Connection Guidelines
When the LCD screen displays , it signifies the BP2000E + B2000E connection is
correct. It can expand up to 7 B2000E batteries, indicating .
2. If the BP2000E + B2000E are incorrectly connected or plugged into the
wrong expansion ports, the BP2000E will issue a warning, and the icon will
blink.
Note: When connecting the BP2000E with B2000E, if the remaining power is less than 5%, they cannot be paralleled due to a significant battery voltage gap. However, when connecting to the input power source, you can successfully activate and recharge both the BP2000E and B2000E.
Ordinarily, after connecting the BP2000E and B2000E, the device with higher battery capacity will automatically charge the one with lower capacity. Nevertheless, if either device’s power is below 5%, the system will recognize the voltage disparity as too substantial to establish a connection.
How to Expand the B2000E Expansion Battery Packs (E-Combine)
- BP2000E can connect up to 7 B2000E expansion battery packs simultaneously, expanding the capacity up to 16384Wh.
- For the specific connection method, please refer to the instruction manual of the B2000E battery pack.
Connection Guidelines:
- Prior to connecting the B2000E expansion battery, ensure both the BP2000E and B2000E are powered off.
- After connecting the B2000E expansion battery, ensure both the BP2000E and B2000E screens display the parallel power icon before use.
- Before connecting/disconnecting the B2000E expansion battery, turn off the B2000E first.
- Avoid touching the metal terminal of the wire with your hands. Use a dry cloth to wipe it clean.
- Ensure tight connections of the parallel wires to the parallel ports of the BP2000E power station and B2000E expansion battery. Incorrect connections may generate heat at the terminals, impacting device usage and potentially causing a fire hazard.
- To charge the BP2000E+B2000E, connect the BP2000E to the wall outlet/solar panel for charging. If the B2000E expansion battery is separately connected to the AC adapter/solar/car charger, disconnect the B2000E before connecting it to the BP2000E.
BP2000E + B2000E Expansion Battery Pack
In this scenario, the input and output of the B2000E expansion battery will be disabled, solely for capacity expansion.
- Input: The B2000E expansion battery will not charge even when connected to the AC adapter or Solar / car charging board.
- Output: The 12V / 48V / USB output ports on the B2000E expansion battery will also be unavailable.
Uninterruptible Power Supply (Ups)
To activate the UPS feature, first, connect your power station to a wall outlet using the AC charge cable. Then, press the AC Switch and connect your devices through the AC output ports.
- Once you switch on the electrical device, it directly utilizes grid AC power.
- In the event of a utility power outage, it seamlessly transitions to the internal battery power of the product within 10 milliseconds.
While operating in UPS mode, the maximum AC output power is capped at 1400W. If the AC output surpasses this limit, the UPS icon will blink, signaling an overcharge. Simultaneously, the AC icon will turn off, and the output will be interrupted.
Solar Panel Recharging
Capable of receiving a maximum solar input of 1000W, with a maximum input voltage of 120V. Please note that solar panel charging effectiveness may vary due to weather, climate, and other environmental conditions.
Exceeding the solar panel voltage limit of 120V may result in damage to the power station. Such damages are not covered under the warranty.
Car Recharging
You can recharge this power station by linking it to a car’s output port using the car charge cable. Ensure that car recharging is carried out after starting the car engine. If the car engine is not started, it might drain the car’s battery. Typically, car recharging operates at lower power, ranging between 90-240W (12V / 8A or 24V / 10A), resulting in longer charging times. For faster charging, it’s advisable to use a wall outlet.
Multicharge Recharging
This system facilitates rapid dual charging through simultaneous AC recharging and Solar panel recharging. The combined maximum power output is 1500W from AC charging and 1000W from Solar panel charging, totaling 2500W.
Estimated Usage Time Calculation
The estimated usage time (in hours) can be determined using the formula: 2048Wh × DOD × n ÷ (load W) = estimated usage time.
Note:
- DOD represents the battery’s depth of discharge.
- ‘n’ signifies the inverter’s conversion rate. For a DOD of 90%, n = device.
- For a load with a power consumption (wattage) of 1000W, the estimated working time is calculated as 2048Wh × 0.9 × 0.9 / 1000W = 1.6 hours (roughly calculated).
Please be aware that there exists electrical loss due to self-discharge when the output port is active. The specific electrical loss for AC is 25W, DC24V is 3W, DC12V is 2W, and USB is 0.5W.
