Product Information

  • The August Smart Keypad 2 is a smart lock accessory that allows you to conveniently control access to your home. It works with your existing August smart lock and can be easily set up using the August App.

Installation Requirements

  • Before beginning the setup process, make sure you have already installed your smart lock. If you haven’t, please refer to the smart lock installation instructions provided separately.

August App Setup

To set up the August Smart Keypad 2, follow these steps:

  1. Download the August App from your app store and install it on your smartphone or tablet.
  2. If you are already an August user, open the August app and select “Set Up Device” from the menu.
  3. Choose “Set Up Device” from the menu and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. In the app, scan the QR code provided when prompted.
