Repairs may be performed using new or refurbished parts that meet or exceed Eureka specifications for new parts. If Eureka elects to replace the vacuum, the replacement may be a reconditioned unit. Depending on availability of products, Eureka reserves the right to provide you with a replacement product that is the same or similar, or substitute equivalent of the original product.
