recommend you fully charge the earbuds before first use.
• To ensure battery life, the earbuds and charging case should be fully charged once a month.
• If the earbuds fail to connect to the Bluetooth® device, put the earbuds into the charging case to turn them off. Make sure both earbuds are fully connected with
• the charging pin, and turn off Bluetooth® on your device. Try to turn on the earbuds and then repeat the pairing process. The earbuds can be used with the provided charging case only.
