IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1.) Read these instructions. Keep these instructions. Follow all instructions.

SETTING THE TIME
(Turn OFF the clock before setting the time)
Check the Current Time
Date / Year / Time
1. Power on, “HOUR” flashes or press and Hold the “SET” button until the
“HOUR”segment will blink.
2. Press “ ” or” ” to adjust the hour.
3. Press “SET” again, “MINUTE” segment will blink.
4. Press “ ” or” “” to adjust the minute.
5. Press “SET” again, “MONTH” segment will blink.
6. Press “ ” or” ” to adjust the month.
7. Press “SET” again, “DATE” segment will blink.
8. Press “ ” or” “to adjust the day.
9. Press “SET” again, “YEAR” segment will blink.
10. Press “ ” or” ” to adjust the year .
11. Press “SET”again, “24H”/”12H”will blink.
12. Press “ ” or” “to 12 H/24H.
13. Press “SET” key to confirm, or wait for 40 seconds to confirm automatically and return to clock mode.
SETTING THE ALARM
(Turn OFF the clock before setting the Alarm)
Your clock radio had two separate alarms (Alarm 1 and Alarm 2) that can be set
and used independently. Please ensure that you have set the wake up time and
alarm mode correctly.
Turn on the switch of AL 1 or AL2 at rear of unit.
1). Press “AL 1 / V -” button repeatedly to select your wake up mode:
- “ ” signs ON means Alarm 1 Wake to Buzzer is ON
- “ ” signs ON means Alarm 1 Wake to Radio is ON
After you had selected the desired wake up mode.
2.). Press and hold the “AL 1/ V-” button for 2 seconds, the “Hour” of wake up time will blink.
3). Press “ ” or” ” button to adjust the Hour.
4). Press “AL 1/V-” button again, the “Minute” of wake up time will blink.
5). Press “ ” or” ” button to adjust the Minute .
6). Press the “AL 1 /V-” button. again, the current volume level will blink.
7). Press “ ” or” ” button to adjust your desire alarm volume level.
8). Press “AL 1 /V-” button again, wake up day will blink.
9). Press “ ” or” ” button to adjust wake up day.
10). Press “AL 1/ V-” to finish the alarm setting, or wait for 40seconds.
Please follow the above steps for setting the Alarm 2 (by pressing AL2N+). Gradually Increase Wake up Volume: When alarm goes off,it will begin with minimum level and will gradually increase to your setting alarm volume level.
SNOOZE/REPEAT/STOP THE ALARM
1. When the alarm goes off, you can press ” zZ2 ” to delay the alarm for
another 9 minutes. 9-minute delay can be repeated within 60 minutes
2. Whenever the alarm goes off.you can press either” 6/MODE”, “AL 1N-” or
“AL2N+” button to turn OFF the alarm (AL 1 for Alarm 1 and AL2 for Alarm 2).
But it will repeat from next time or day.
3. If you want to completely turn off the alarm, please switch the AL 1/AL2
switch on the back of the clock to OFF.
LISTEN TO THE RADIO
Keep the clock radio away from other electronic devices to avoid radio interference. For better reception, adjust the position of the FM antenna.
1. Press the “ /MODE” button to turn ON the radio.
2. Press either “ ” or “ ” to adjust the radio frequency.
3. Press and hold either “ ” or “ “until the clock search the stations
itself, release the button then the clock will look for next radio station and
stop.
4. Keep pressing “ ” or “ ” will speed up the searching If a radio station is
found, it will stop.
5. When you set and listen to the desired station, you can press either “AL 1
/V-”
STORE THE RADIO STATION
There are 20 preset stations can be set on the clock (From P01, P02, P03 to
P20)
1. Press the” /MODE” button to turn ON the clock and switch to Radio mode.
2. Search your desired stations by pressing “ ” or “ ”
3. Press and hold the “SET” button for 2 seconds until program number “P01,
P02, P03 … P20” appear on the display and blink.
4. Press the “ ” or “ ” button to select the program number.
5. Press the “SET” button again and the desired radio station will be stored
in the selected program number.
Repeat the above steps to store the other radio stations.
RECALLING PRESET STATIONS
1. Turn ON the clock and switch to Radio mode
2. Press “ SET ” button and you will see the last Program number shows on
the display.
3. Either press the “ SET ” button, “ ” or” “to change the program number in order to find your stored radio station.
SLEEP TO RADIO TIMER
There is a sleep timer function for you to select from 10, 20, 30 …. to 90 minutes to listen to the radio before sleep, the clock will be turned OFF automatically after the set time.
1. Turn ON the clock and switch to Radio mode /BT mode.
2. Press the” SLEEP” button and “10” will be displayed on the screen. It
means that you had turned on the Timer with 10 minutes count down
3. If you want to extend the timer, you can press the “SLEEP” button again
then the count down time will be increased up to 90 minutes.
4. If you want to switch OFF the timer function, you can keep pressing the”
SLEEP” button until “OFF” display on the screen. or, Press “MODE” to switch to
“OFF” to turn off the clock.
AUTO / MANUAL DIMMER CONTROL
To adjust the display brightness, keep pressing “” button until your desired brightness level appears. Brightness is available in 4 levels and can be adjusted only when the radio and BT function disabled(clock is OFF) .Press”” button, you can adjust the brightness level as below:
BLUETOOTH CONNECTION
1. Turn ON the clock and press ” /MODE” button to switch to Bluetooth “BT”
2. “BT” sign blinks meaning searching is ON from the clock. Please turn on the Bluetooth of your external audio device and look for CKS503 then connect. Once connected , the “BT” sign will stop blinking and short tone will be heard from the clock. Bluetooth now is connected and you can play the music source from your external audio device through the clock speakers.
3. You can control the music playing on both the clock and your audio device.
4. Press the “SET” button to PLAY or PAUSE.
5. Press the “T” or “A” button to play Previous or Next.
6. Press the “V-” or “V+” button to adjust the volume level of the music.
NOTES: The unit does not have Hands-free speakerphone function.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Care Of Cabinets
If the cabinet becomes dusty, wipe it with a soft cloth. If the cabinet becomes smudged or dirty, clean it with a soft, slightly dampened cloth . Never allow water or any liquid to get inside the cabinet. Never use any abrasive cleaners or cleaning pads as these will damage the finish of your radio.
