Control Buttons

Connect Bluetooth

1. Turn on Bluetooth on device.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth Headband
3. Connect to Bluetooth
   (Name: BT-FAAH) on device.

Important Notes

1. Fully charge the product before first use to avoid Bluetooth pairing failure from low battery.
2. When turned on, the Bluetooth Headband will automatically reconnect to the last paired device, indicated by the LED indicator turning off. If no previous devices were paired, it enters pairing mode and the LED indicator flashes rapidly in blue and red.
3. Only one Bluetooth connection is allowed at a time, so make sure to cancel the previous device before connecting a new one.

Charge the Bluetooth Headband

Find the slit on the headband to uncover the concealed female extension cable. Next, use the charging cable we have provided to connect it to a USB charger and recharge.
The LED indicator will tum red when charging and blue when fully charged.

Important Notes

1. Do not use PD charger with a Type-C to Type-C cable to charge the product as they may generate high electrical currents that can cause damage.
2. To ensure safe and efficient charging, we suggest using the charging cable provided with the product.

Wash the Headband

1. Remove the control panel and speakers from the headband.
2. Hand wash or machine wash the fabric.
3. Hang the headband to dry.
4. After it has dried, put the control panel and speakers back into the headband.

How to Remove the Control Panel and Headphones

1. Push the control panel out of its pocket and remove it from the headband through the slit.
2. Push the speaker out of its pocket and remove it from the headband through the slit. Repeat this step to remove the other speaker.
   Do not pull the wires forcefully to avoid damaging the headphones.

How to Install the Control Panel and Headphones

1. Insert the control panel into its pocket through the slit.
   Pay attention to the direction! The buttons should face the outer layer of the headband.

2. lnsert each speaker into its respective pocket through the slit, making sure the speaker is facing the inner layer of the headband for clear sound.

Trouble Shooting

• Q: The headband doesn’t fit property
  A: Our headbands are designed to be super stretchable and one-size-fits-most; we apologize that it doesn’t fit you property. Please contact us with your preferred size, and we’ll gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.

• O: The headphones cannot properly cover the ears
  A: Please adjust the position of the headphones within the headband to ensure they cover your ears prope?y.

• Q: Cannot connect to Bluetooth

  • If this is your first time using the headband, make sure to fully charge it before attempting to pair with Bluetooth. Low battery levels could result in a failed Bluetooth pairing.
  • Ensure that you have selected the correct Bluetooth name.
  • If the Bluetooth name of this product already appears in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone, please remove it from the list before re-searching and pairing again.
  • The Bluetooth Headband automatically reconnects to the last paired device when turned on, indicated by the LEO turning off. If no previous devices were paired, it enters pairing mode with a rapidly flashing blue and red LED. Please cancel the existing connection before connecting a new device.
  • Restart both your phone and this Bluetooth headband, then try again.
    If pairing still fails after trying all the above steps, it may be a product malfunction; please contact us for after-sales service.

• Q: The control buttons doesn’t work
  A: If you’re having trouble with the control panel, it may be installed incorrectly or shifted. Proper installation should result in a clear tactile response and crisp clicking sound when pressing the buttons. If not, remove and reinstall the control panel, aligning the buttons with the icons on the headband.
  If these adjustments don’t work, the button may be stuck. Please contact us for after-sales service.

• Q: The product quit working or won’t charge
  A: Please do not use a PD charger with a Type-C to Type-C cable to charge the product as this may generate high electrical currents that can cause damage. If the electrical current is higher than the product’s specified limit, the over–current circuit will be triggered, and it won’t charge.

• Q: The charging cable has been lost or is no longer working
  A: You can use a type-C charging cable from other electronic products to charge this sleep headband. But do not use a PD charger with a Type-C to Type-C cable to charge this product to avoid damage.

• Q: The volume of the headphones is very low even at the highest volume setting
  A: We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you’re having trouble with low volume on your Bluetooth Headband, try using it in a quiet environment for better performance.
  If the issue persists, it may be due to the headphones being installed incorrectly, with the speakers facing outward and unable to transmit sound properly to the ear. Please remove the headphones from the headband and reinstall them, ensuring that the speaker faces towards the ear. For disassembly and installation steps, please refer to the instructions provided.
  If the problem still exists, there may be a product malfunction. Please contact us for after-sales service.

• Q: The volume of the headphones is too loud even at the lowest volume setting
  A: If you need to decrease the volume of your sleep headphones,adjust the volume button on your headband or phone. Alternatively, try moving the speakers slightly further away from your ears to help reduce the sound. Sleeping on your side may cause your ears to press against the headphones, increasing the transmitted sound. Adjusting your sleeping position may be helpful in this case.
