iTOMA CKS801 Alarm Clock with Wireless Charger

The lightning flash with arrowhead symbol, within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of uninsulated ‘dangerous voltage’ within the product’s enclosure that may be of sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock to persons.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Read these instructions. Keep these instructions. Follow all instructions. Heed all warnings.
  2. Do not use this apparatus near water.
  3. Clean only with a dry cloth.
  4. Do not block any ventilation openings. Install by the manufacturer’s Instructions.
  5. Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heaters, stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
  6. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two blades one wider than the other. A grounding-type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong is provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, ask an electrician to replace the obsolete outlet
  7. Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles and the point where they exit from the apparatus.
  8. Only use attachments/ accessories specified by the manufacturer.
  9. Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods.
  10. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as a power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally or has been dropped.
  11. Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table specified by the manufacturer, or sold with the apparatus. When a cart is used, use caution when moving the cart/ apparatus combination to avoid injury from Up-over.

PREPARATION FOR USE

Unpacking and Set Up

  • Remove the clock from the carton and remove all packing material from the clock. Save the packing material, If possible, In cue the clockllYllr needs to be serviced or transported. The original carton and packing material Is the only safa way to pack your clock to protect It from damage In transit.
  • Remove any descriptive labels or stickers on the front or top of the cabinet Do not remove any labels or stickers from the back or bottom of the cabinet.
  • Note the serial number on the bottom of your clock and write this number in the space provided on the Warranty page of this manual.
  • Place your clock on a level surface such as a tabla, desk or shell, out of direct sunlight, and away from sources of excess heat, dirt, dust, moisture, humidity or vibration.
  • Unwind the AC adapter and extend it to its full length.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Avoid installing this unit in places exposed to direct sunlight or close to heat-radiating appliances such as electric heaters, on top of other stereo equipment that radiates heat, places lacking ventilation, dusty areas, places subject lo constant vibration and/or humid or moist areas.
  • Operate controls and switches as described in the manual.
  • Before turning on the power, make certain that the AC adapter is connected.

Setting the Time

  1. Press and hold “TIME SET” until the “HOUR” digits blink.
  2. Press “ to adjust the hour.
  3. Press “TIME SET ” again, and the “MINUTE” digits will blink.
  4. Press “  to adjust the minute.
  5. Press “TIME SET” again, and the “MONTH” digits will blink.
  6. Press “ to adjust the month.
  7. Press “TIME SET” again, and the “DAY” digits will blink.
  8. Press “ to adjust the day.
  9. Press “TIME SET” again, and the “YEAR” digits will blink.
  10. Press “  to adjust the year.
  11. Press “TIME SET” again or leave it idle for 5 seconds to store all the settings, and resume to clock mode.

SETTING THE ALARM

Adjusting the Wake-Up Time / Alarm (AL1 or AL2)

  • To set alarm AL1 (AL2), press and hold the “AL 1” (“AL2”) button until the Hour flashes, then release the button. Press the “  or ” button to adjust the Hour.

  • Press the “AL1” (“AL2”) button again, and the Minutes will flash. Press the “  or “ button to adjust the Minutes.

  • Press the AL1 (AL2) button again, and it will display 1 of the 3 different Alarm WeekModes:

  • 1-7 – the alarm will turn on all 7 days default

  • 1-5 – the alarm will only turn on Monday through Friday

  • 6-7 – the alarm will only turn on Saturday and Sunday

  • Press the ” or “button to select the desired Alarm Week Mode.

  • Press the AL 1 (AL2) button again to save the Alarm settings and resume clock mode.

Setting the Alarm(AL 1 or AL2) On or Off.
Press the “AL 1″ (‘AL2″) button to activate the alarm setting for your desired wakeup lime adjusted above: When the AL 1 (AL2) indicator lights On, Wake to Buzzer Alarm for AL 1 (Al2) WIii be On. To completely turn off the alarm, prhs the ft AL 1” (ftAL2ftl button repeatadly untll the indicatorfortheAL 1 (AL2) Wake to Buzzer Alarm 11 Off.

Snooze Alarm
When the Alarm comes ON, press the “SNOOZE” button to pause it for 9 minutes. The alarm indicator will flash during Snooze Alarm mode. Snooze Alarm will only ba active for one hour. To turn off Snooze Alarm mode. press the”AL 1′ (‘AL2″) button once. The Alarm indicator will then become solid (to be On again the same time the next day if an appropriate Alarm Week Mode is set).

SENSING ROOM TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY

  1. Press the “ORE” button to check the room temperature.
  2. Press the “ORE” button again to check Humidity.
  3. Press and hold the “°C/E” button, the temperature can be converted between Fahrenheit(°F) and Celsius(°C).

WARNING: DO NOT place the Temperature Sensor in the mouth or any part of Iha’s body to avoid it from fracturing into small particles and harming you.

LEVELS OF NIGHT LIGHT

  • Press the “LED” button to turn the night light ON (high/low level) or OFF when needed.

LEVELS OF DIMMER CONTROL

  • Press the “DIM MER” button to set the clock display at one of ha 4 brightness levels.

USB FOR CHARGING

Output 5V up to 1 A for charging mobile phones or portable digital audio players.
Note: The charging current drawn from the unit may vary due to different USB charging cable conditions.

WIRELESS CHARGING

  • A 5W Wireless Charging Pad is built on top of this unit for wireless power transfer to any Qi-compatible Smartphones or Qi-enabled Receivers over a vertical distance of not more than 0.2 inches (5 mm).
  1. Place your Qi-compatible Smartphone or Receiver (only one set at a time) on top of the Wireless Charging Pad. The centre of your Smartphone or Receiver must be positioned properly right in the middle of this charging pad to maximize the charging efficiency.
  2. While wireless charging is started or detected, the Qi indicator will be flashing Red slowly.
  3. While a wireless charging error occurs (if a metal sheet/substance is placed on top of the charging pad), the Qi indicator will flash Red rapidly or flash red and green alternatively to alert the user to get the erroneous receiver removed.
  4. When your Smartphone is fully charged, the Qi indicator will turn solid Graen (except for iPhones).

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Care of Cabinets
If the cabinet becomes dusty, wipe it with a soft cloth. If the cabinet becomes smudged or dirty, clean it with a soft, slightly dampened cloth. Never allow water or any liquid to get inside the cabinet. Never use any abrasive cleaners or cleaning pads as these will damage the finish of your clock.
