General Safety Instructions

  • Make sure the power bank is fully charged prior to use.
  • Use a cable suitable for your device when charging it with the power bank.
  • Under a low-battery condition, the LEDs will turn off while charging a device. Recharge the power bank as soon as possible to avoid shortening the battery life.
  • It is recommended to disconnect the charging device upon being fully charged to avoid further use of battery.
  • Keep the power bank away from fire, and avoid temperatures above 113°F (45°C).
  • Do not get the power bank wet or immerse it in water.
  • Do not wash the power bank with corrosive cleaner.
  • Do not squeeze or puncture the power bank. Doing so may release electrolyte leakage from the lithium-ion battery.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble, modify or fix  this device.
  • Do not use a damaged cable or power charger to charge the power bank.
  • Please recycle this device at an appointed disposal location for lithium-ion batteries.

Operation

Power Bank Charging

Note: The power button is located on the side of the power bank. When pressed once, the power bank will turn on and the LEDs will illuminate to indicate how much battery capacity is left. When pressed twice, the power bank will turn off and stop any device charging. Before charging any of your devices, you should first fully charge the power bank.

  1. With a user-supplied Lightning cable, connect the female Lightning port on the power bank to an USB-A or USB-C port on your computer or USB wall charger.

Operation

USB Device Charging

Note:

  • Before charging your devices for the first time, first fully charge the power bank.
  • Multiple products can be charged simultaneously. However, the total output current cannot exceed 2.4A/5V; otherwise, the over-current protection will activate and charges will be halted.
    1. With a user-supplied USB cable, connect your mobile device to the USB-A port on the power bank.
    2. Connect your Apple device to the built-in Lightning cable on the power bank.
    3. Attach your Apple Watch to the built-in magnetic charging module on the power bank.
    4. After you have connected all devices you wish to charge, press the power button on the side of the power bank.

    6. To turn your power bank off when you are done charging, double click the power button.

Warranty and Product Registration

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
TRIPP LITE warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of initial purchase. TRIPP LITE’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing (at its sole option) any such defective products. To obtain service under this warranty, you must obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number from TRIPP LITE or an authorized TRIPP LITE service center. Products must be returned to TRIPP LITE or an authorized TRIPP LITE service center with transportation charges prepaid and must be accompanied by a brief description of the problem encountered and proof of date and place of purchase. This warranty does not apply to equipment, which has been damaged by accident, negligence or misapplication or has been altered or modified in any way. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, TRIPP LITE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states do not permit limitation or exclusion of implied warranties; therefore, the aforesaid limitation(s) or exclusion(s) may not apply to the purchaser. Regulatory Compliance Identification Numbers
For the purpose of regulatory compliance certifications and identification, your Tripp Lite product has been assigned a unique series number. The series number can be found on the product nameplate label, along with all required approval markings and information. When requesting compliance information for this product, always refer to the series number. The series number should not be confused with the marketing name or model number of the product.

WEEE Compliance Information for Tripp Lite Customers and Recyclers (European Union)

Under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive and implementing regulations, when customers buy new electrical and electronic equipment from Tripp Lite they are entitled to:
