WARNING:

This unit contains a sealed lead acid battery. In case battery acid contacts skin, eyes or clothing rinse immediately and thoroughly with water. Then wash with soap and water. Obtain immediate medical attention. For eye contact, flush eyes for at least 15 minutes and obtain immediate medical attention.

CAUTIONS:

  • Never work alone with this product. Make sure that someone is available to provide assistance.
  • Wear complete eye and clothing protection. Do not touch eyes while working near battery.
  • Always keep the clamps in their storage covers to prevent sparking when they are not in use.
  • Do not recharge battery with damaged chargers. Take to a qualified repair technician to replace damaged chargers immediately. Do not attempt to remove or replace the battery used in this device. When the battery has reached the end of it’s useful lifetime, take the entire unit to a battery recycling facility.
  • Avoid dropping metal tools onto vehicle battery. It may spark or short-circuit the battery or other electrical part and may cause short circuits or explosions. For proper and safe operation of the 12 Volt DC power accessory outlets, do not place anything into it except the plug of the accessory to be used.
  • Do not place anything into AC charging input socket except the provided plug from charger unit.

  • Remove metal personal jewelry (such as rings, bracelets, necklaces and watches) while working with a lead-acid battery. These metal items can produce a short-circuit that may cause severe burns.
  • Never charge or jump-start a frozen battery.
  • Never allow clamps (positive & negative terminals) to touch together or to connect to the same piece of metal. • Do not operate this device while wearing vinyl clothing. Static electricity may be generated when vinyl clothing is rubbed.
  • This product is not intended for use in the rain or temperatures above 130°F.
  • Use only the provided chargers, cables and clamps. Unauthorized parts may damage the unit.
  • This product has no consumer serviceable parts.
  • This product is not a toy. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN!
  • Keep battery terminals clean. Be careful to keep corrosion from coming in contact with eyes.
  • Do not let the cords of the jump-starter or attached appliances get wet.
  • Do not operate this unit in or around water. Water can damage the unit.

CHARGING AND RECHARGING

WARNING:

  • Do not overcharge this unit. Prior to charging unit, read and understand all instructions for this unit. Overcharging may result in damage to the unit.

  • This product may arrive partially charged from the manufacturer. It is recommended to fully charge the unit for 48 hours immediately after  purchaseand before using for the first time.

  • To keep optimum battery life, recharge the unit after each use and once every 3 months. Fully recharge the unit when red charger indicator light on.

  • The charging Red LED indicator will be illuminated while charging. When charging is completed, press the LED indicator button then the green LED will stay illuminated. This light will not go out until the charging plug is removed.

  • Do not charge the unit for more than 48 hours by AC charger or 16 hours by DC charger continuously.

  • Do not charge the unit on a boat, boat ramp, or dock since the electrical cords and outlets used for charging could cause severe electrical shock if they get wet.

  • It is recommended that the unit be in an upright position while charging.
    NOTE: Make sure both cable clamps (positive and negative) are placed in their storage holsters when not in use.

  • The unit should not be turned ON while charging, it takes around 36 hours for full charge by AC adaptor and 16 hours by 12V adaptor.

  • Once completed, press the battery status button to view the battery capacity level LEDs indication.

CHARGING WITH AC CHARGER:

  1. Insert AC charger plug into charger jack of the unit.
  2. Insert AC charger receptacle plug into AC receptacle.
  3. The battery status Red LED will illuminate while charging.
  4. Full charge will take approximately 34-36 hours (depending upon power used).
  5. When charging is complete, unplug the AC charger receptacle plug first then unplug the AC charger from the charging jack on the unit.
  6. Press the battery status check button, the Green battery status LED will indicate when fully charged.

CHARGING WITH 12-VOLT CHARGER:

  1. Insert DC charger plug into charger jack of the unit.
  2. Insert DC charger accessory plug into vehicle cigarette lighter socket.
  3. The battery status Red LED will illuminate while charging.
  4. Full charge takes approximately 14-16 hours (depending upon power used).
  5. When charging is completed, unplug the DC charger accessory plug first and  then unplug the DC charger from the charging jack on the unit.
  6. Press the battery status check button, the Green battery status LED will indicate when fully charged.

JUMPSTARTING

  • Turn ignition OFF. Also make sure all accessories such as lights, radio, air conditioner, etc. are OFF.
  • Turn all switches on the Power Stations into the OFF position.
  • Securely connect the Red (+) clamp to your vehicle battery’s positive (+) battery terminal.
  • CAUTION: Do not connect to the negative terminal. Connect the black (-) clamp to a non-moving metal part of the vehicle.
  • Warning: The Red and Green Incorrect Connection light on front of unit indicates if correct connection has been made. Green light means correct connection. Red light means incorrect connection has been made.
  • Only when the correct connection has been made (as indicated by the green light) then turn ON the Jumpstarter Power Switch on back of the unit.
  • Start vehicle. If vehicle does not start, wait 3 minutes before trying again (failure to wait may damage Jumpstarter).
  • After vehicle starts, disconnect the black negative clamp first then the red positive clamp.

POWER STATUS & CHARGE LEVEL INDICATOR LIGHTS:

Indicates the power jumpstart charge level. To receive an accurate battery status reading, unplug the charging adaptor from the unit. Press the charge level indicator button. The charge level indicator LED(s) will turn ON in sequence to indicate the current battery charge level status. When this button is released the charge level LED(s) will turn OFF.

CHARGING LIGHT INDICATOR

Product Overview

Red LED will illuminate while jumpstart battery is charging. When charging is completed the REDLED will stay illuminated. The light will not turn off until the charging plug is removed.

CHARGING LEVELS:

DOUBLE CREEN LED’S: Indicate the battery is fully charged. Ideal level to charge a vehicle battery
SINGLE GREEN LED: Will operate most 12-volt DC  accessories at this level. Recharging to full may be required to charge a vehicle battery
AMBER LED: Power level is low. Recharge Jump Starter RED LED: Recharge immediately. Power Level is extremely low
RED LED: Recharge immediately. Power Level is extremely low

OPERATING WORKLIGHT

The Jumpstart System comes with a built-in work light. The light is directly connected to the Jumpstart’s internal battery. Light will operate for up to 40 hours from a fully charged battery. Turn off light when not required to conserve battery power. Replacement Bulb: The bulb in this unit is 12V 3 watt, designed to provide many hours of operation. In the unlikely event that this should burn out or require replacement, bulbs can be obtained at a local electrical supply outlet. To replace bulb, remove lens by unscrewing the screws. Gently remove blub. Replace bulb and reassemble lens.

USE AS A 12 VOLT DC PORTABLE POWER SUPPLY

The Jumpstart System is equipped with an outlet socket and can be used to operate most 12 volt auto accessories and appliances (11 AMP maximum) equipped with a cigarette lighter plug. Simply lift up cover on socket and plug in appliance. Place power outlet switch located above socket in the “=” position. Length of time appliance will operate will depend on condition of battery and current draw of appliance. Periodically check battery status during operation and discontinue use immediately, if battery condition falls to red level. Recharge unit as soon as possible and before further use. Power outlet is protected by an internal circuit breaker to prevent damage to unit in case appliance has a short circuit or exceeds 11 AMPS. If circuit breaker is tripped, disconnect appliance and have it checked. Circuit breaker will automatically reset once it cools down (approx. 15-20 minutes). DO NOT PLUG A CIGARETTE LIGHTER INTO THE OUTLET OF THE JUMPSATRT

USB Socket:

There are two USB sockets, in telligent output 5V2.1A.Please turn on the USB switch to “” position When you use USB socket to charge your mobile device. The USB indicator will turn green. Please turn off the USB swi tch to” o”posi tion when the usb sockets are not in use.

USING THE AIR COMPRESSOR

WARNING:

Check item to be inflated for manufacturer’s maximum recommended inflation pressure. Avoid over inflation. Most tires are properly inflated between 24-35 PSI. Some truck and bicycle tires require 40 PSI or more.

To inflate tires:

  1. Remove valve cap from air valve stem.
    Note: Make sure locking thumb lever is at up position. If necessary, use valve stem adapter.

  2. Insert stem connector to valve stem. Make sure connector is pushed on to valve stem as far as possible.

  3. Press down the locking thumb lever to engage.

  4. Set the compressor on/off switch to “on” position by pressing down the section of switch marked “I”.
    Note: In the event that the tire is completely flat, raise the vehicle using a recommended

    Note: It is recommended to use a separate air gauge to check the actual inflation pressure.
    When desired pressure is reached, turn off compressor, turn the locking thumb lever to up position and remove stem connector from valve stem. Also remove valve stem adapter if applicable.

  6. Replace valve cap on valve stem.

To inflate plastic inflatable (balls, air mattresses, rubber rafts, etc.):

  1. Check manufacturer’s specification on item to be inflated for correct inflation pressure.
  2. Remove valve cap cover from valve stem.
  3. Insert proper valve stem adapter into stem connector as far as possible and turn the locking thumb lever to down position.
  4. Insert other end of valve stem adapter into inflatable air valve stem as far as practical.
  5. Set the compressor on/off switch to “on” position.
  6. Monitor pressure on air pressure gauge. When desired pressure is reached, turn off compressor, turn the locking thumb lever to up position and remove stem connector from valve stem. Also remove valve stem adapter if applicable. Replace valve cap on valve stem.

BATTERY DISPOSAL

WARNING

  • Do not dispose of battery in fire, as this may result in explosion.
  • Before disposing of battery, protect exposed terminals with heavy-duty electrical tape to prevent shorting (shorting can result in injury or fire.)

ATTENTION

This unit contains a maintenance-free, non- spillable sealed lead-acid battery. This battery is fully recyclable and should be accepted a any location that accepts common automotive batteries. Examples of places that accept these batteries are: county or municipal recycling drop-offcenters, scrap metal dealers, and retailers who sell replacement automotive lead-acid starter batteries.

12-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

This product is warranted, to the original purchaser (nontransferable), to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from date of purchase. The seller will, at its option, repair or replace any product that proves to be defective in materials and/or workmanship during the warranty period. In the event repair is not possible, seller will replace the product with one of equal or greater quality and value. If neither repair nor replacement is practicable, seller will, at its option, refund the cash price of the product or component returned.

This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts, damage due to accident, negligent use contrary to instructions, disassembly, repair or alteration by unauthorized persons, or where the product has been subjected to misuse, abuse, accident or damage in transit. No charges will be accepted for unauthorized parts, repairs or services. In no event shall the company be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
