Frequently Asked Questions

How can I tell when the battery in my Bluetooth speaker is full?

A row of LED lights on the front of your speaker will turn on once it is plugged in and remain on until charging is finished.

How long are Bluetooth speakers powered on for?

When completely charged, a new Bluetooth speaker will last between 10 and 20 hours. Some gadgets have a four-hour battery life, while others can last up to 24 hours. The size of the battery is what differs.

Why won’t my wireless speaker function?

Both devices’ volumes should be turned up. Ensure that the music is playing on your source device. Move the Bluetooth speaker as far away from metal objects and other potential interference-causing gadgets as you can. Make sure nothing is plugged into the wireless speaker’s AUDIO IN port.

When charging, can Bluetooth speakers be used?

Yes. Without endangering the battery, you can use your Bluetooth speaker while it is charging. When using the speaker for the first time, you should fully charge it while it is off so that you may check the battery life.

Without a charger, how can I charge my speaker?

Simply use your smartphone to charge the wireless speaker. All you have to do is attach your smartphone to it using the USB cord. You won’t need to worry about using a charger if you do it this way. You don’t need to buy anything more because you already carry a phone with you everywhere.

Can I always have my Bluetooth speaker on?

A Bluetooth speaker can theoretically be left plugged in for as long as you like. The battery life of your speaker will suffer as a result. This is due to various circumstances, including overheating.

How can I make my Bluetooth speaker’s battery last longer?

Make sure the temperature of the speaker’s battery is between 0 and 25 degrees Celsius. Avoid dropping the battery by handling it gently! Use Bluetooth devices that are water-resistant or avoid contact with water.

Why isn’t my Bluetooth speaker producing sound?

Make sure your computer’s volume is not muted. Restart the audio playback app after closing it. Your computer’s Bluetooth® feature should be turned off, then back on. Remove the speaker from the list of Bluetooth devices that are currently paired, then pair it once more.

Does a Bluetooth speaker require WiFi?

Instead of an internet connection, short-range radio waves are how Bluetooth operates. This means you don’t need a data plan or even a cellular connection for Bluetooth to function anywhere you have two compatible devices.

Why won’t my Bluetooth charge?

Check your headphones’ charging port for any damage, such as bent metal or connectors. Additionally, check to see if the port feels tight when you touch it, as this can indicate that the connectors have come loose from the headset.

Can you safely use Bluetooth headphones while your phone is charging?

Yes. While using the USB charging wire to charge your headset, you can still use it. You might detect a modest increase in temperature near the USB port of the headset if a connection (such as an audio or charging cord) is connected to it.
