instructions provided in this manual before using the device. Failure to
comply with the instructions given in this manual or using the device not
mentioned in this manual may cause in serious personal injury or equipment
damage.
General Safety
- DO NOT touch the base or the glass parts of the kettle while the appliance is operating or immediately after operation.These components will be hot and may cause burns or other personal injuries.
- DO NOT fill the kettle above the “MAX’line.Doing this may cause the water to boil over during operation and may result in scalding.Minimum amount of water needed for boiling is 0.5 L, too little water will result in the kettle switching off before the water has boiled.
- ALWAYS handle with care when there is hot water inside the kettle.Failure to do so may result in burns or scalding.
- Use the appliance with the specified voltage.
- DO NOT allow children to use or play with this appliance. Always keep this kettle and its components out of reach from children.
- DO NOT use the kettle if the kettle is malfunctioning, if it is broken or chipped, or if the power cord or plug is damaged in any way.
- ALWAYS unplug the kettle when it is not being used. This will prevent moisture from causing a short circuit in the power base while it is plugged in.
- This appliance is for indoor use ONLY.
Use & Care
- The ideal environment for using this product is at elevations lower than 2000m.If using this product at elevations higher than 2000m, the capacity of water used should not exceed 1.5L.
- ALWAYS place the kettle on a dry, flat surface.
- DO NOT place the kettle on or near heat sources such as stove tops, ovens, and etc.
- DO NOT turn on the kettle while the lid is open.
- DO NOT cover the opening of the kettle while it is operating. Doing so may result in damage to the kettle.
- ALWAYS empty and clean the kettle after using each time. If necessary, descale the kettle by following the instructions in Descaling the Kettle.
- DO NOT attempt to repair the kettle or its parts by yourself or through other third-party appliances when it is broken. Doing so may result in further damage or personal injury and will void your warranty.
- DO NOT dispose of this kettle in regular household waste.
- The kettle will be automatically shut off in 5 minutes once the setting program is completed.
- If the kettle has been taken away from the base,the system will be keeping the in-progress setting for 10 minutes.
Getting To Know Your Tea Master
Before First Use
- Remove and safely discard any packaging material or promotional labels attached to your kettle.
- It is recommended that filling the kettle to the maximum level with cold tap water before your first using, bring to the boil by selecting the BOIL 212°F, then discard the water.
- Your kettle will only operate when positioned on the power base. The kettle will automatically switch off after the setting program is completed.
Using Your Tea Master

Remove tea infuser lid,fill with fresh water(enough for the cups of tea you wish to make),and place back the lid in place.
NOTE: Always fill the kettle between the minimum (MIN) and maximum (MAX) marks on the water window. -
Place the kettle firmly on the power base. short press the ON/OFF button, rotate the knob left and right to select the tea-making mode you need, and then press START CANCEL button to start heating.( 3 Icon is always on during heating)

Add tea leaves or tea bags once the desired temperature is reached,the START CANCEL button stops flashing.

Infusing tea The correct brew time is depending on the type of tea and your personal preference. Enjoy your cup of tea and let it brew as you like.
Basic Operation Power On And Off
- Power ON: Once plugged in, the START CANCEL indicator will keep lighting, select START CANCEL button to turn on the kettle.
- POWER OFF: Long press the START CANCEL key for 3 seconds to turn off the kettle. By doing so, the indicator lights will be lit from right to left, left to right one time each and the monitor will be turned off. the START CANCEL indicator will keep lighting.
Boiling
Please follow the instructions below after the kettle is turned on
properly:
- After the kettle is turned on properly, please rotate the knob left and right to select 9 different temperature settings: Boil/Black/Oolong/White/Gree n/Delicate/Coffee/Warm/Formula. (After selecting a mode, the corresponding text will be blinking for a while on the LCD screen.)

- This base lists some common tea and coffee varieties and the recommended temperature to select. It is a guideline only and may vary depending on preference, brand and age of tea/coffee used.

| | | | Flavored Black Teas| - Select START CANCEL button to start boiling. Once boiling begins, the $3} icon and the real-time temperature will be displayed on the screen.
- Boiling completed When water temperature reaches the pre-set temperature, the boiling process will be completed. The icon 5 will disappear and beep sound reminder afterboiling water is completed (except mute mode).
Example:
If the preset ternperature is 18S5°F, the process is as following:
- Plug in and turn on the kettle.
- Use PROGRAM button to select White as temperature setting.
- Press START CANCEL button to start boiling.

Keep warm
After turning on, follow the instructions below to complete the KEEP WARM
setting:

KEEP WARM temperature setting: Rotate PROGRAM knob to select eight different temperatures, including Black/Oolong/White/Green/De licate/Coffee/Warm/Formula. (If you press the “KEEP WARM” button during the default 212°F/BOIL program, it
will be ineffective and you will hear two beeps as a reminder.) -
Press the KEEP WARM button to set the keep warm made. The PROGRAM button light flashes at the same time. {You will see 02:00 and icon are displayed on the LCD. In the custom temperature setting, if the temperature exceeds 207°F, the “KEEP ARM” program cannot be activated.)

Press the switch to boil the water when the actual ternperature is higher than the selected working temperature. The heat conserving timer will start when the water temperature has dropped to the set value.
Example:
To set the KEEP WARM temperature as 185°F :
- Press KEEP WARM button to start KEEP WARM mode.
- Rotate PROGRAM key to select the KEEP WARM temperature as 185°F.
NOTE: You can also put steps 1 and 2 in reverse order to operate.
Custom Temp
After turning on follow the instructions below to complete a Custom Temp
setting:

Press Custom Temp key to activate Custom Temp setting. {You will see the actual temperature value blinks for a while.)

Rotate the PROGRAM knob to adjust the required temperature

Pree START CANCEL button to start heating.
Mute Mode
- When the kettle is on,press and hold the” CUSTOM TEMP’ button for 3 seconds to enter the MUTE mode.Mute icon ck is on.In Mute mode, there won’t be beep sound and key tone.
- Press and hold “CUSTOM TEMP” button for 3 seconds to quit Mute mode .
Care And Maintenance
General cleaning
We recommend cleaning the kettle after using each time.
- Unplug the power base from the electrical outlet.
- Allow the kettle to completely coal down, then pour out any remaining water.
- Wash the kettle with warm, soapy water. Dry it thoroughly with a soft, clean towel.
Descaling the Kettle
You should descale the kettle at least once a week if you use it frequently.
Descaling removes any mineral deposits that have built up inside the kettle.
Always descale the kettle after it has been stored for long periods of time
and before storing it.
- Fill the kettle with 1 cup of distilled vinegar or lernon juice and 2 cups of water (1:2 ratio).
- Boil the mixture, then let it soak in the kettle for 2 hours.
- Pour out the solution, then wipe the limescale away with a cloth or nonabrasive sponge.
- Rinse the kettle with clean water, and dry with a soft cloth.
- Repeat as needed.

2.After turning on the power, listen for a beep sound and check if the
function display on the base Is flashing.
The kettle cannot be heated.| 1.After power on, if the base functions normally
but the product does not heat up after turning on the function;
2.During the heating process, the product stops heating before reaching the
set temperature;
3.After powering on, if the base functions normally but is unable to execute
the heating function.
The kettle is leaking.| 1.When adding water, ensure that the water is not
sprayed onto the outside of the kettle body, which may cause water to flow
into the interior of the machine along the outer wall of the kettle body.
2.Wipe the surface of the machine, gently shake the kettle body to let the
accumulated water flow out, then f ill the kettle bodywith water and let it
stand for 20 minutes to observe whether there is any water leakage at the
bottom.
3.After boiling water, check for slight water vapor on the base. This is
caused by the condensation of the heat emitted from the kettle body when it
contacts the metal base.
“T light he L LCDD gone out| 1.The kettle goes into standby mode if not used
for $ minutes. When in standby mode, the LCD screen will cease to illuminate.
2.To re-activate the kettle out of standby mode. Press the Main button on the
Power Base.
“I cannot select a certain function”| Certain features cannot be selected or
changed during the heating Of brewing cycle. The LCD screen may temporarily
change or send a sound alert-
