Power Bank Charging Instructions
Notes:
- Before charging any devices, first fully charge the wireless power bank.
- When charging the power bank, the LEDs will illuminate to indicate the battery capacity level (see table below):

- Using the included USB 2.0 Type-C to Type-A cable, connect the USB-C port on the power bank to an appropriate USB-A port on your computer or USB wall charger.
- The power bank will begin charging, with the LEDs operating per the above notes and table.
Note: The Smart LED (the 5th LED on the power bank) will illuminate solid red, indicating wireless charging is available. If a compatible wireless device is placed on the charger, the Smart LED will blink blue.
USB Device Charging
Notes:
- Before charging your devices for the first time, first fully charge the power bank.
- Maximum output between the USB ports (Type-C and Type-A) is 5V/3A.
- When charging a USB device, the LEDs will illuminate to indicate the battery capacity level (see table below):

Using the included USB Type-C cable or a USB cable suitable for your device, connect your mobile devices to the USB A and/ or USB-C ports on the power bank.

The devices will begin charging, with the LEDs operating per the above notes and table.
Wireless Device Charging
Notes:
- Before charging your devices for the first time, first fully charge the power bank.
- Phone cases thicker than 5 mm may result in slower charging speeds.
- Magnetic or metal attachments will prevent charging.
- Compatible with Apple iPhone XS Max/XR/XS/X/8/8 Plus and Samsung Galaxy S10/S10 Plus/S10E/S9/S9 Plus/S8/S8 Plus/Note 9/Note 8/S7/ S7 Edge/S6 Edge Plus/Note 5.
- To enable wireless charging, press the power button located on the side of the power bank. The LEDs will then illuminate to indicate the power bank’s remaining battery capacity. The Smart LED will turn solid red.
- Place your Qi-compatible device on the wireless charging bank.
Notes:
* If no device is placed on the wireless charging pad after 15 seconds, the unit will automatically turn off.
* Both USB ports will be inoperable when wireless charging is enabled. The USB-C port will only support an input to charge on the power bank.

(Optional) To achieve high-speed charging capabilities (up to 7.5W for Apple devices and 10W for Samsung devices), use the included USB 2.0 Type-C to Type-A cable to connect the wireless power bank to a Quick Charge (QC) 2.0 or 3.0 USB power adapter.

The Smart LED will blink blue to indicate the device is charging.

Once the device is fully charged, the Smart LED will turn red. Remove your device from the wireless charging pad.
Note: If an error occurs or a non-compatible device is being used, the LED will flash red.

1-Year Limited Warranty
TRIPP LITE warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of initial purchase.
TRIPP LITE’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or
replacing (at its sole option) any such defective products. To obtain service
under this warranty, you must obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA)
number from TRIPP LITE or an authorized TRIPP LITE service center. Products
must be returned to TRIPP LITE or an authorized TRIPP LITE service center with
transportation charges prepaid and must be accompanied by a brief description
of the problem encountered and proof of date and place of purchase. This
warranty does not apply to equipment, which has been damaged by accident,
negligence or misapplication or has been altered or modified in any way.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, TRIPP LITE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
