INSTALLATION-H11/H10/9006/5202

  1. Removing the bulb compartment rubber cover and original bulb.

    • Remove the bulb compartment rubber cover (if present).
    • Press down on the connector’s knob and disconnect the two parts.
    • Turn the bulb counter-clockwise and then remove the original bulb.
  2. Insert the LED bulb into the bulb compartment.
    Align the tab parts of the LED bulb with the groove sections of the locking ring.

  3. While pushing the bulb down, turn it clockwise until it cannot turn anymore and then ensure the LED bulb is securely in place. (excluding model 5202)
    The LED bulb should be fitted so that the left/right sides of the bulb containing the LED elements are each facing 3 and 9 o’clock.

  4. Attach the LED bulb connector with the original vehicle connector and reinstall the rubber cover (if present).

WARNINGS FOR USE

  • Do not look directly at the LED bulb for any period of time when it is turned on, as this may cause serious eye injury.
  • Please do not disassemble or modify the product in any way, as this may damage the product or cause fire and/or personal injury.
  • If there is any abnormal vibration or sound when the vehicle is moving, stop immediately in a safe location and check the vehicle.
  • Do not wash the vehicle with the fog lights turned on, as sudden changes in temperature may cause an unexpected reaction from the LED bulb.
  • The LED bulb body and LED surface can become extremely hot. Do not touch these areas with bare hands or allow any skin contact as this could result in severe bums.
  • During heavy rain or when putting the vehicle through a car wash after the fog lights have been on, condensation may build up inside the bulb compartment. This is due to a difference in temperatures inside and outside the bulb compartment. Please note that this will not affect the operation of the fog light.

Troubleshooting

The lights are not working properly|

  1. Check that the power connectors are properly connected, and ensure that the vehicle fog lights are switched ON.
  2. Ensure that the vehicle has enough battery power to supply the LED bulbs.
  3. Install the LED bulbs with the resistors (CANbus).

One of the bulbs is not working| Make sure the connection is good. If one of the bulbs still doesn’t work, swap the left and right side bulbs and test again. If the problem cannot be resolved, it may be caused by the vehicle’s light assembly.
The lights flicker or flash| Install the LED bulbs with the resistors (CANbus) to resolve this issue.
A warning lamp appears on the vehicle’s main dashboard system| This may happen because the low-wattage LED bulbs are not being recognized by the vehicle’s system. This can be resolved by the installation of an additional set of resistors (CANbus).

  1. Q: The model of lamps I purchased is different from my OE halogen lamps. can I get an exchange for the correct model?
    A: The main reasons:

  2. Amazon Confirmed Fit system is not 100% accurate.

  3. Your headlight assembly is not an OE part.
    Please double check the model of your OE halogen bulb. And contact our Customer Service for an exchange.

  4. Q: The size of the lamps is not correct, they’re either too long or too wide, and LED lamps can’t be installed into the headlight assembly. How can I get proper size lamps for my car?
    A: Some LED lamps are not in a 1:1 ratio with the OE halogen bulbs. The large base is for better heat dissipation and prolonging the life of the lamps. If the lamps are not suitable for installation, please contact the Customer Service.

  5. Q: Do you meet the five phenomenons below?

  6. Errors on instrument panel;

  7. The Lamp keeps flashing;

  8. The Lamp does not turn on or off.
    A: The above phenomenons are decoding problems, which are mainly caused by the automotive computer failing to detect the correct signal. You can contact Customer Service to obtain the decoder and solve the decoding problem.
