Usage Guide

  1. Plug the appliance into the mains. Using the handle (D), turn the lid clockwise to remove it.

  2. The display will show four dashes, indicating the device is now in standby mode.

  3. Pour water into the inner pot (C). Ensure that neither the water nor the ingredients surpass the „10“ mark. For ingredients that absorb water, fill only up to 3/5 of the pot‘s capacity. The combined volume of water and ingredients should always surpass the „2“ mark.

  4. Press button (6) to select your desired function. The corresponding LED indicator (6.1 – 6.9) will illuminate on the display (7), and the preset time will be shown.

  5. To adjust the food texture (recommended for meat dishes), press button (5) and choose from the three available options. The corresponding LED indicator (5.1 – 5.3) will light up. Depending on your texture choice, the time will automatically increase or decrease.

  6. If the preset function time isn‘t to your liking, modify it by either pressing or long-pressing button (4).

  7. For time-only adjustments, press button (2). The indicator (2.1) will light up on the display. Set your desired time by either pressing or long-pressing button (2). The time adjusts in 10-minute increments.

  8. To discard your settings, press button (3). The appliance will revert to standby mode, allowing you to reset your preferences. The display will show ‚‘0000‘‘.

  9. Once satisfied with your settings, replace the lid on the pressure cooker body. Use handle (D) to turn it counterclockwise , securing it in place.

  10. After ensuring the lid is secure, initiate your chosen function by pressing button (1).

  11. When the pot achieves the required pressure, an alert will sound, and a timer will display the remaining program duration.

  12. If you need to halt the function prematurely, press button (3). The appliance will transition back to standby mode.

  13. Before opening the lid, release the accumulated steam by pressing button (E). During this process, the valve (F) will rise.
    Continue to vent the steam until the valve audibly clicks into its original position. If button (E) doesn‘t respond, allow the contents inside to naturally cool before attempting to release the steam.

ATTENTION: Be careful, escaping steam is very hot and can cause scalding.
NOTICE: When cooking liquid-based foods (such as porridge or other thick liquids), allow the food to cool naturally after cooking before releasing the steam. Failing to do so may cause liquids to spurt out through the valve!

Keep Warm function

The Keep Warm function starts automatically when the cooking programme is finished. It keeps the food warm for 24 hours at a temperature of 50–85 °C. To exit the function, press the button (3) and the appliance will enter standby mod.

Cleaning and Maintenance

TIP: Remove the inner pot from the appliance to cool it down faster.

  1. After each use, clean the appliance and empty the water tank.
  2. Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and let it cool down.
  3. Clean the inner pot with hot water, a little detergent and a non-abrasive sponge.
  4. Wipe the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
  5. You can use a degreaser to remove any remaining dirt.

TIP: If dirt has dried on the bottom of the pot, fill the pot with hot water with a little detergent, leave overnight, then rinse.

Storage

  1. Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before storing it. Make sure all parts are clean and dry. Store the appliance in a dry place.
  2. Do not place heavy objects on the appliance during storage, as this could damage it.
