Product Usage Instructions

  • Installation
    • Ensure the device is turned off before installation.
    • Locate the battery compartment on the device.
    • Open the battery compartment by sliding the cover in the direction indicated.
    • Insert 6 AAA batteries into the compartment, following the polarity markings.
    • Close the battery compartment securely.
  • Powering On/Off
    • To power on the device, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. The device will emit a startup sound and the indicator light will turn on. To power off the device, press and hold the power button again for 2 seconds.

WALKIE TALKIE BATTERY INSTALLATION

  1. Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to remove the battery door screw.
  2. Each walkie-talkie requires 3 AAA batteries, not included.
  3. Batteries must be inserted with the correct polarity.
  4. Do not mix old and new batteries.
  5. Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
  6. Do not mix different types of batteries: alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable batteries.
  7. Only use batteries of the same or equivalent type.
  8. Remove exhausted batteries from the walkie-talkie.
  9. Do not short-circuit the supply terminals.
  10. Only charge rechargeable batteries under adult supervision.
  11. Remove rechargeable batteries from the toy before charging.
    • To prevent corrosion and possible damage to the product, it is recommended to remove the batteries from the walkie talkie it they will not be used for more than two weeks.
    • Please retain these instructions for future reference.

TURN ON

After installing the batteries, slide the power switch to either low or high volume. When your walkie-talkie is on, the LED will glow red.

GET CONNECTED

  • To connect with the other walkie-talkie, press the button on one unit. The light on both units will change to green to indicate they are connected.
  • You can now talk without holding the button down.
  • Your walkie-talkies have a range of up to 300 feet (90 meters).

TURN OFF

  • When you are done exploring, press the connect button on either walkie-talkie to disconnect.
