Windows 8/8.1/10/Mac OS: Plug and play, no driver installation needed.

Windows XP/7:
Built-in driver (install manually) or download the driver on the UGREEN official website. Search product model “50852” on the UGREEN official website: https://www.ugreen.com/drivers/
Download the corresponding driver installation package according to your computer operating system. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the driver installation, and restart your computer.

Note: Always use the Safely Remove Hardware feature before disconnecting your flash drive and memory card.

Warranty Conditions

If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.
