RADION Aquarium LED Light Mobius Controlled

SETUP

1. Mount Radian 8-10″ above the water using your preferred mounting accessory. (sold separately)

2. Assemble power supply, attach Radian power cable and plug into outlet.

3. Download the Mobius app from your app store. (iOS or Android)

4. Open Mobius, login/create account and add light. Additional Mobius Information: http://www.mobius.app

OPERATIONAL INFO

IMPORTANT: Ensure the Radian is securely fastened and will not fall or get wet. Mounting the Radian XR30 or XR15 less than 8 inches above the water may expose the fixture to excessive moisture or contact with water. Water damage is not covered under warranty. The Radian has an internal fan to disperse heat.

• For optimum performance, do not operate the Radian in a completely enclosed hood.

• NEVER power on or set a powered on Radian directly on a surface. This may cause damage to the Radian and/or become a fire hazard
• NEVER look directly at the illuminated LED cluster.
• Over exposure to high intensity lighting may cause damage to livestock particularly inverts and coral. Intentionally under lighting your aquarium and utilizing the acclimation feature in Mobius to gradually increase intensity is advisable.

BASIC OPERATION

Your Radian operates in Basic Mode out of the box. In Basic mode, the Radian will remain on unless manually powered off. Current settings will remain even after powering off.

BASIC MODE CONTROLS

• Cycle through the Radian’s different preset color settings PRESS “Cycle” button
• Increase light intensity by 1% PRESS “Raise” button
• Decrease light intensity by 1% PRESS “Lower” button
• Increase light intensity rapidly HOLD “Raise” button
• Decrease light intensity rapidly HOLD “Lower” button

MANUAL OVERRIDE CONTROLS

• One-Day Power On-Off
  Once your light has been programmed, this will initiate a one-day power off. This is to help newly introduced fish acclimate. The Radian will turn back on when the next day cycle begins.

HOLD all three buttons.

• Override – Day
  When in night mode, this button combination will toggle day mode. Your Radian will stay in day mode until the override period has elapsed, or until you press the button combo again to return to night mode

HOLD ‘Cycle” and ‘Raise’ buttons.

• Override – Night
  When in day mode, this button combination will toggle night mode. Your Radian will stay in night mode until the override period has elapsed, or until you press the button combo again to return to day mode.

HOLD ‘Cycle’ and ‘Lower’ buttons.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Below are some common troubleshooting situations and their most common solutions. If you have issues that you cannot solve, please contact EcoTech Marine Customer Service.

Radian does not power on.

• Check that the power supply plugs are properly connected.
• Check outlet plug is secure and t hat the outlet has power.

Radian fails to be located by Mobius app

• Check that Bluetooth + location services are enabled on your
  smart device.*

• Close and re-start the Mobius app.

• Check that the Radian is powered on.*

• Power off Radian, wait 15 seconds then power back on.*

• Restart Smartphone or Tablet.

• It is advisable to close out of end r&-0pen the Mobius epp

FACTORY RESET

G5 Radians have the ability to be factory reset via their buttons.
To do so, please follow the steps below:

1. Press and hold the center button until all buttons flash red, white and blue then release.

2. Press and hold all 3 buttons until t he buttons flash red and purple then release.

3. Press and hold the outer 2 buttons until the Radian resets

Incorrect usage of this device could cause bodily injury or death. Follow all safety guidelines when assembling and using this fixture.

• DO NOT immerse the product or power supply in water. if the product or power supply fals into the water, DO NOT reach for it!
• First unplug it and then retrieve it. If electrical components of the appliance get wet, unplug the appliance immediately.

To avoid possible electrical shock, special care should be taken since water is employed in the use of aquarium equipment.

• If a plug or receptacle becomes wet, immediately disconnect the fuse or circuit breaker.
• Do not operate any product if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is malfunctioning or if it is dropped or damaged in any manner.
• Carefully examine the product after installation. It should not be plugged in if there is water on parts not intended to be wet
• Never yank cord to pull plug from outlet. Grasp the plug and pull to disconnect.
• Position the aquarium stand and tank to one SIde of a wall-mounted receptacle to prevent water from dripping onto the receptacle or plug. A “drip-loop should be employed tor each cord connecting an aquarium appliance to a receptacle. A drip-loop is the part of the cord below the evel of the receptacle (or the connector if an extension cord), to prevent water from traveling along the cord and coming in contact with the receptacle.
• If an extension cord is necessary, a cord with a proper rating should be used. A cord rated for less amperes or watts than the appliance rating may overheat. Care should be taken to arrange the cord so that it will not be tripped over or pulled.
• DO NOT attempt repairs yourself; return the appliance to the manufacturer for service or discard.
• Close supervision is necessary when an appliance is used by or near children. Keep out of reach of young children.
• Always unplug prodcut from outlet before putting on or taking oft parts, and before cleaning.

RF Exposure Statement

• The user is cautioned to maintain a 2Ocm (8 inch) from the product to ensure compliance with RF exposure requirements.
