Important Safeguards
  1. Please make sure the rated voltage is the same as the voltage that you use.
  2. Please don’t use this machine near flammable articles.
  3. It is forbidden to remove or insert the plug with wet hands, otherwise may result in getting an electric shock.
  4. This product is forbidden being washed or soaked in water, otherwise its performance will be affected.
  5. Make sure not to repack, disassembly or repair the product by layman of electric apparatus.
  6. Don’t use the product in unstable or moist place, or close to other heat source, otherwise it will be damaged or broken down.
  7. If the cable is damaged, you must change it at The manufacturer or the agent, so as to avoid causing danger.
  8. Make sure the yogurt maker is placed on where the child cannot reach. It may quit work while touching keys carelessly.
  9. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

Basic Yogurt Recipe

| 1g Powdered yogurt starter| 1L milk
2| 2 Tbsp (30 mL) plain yogurt|

100g full cream milk powder
100g skim milk powder
1.4L of water

  1. Make sure the milk and utensils are sterilized; the yogurt starter is fresh. Otherwise, the yogurt will be thinner.
  2. The fat in whole milk naturally helps thicken the yogurt.
  3. If the yogurt you make with this powdered milk recipe is too thick, you can add more water next time.
  4. Reserve tablespoons of your homemade yogurt as a yogurt starter for your next batch.
How to set the operation panel

For Temp or Time lamp, green means it can be adjusted, red means it has been set and start fermenting

STEP 1 – After power-on, the symbol “- -” appears with the sound of “di”.

STEP 2 – Press the “Function” button a nd the Temp lamp will flash green. You can Press”+/_”button to change fermentation temperature.

STEP 3 – Then press the “Start” button to confirm the temperature. At this point, the Temp lamp turns red; the Time lamp flashs green, and you can press ” +/-” button to adjust the time.

STEP 4 – Press “Start” or no operation within seconds, Time lamp will stop flashing green and turns red. The display will show the fermentation time, the yoghurt machine starts to work.

Note: If there is no operation for seconds after pressing the “Function” button in step , the yogurt maker will default to a time of hours and a temperature of 42°C. This is the right time and temperature for yogurt to ferment.

How to reset Temp or Time

Long press the “Cancel” button for s to cancel the previous program.
Then repeat STPE – to reset Temp or Time.

Food Production Method
Cheese 1. After the yogurt is made, filter out excess water with gauze

2. Put it in a pot and simmer on low heat, stirring while boiling.
3. After it becomes a paste, scoop it into gauze and squeeze out the water.
Fermented rice| 1.Set the temperature to 30°C and the fermentation time to 30 hours.
2. Add a small amount of Cooled boiled water to the steamed glutinous rice to disperse and cool, then add the koji and stir evenly.
Natto| 1. Put the beans in the pressure cooker and cook for 30 minutes
2. Dissolve the natto starter in water to make a “natto solution”, then pour it on the beans
3. Transfer the soybeans to a container with a yogurt maker
4. The temperature is set to 45°C, and the timer is set to 24 hours

Analysis On Frequently-asked Questions

Yogurt machine button failure.

1. Please check the lamp: when the lamp is red, the yogurt machine has started to ferment, and it cannot be modified by pressing +/- button;
2. Please refer to the steps on page P to reset the temperature or time.

There is clear liquid on the yogurt made.

This is the whey separated from normal fermentation, it can be mixed with yogurt and eaten.

The yogurt made is thin.

1. Please refer to the recipe on page P2 ;
2. It may be because the milk or utensils are not sterilized/yogurt starter is not fresh and inactivated;
3. It may be that too much water was added when using milk powder to make yogurt.
4. It could be that you used skim milk; whole milk makes yogurt thicker.

Display/Lamp always off.

1. Please check the power supply; after the normal yogurt machine is powered on, the LCD display will show “- – ” with then sound of “di”, and the lamp will flash green after pressing the” Function” button.
2. It may be a machine failure, please contact us to deal with it.

Notes: If the trouble still can not be eliminated after the above analysis, please contact our company or our distributor. Forbid layman to disassembly the product.

Maintenance And Repairs
  1. You must remove the plug after use and must not wash the machine before it cools down.
  2. You should wash it in time after use, otherwise there will be peculiar smell.
  3. Don’t brush it with banana oil, petrol, abstergent, hard brush, and stainless steel ball, etc.
  4. Make sure not to soak or shower the outer cover. You can wipe it with soft wet cloth (not too wet).
  5. When the products are not used for a long time, please clean and pack it into box, and put in ventilative and dry place so as not to be affected with damp.
