Operation Manual
Please read this operation manual carefully before starting the product, and save it properly for future use.
Important Safeguards
Comply with the following safety precautions to ensure safe use and avoid
injury and property loss.
Caution: Hot Surface! The surface will become hot during the use.
Do NOT touch it to prevent scald.
Precautions on Use
- Do not allow people with physical, cognitive, or mental disability or those lacking relevant knowledge or experience, including children, to operate the product.
- Do not allow children to approach, touch, play with, or use the product.
Restrictions on Use
- Do not place the product in an unbalanced or humid place or one close to a fire or heat source, but preferably at a distance of more than 30cm from them.
- Do not place the product near a device susceptible to electromagnetic interference.
- Do not use any non-professional pots to prevent the induction cooker from affecting its heating performance or creating dangers.
- ONLY use pots that are made of iron,flat at the bottom, and not less than 12cm within the heating zone of induction cooker.
- Make sure there is food or liquid in the pot to avoid dry heating before starting.
- Pay attention to preventing scald when a pot with metal handles is used.
Precautions on Electric Power
- Do not use a power supply other than AC 220V-240V to avoid fire or electric shock.
- When disconnecting the power plug, do not excessively pull the AC power cord to avoid electric shock or a fire caused by short circuit .
- Do not allow children to operate the product alone. Keep it out of reach of infants and young children to avoid the occurrence of electric shock, scald, and other accidents.
- Do not insert or pull out the power plug with wet hands to avoid electric shock or injury.
- Use an independent power socket with its ground wire and at a rated current above 10A.
- Do not operate the product through an external timer or an independent remote control system.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a professional from the manufacturer, its maintenance department, or similar department to avoid any danger.
Environment
- Steam and heat will cause damage, discoloration and deformation to walls and furniture, so please keep the rice cooker more than 30cm away from walls and furniture during use.
- Do not use the product directly on a metal table, to avoid the product against heating the metal table and causing a danger.
- Keep good ventilation to ensure smooth heat dissipation when using the product.
In Use
- Do not place and heat a sealed container or sealed food (such as cans and pressure cookers) directly on the induction cooker, to avoid unexpected expansion during heating.
- Ensure that the air inlet and vent outlet of the product remain unblocked. Do not cover them with foreign matter to avoid the product against overheating.
- Do not place metal objects, such as knives, forks, spoons, and lids, on the heating surface of the product in use, to avoid scald.
- o not place paper, aluminum foil, cloth or other articles on the heating surface of the product to avoid accidents.
After Use
- Regularly check the air inlet and vent outlet of the product to ensure that they are not blocked.
- The heating surface of the product may remain hot after use. Do not touch it to avoid scald.
- If the product is abnormal or has a fault, stop operating it immediately and disconnect the power plug. Send it to professional personnel for repair after it cools down.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Before cleaning, make sure to disconnect the power plug from the power socket and wait until the product becomes cool.
- Do not immerse the induction cooker in water or spray water on it.
- Do not rinse the air inlet or vent outlet of the induction cooker directly with water. Prevent water and foreign matter from entering the product and ensure its cleanliness.
- Do not use steam cleaner or steel wool or other hard items to clean or scrub the product.
- Use soft rag immersed with a neutral detergent to wipe off oil on the heating surface of the induction cooker. Do not use bleach solution or corrosive liquid to clean it.
- Use soft dry rag, or a soft brush or a micro vacuum cleaner to wipe or blow the air inlet and vent outlet of the product, to clean off dust.
- After cleaning, use soft dry rag to wipe the surface of the induction cooker to dry it.
- When not using the product for a long time, disconnect the power plug from the power socket and protect it from moisture, dust and insects.
Other Precautions
- Do not allow the induction cooker to bear strong impact or heavy weight or sharp tools to avoid injury or failure.
- Warning: If there are cracks on the heating surface of the induction cooker, turn it off to avoid possible electric shock.
- Do not modify, dismantle, or repair the product by yourself, to avoid fire, electric shock or scald.
- If the induction cooker is abnormal or has a fault, stop operating it immediately to avoid fire, electric shock or scald.
Abnormality or Fault
- Abnormal over-temperature of the power cord or power plug during the use of the induction cooker.
- Smoke and a burning smell come out of the induction cooker.
- Part of the rice cooker cracks, looses or there is an abnormal noise.
- Other faults or abnormalities.

About Use
Connect with Mijia App
This product works with Mijia app. Control your device, and interact it and
other smart home devices with Mijia app.
Scan the QR code to download and install the app. You will be directed to the
connection setup page if the app is installed already. Or search “Mijia” in
the app Store to download and install it.
Open Mijia app, tap “+” on the upper right, and then follow prompts to add
your device.

Note: The version of Mijia app might have been updated, please follow
the instructions based on the current app version.
Connect to Wi-Fi
joyami Induction Cooker automatically enters the waiting state for Wi-Fi
connection after it is powered on for the first time. Please complete Wi-Fi
settings in Mijia APP.
Reset Wi-Fi
Simultaneously press down the buttons “Timer” and “Function” for 5 sec to
reset Wi-Fi. After a successful reset, the Wi-Fi icon blinks on the screen and
joyami Induction Cooker becomes ready for access.

Start to Use
The product can be used fast after the power cord is connected.

Power on
After the induction cooker is powered on, press down the “Main Rotary Knob” for 0.5 sec to start its standby status.
Tip: Standby status means heating mode by default, so you can cook in this mode directly, without selecting another function. -
Select a function
Taking “Hot Pot” as an example, click the “Function” button, and then rotate the “Main Rotary Knob” leftwards or rightwards to choose the “Hot Pot” mode. Click the “Main Rotary Knob” to confirm, and then the induction cooker starts cooking.
Tip: If you want to exit the functional selection, you can click the “Function” button again. -
Adjust power
Adjust power by rotating the “Main Rotary Knob” leftwards/rightwards during the cooking process. -
Power off after cooking
Bring the product into sleep by long pressing the “Main Rotary Knob” for 3 sec after cooking is completed.
Tip: In any state, it may bring the induction cooker into sleep by long pressing the “main rotary knob” for 3 sec.

Operating Guide
Heating mode
The default mode is heating mode and lasts for 1h, and its heating stage can
be adjusted according to cooking requirements. Slowly rotate the “Main Rotary
Knob” to adjust the heating power by every stage, and fast rotate the “Main
Rotary Knob” to adjust the heating power by every 10 stages.
Function mode
Press down the “Function” button to enter the function mode, and rotate the
“Main Rotary Knob” leftwards or rightwards to browse and select from the basic
functions. With every rotation of the “Main Rotary Knob”, the menu switches
cyclically in the order of “Hot Pot, Steam, Soup, Stir Fry, and Deep Fry”.
Click the “Main Rotary Knob”, and then joyami Induction Cooker starts cooking
according to the selected function.
Tip: Users can expand the functions of joyami Induction Cooker and adjust
their order after logging on Mijia APP.

Hot Pot
The default cooking duration is 2h for this mode. Adjust the heating stage of joyami Induction Cooker according to cooking requirements.
(The start stage is Stage 99 by default.) -
Steam
The default cooking duration is 1h for this mode. Adjust the heating stage of joyami Induction Cooker according to cooking requirements.
(The start stage is Stage 80 by default.) -
Soup
The default cooking duration is 2h for this mode. Adjust the heating stage of joyami Induction Cooker according to cooking requirements.
(The start stage is Stage 60 by default.) -
Stir Fry
The default cooking duration is 1h for this mode. Adjust the heating stage of joyami Induction Cooker according to cooking requirements.
(The start stage is Stage 99 by default.) -
Deep Fry
The default cooking duration is 2h for this mode. Adjust the heating stage of joyami Induction Cooker according to cooking requirements.
(The start stage is Stage 70 by default.)
Timer mode

Before timing, confirm whether the current mode of joyami
Induction Cooker is correct. Select an appropriate mode, and then press the “Timer” button to enter the Timer mode.
Tip: The timer function can also be used when joyami Induction Cooker is not in the heating state. After the timer countdown expires, the alarm clock will remind you and the cooker automatically enter the standby status. For timing in function mode, set the timer after joyami Induction Cooker enters the cooking state. -
Rotate the “Main Rotary Knob” rightwards, set the countdown duration, and then click the “Main Rotary Knob” to start. Slowly rotate the “Main Rotary Knob” to adjust the duration by every 1min, and fast rotate the “Main Rotary Knob” to adjust the duration by every 10min.
Tip: The maximum timer duration is 4 hours, and the timer countdown is displayed in the format of “00: 00 (hour: minute)” . After the timer countdown expires, joyami Induction Cooker stops heating and automatically enters the standby status.
Adjust power
Adjust heating power by rotating the “Main Rotary Knob” leftwards/rightwards
in the heating state, and the adjustment ranges from Stage 0 to Stage 99.
Pause
Press down the “Main Rotary Knob” once to pause heating, and press it down
again to recover heating at the power stage set previously.
Tip: If no follow-up operation is performed after joyami Induction Cooker
is paused, it will automatically enter the sleep status after 10 minutes.
Daily Maintenance
Disconnect the power supply to ensure that joyami Induction Cooker has stopped running. DO NOT perform any following operations until it is cooled to prevent scald.

Clean surface
Clean joyami Induction Cooker with soft rag dipped with neutral detergent after cooking to ensure the cooking effect and clean surface. -
Clean air inlet/vent outlet
Clean off dust from the air inlet/vent outlet with a soft brush or a micro vacuum cleaner, or gently wipe off dust with soft dry rag every half a year.

Fault Code
When the induction cooker has a fault during its operation, the OLED screen of the main rotary knob displays a fault code. Please refer to the following table for troubleshooting.

Troubleshooting
