MIOWBTS001 Bluetooth Mesh Irrigation System
Thank you for purchasing the Bluetooth Mesh Irrigation System MIOWBTS001. Our goal is to provide our customers with quality products to build a more comfortable and better life. We hope you enjoy your new product.
SECURITY RECOMMENDATIONS
Important:
Please read the instructions and comply with all requirements and warnings
provided in this manual before using the product. Failure to comply with the
warnings and instructions may result in misuse of the product putting the
device and yourself at risk.
Warnings:

Do not use the product if you detect any defect on its exterior, such as a deformation or hole.

Under no circumstances should you attempt to repair, open or make any modifications to the product. This may damage the equipment and cause electrocution and/or serious injury.

Do not use the product if you detect any unusual odor, such as burning, coming from the product.
Contact customer service immediately. -
Do not handle any electrical appliance with wet hands and do not place liquids nearby.

Avoid using excessive force when using the device.

Keep the device clean and dry at all times.

Do not use solvents or chemical cleaning agents to clean the product. Wipe gently with a dry cloth.

Under freezing temperatures, the irrigator should be removed from the faucet and stored indoors to avoid possible damage from freezing.

Clean the filter regularly and replace it if worn to prolong the life of the Irrigator.

MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Set and check the watering schedule via the muvit iO Home app, connecting with Bluetooth or Wi-Fi using the Hub.

2. Register
If you do not have an account, you will have to create one from the
application itself. Open the app, click “Create account”; the system
automatically recognizes your country, if it is not correct, please change it.
Enter your email address and click “Get verification code”; after a few
seconds you will receive an email at the same address with a 6-digit PIN code.
Copy it and then enter a password of 6 to 20 characters to create the new
account; click “Save” to complete the registration.
- Add device
HUB installation
Connection via Bluetooth (recommended):
Activate Bluetooth and Location on your phone. Once the application is open, hit the “+” or “Add device”, if the Hub LED is flashing blue and pink you will get a screen informing you that a new device has been detected, select “Go to add”, “Add” and then select your Wi-Fi network from the application. Enter the password and click “Next”. Follow the steps in the application to complete the installation.
Connection via AP Mode:
Activate the Phone Location. Once the application is open, click “+” or “Add
device”. Select the purchased product to enter the installation wizard. Check
that the LED is blinking slowly, if not follow the App prompts to reset it,
tick the “Blinking slowly” tick and press “Next”. Enter the password of the
Wi-Fi network, press “Next”, then the application will ask you to connect via
Wi-Fi to the network “SmartLife-XXXX”, to do this click on “Reconnect”, select
the network indicated above, press “Back” and follow the instructions of the
application to complete the installation.
Installation of the Irrigator without Hub:
Before starting the installation unscrew the front part of the irrigator (see
picture) and insert 3 AAA batteries.
After installation of the batteries, press and hold the button on the
irrigator for 8s, the LED should flash blue quickly, which means that the
device is ready to be connected. Activate the Bluetooth and Location on the
phone. Once the application is open, press “+” or “Add device”, if the LED on
the Irrigator is blinking a screen will appear informing you that a new device
has been detected, select “Add” and follow the steps in the application to
complete the installation. Installation of the Irrigator with Hub:
The Hub must be installed in the app. Activate Bluetooth on the phone, open
the muvit iO Home app, click on the Hub, hit “Add device”, then “New device”,
check that the Irrigator is flashing blue quickly, if not press and hold the
button for 8s, hit “Continue” and follow the App instructions until the
installation is complete.Once the installation is complete, the installed
devices will be displayed on the home page. Click on the Hub to verify that
the Irrigator has been successfully associated to the Hub. Click on the
Irrigator to enter the product control panel.
The following information is displayed: date, battery status, device status,
weather information, duration of last watering and next watering.At the
bottom, there is a control panel with several options: manual watering button,
weather delay, timer and watering history.

Setting the irrigation schedule with the normal program and the cycle and soak
program
Irrigation history for irrigation monitoring.Press the button in the upper
right corner to enter into the device information page.
MANUAL OPERATION OF THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM
Press the button “ ” Pulse minutes. Pulse “ ” “ to manually activate the
Irrigator to start watering. The default time is 10.
Touch the center circle to set the manual watering time, from 1 minute to 24
hours. WEATHER DELAY
Touch the “Weather Delay” option to activate the rain delay function.
The rain delay can be set to 24H, 48H, 72H or no watering.
IRRIGATION SCHEDULING
On the programming page, after selecting the “+” button, there are two types
of watering to select: normal mode and cycle and soak mode. Normal schedule
mode: means the device will water on a specific schedule.
Cycle and soak mode: means the device will run the watering program
repeatedly in this period.
PROGRAMMING CONFIGURATION
Click and choose the type of program you need and confirm the watering start
time, duration, days of the week to water and save all settings.
The soak and cycle type has different setting options. You need to set the
watering start time, watering end time, cycle duration and soak duration. The
following points should be taken into account when making irrigation
schedules:
- The minimum irrigation period cannot be greater than the total period.
- There will be schedule conflict warning when schedules overlap, causing watering plans not to be saved.
When all plans are set, they will be displayed in the timer list. There is a shortcut button behind each group of schedules to start or stop the schedule directly.

Linking a “muvit iO Home” account with Alexa
Tap “Skills & Games” in the home menu, then search for “muvit iO Home”. Select
“muvit iO Home” and tap “ENABLE USE” to activate the skill. You will be
redirected to the account link page. Enter your “muvit iO Home” account and
your password, do not forget to select the country/region your account belongs
to. Then tap “Link now” to link your “muvit iO Home” account. The
country/region, account and password is the same as the one you used to sign
up for the “muvit iO Home” application. If the application asks you to choose
between several applications you will have to select the “muvit iO Home” app,
click “Link now” and then “Authorize” to finish the installation. Tap “X” at
the top left of the page to return to the Alexa app.Alexa needs to search for
your smart devices before it can control them. Click on “DETECT DEVICES”, wait
for the search to finish and hit “DONE”. You can also say “Alexa, discover
devices” to the assistant. Alexa will search for devices that have already
been added in the “muvit iO Home” app.
Note: every time you change the device name in the “muvit iO Home” app,
Alexa must re-find the devices before controlling them.
Device control by voice commands
You can now control your smart devices through Alexa.
You can use the following commands to control your devices:
“Alexa, activate/deactivate the Irrigator.”
Note: the Hub must be installed on the muvit iO Home app and the
Irrigator must be linked to the Hub.
Quick guide to using Google Home to control the Bluetooth Mesh smart
irrigation system.
Open the muvit iO Home app, click on “Profile”, hit “Google Assistant”, click
on “Get”, hit “Copy” and go to the Google Home app. Click on the “+”, “Set up
device”, “Works with Google”, find the “muvit iO Home” skill, paste the PIN
you copied earlier from the muvit app, click on the arrow and give it to
“Authorize”.Once the account link is established, in the Google Home app you
will be able to see all smart devices in your “muvit iO Home” app account. You
can assign rooms for each device.
Device control by voice commands
You can now use Google Home to control your smart devices, using voice
commands such as:
“Ok Google, activate/deactivate the Irrigator”.
Note: The Hub must be installed in the muvit iO Home application and the
Irrigator must be linked to the Hub.
TROUBLESHOOTING AND/OR FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. What should I do if the device setup process has failed?****
– Check that the irrigation system is turned on and the LED is flashing as
shown in the application.
– Check if your mobile device is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, in the
name of the Wi-Fi network (SSID) you should not put “Plus” or “5G”. If in
doubt you can contact your operator or our technical support to verify the
network.
– Check if the devices connected to the router reach the maximum allowed
limit. Please try to turn off the Wi-Fi function of some devices and
reconfigure the product.
– Check if the wireless MAC filtering function of the router is enabled.
Remove the device from the filter list and make sure that the router is not
prohibiting the Bluetooth Mesh Hub connection.
– Make sure that the password of your Wi-Fi network entered in the application
is correct, to do this go to the phone or tablet settings, click on “Wi-Fi”,
select your network, give it to forget and reconnect with the password of your
network.
– Make sure that the irrigation system is in pairing mode: the LED should
flash (see image in the app).
– Repeat the configuration process.
– Factory reset the Bluetooth Mesh irrigation system and try to add it again.
2. Can I control the device via 2G/3G/4G mobile network?****
– The Bluetooth Mesh Hub and the mobile device must be under the same Wi-Fi network when the product is first added. After successful configuration of the device, you can control it remotely via 2G/3G/4G mobile network.
3. How can I share my device with my family?****
– Open the application, select the product, click on the pencil on the top right, give it to “Share device”, “Add”, select one of the 3 methods shown in the application and follow the app prompts.
4. How to reset this device?****
– Factory reset: after plugging in the Bluetooth Mesh Hub, press and hold the
on/off button for 8 seconds until the LED flashes.
– Hub status indicator LED:
– Fast blinking (twice per second): the “Bluetooth Mode” configuration starts.
– Slow blinking (once every three seconds): the “AP Mode” setting starts.

Terms and Conditions

for the term of three (3) years in all its parts, against any defect of
manufacture and operation from the date of delivery to the final consumer and
without any cost for this one. To make this warranty effective, no further
requirements should be demanded than the shipment of this product together
with this warranty and the invoice or proof of purchase.
Warranty on software applicable to the software that contains the physical product, not on the control application (App) within the consumer’s mobile devices.
The warranty may be claimed at the place of purchase.
This warranty shall not be valid in the following cases:
When the details on the warranty or proof of purchase do not match the
product.
When the product has been used in other than normal conditions or if it is
used in disregard of the instruction manual accompanying this warranty
document.
When the product has been opened or altered by unauthorised personnel.
