Product Information
This product is a piece of furniture that needs to be secured to the wall using tip-over restraints to prevent serious or fatal crushing injuries. It comes with a warning to always secure the furniture to the wall using the provided tip-over restraints. The heaviest items should be placed in the lower drawer, and TVs or other heavy objects should not be set on top of the product. Children should never climb or hang on drawers, doors, or shelves.
Product Usage Instructions
- Locate the tip-over restraints provided with the product.
- Use a drill to attach one end of the restraint to the back of the furniture and the other end to the wall.
- Ensure that the restraint is tightened securely and that there is no slack in the strap.
- Place the heaviest items in the lower drawer to help stabilize the furniture.
- Avoid placing TVs or other heavy objects on top of the product as this can increase the risk of tip-over.
- Do not let children climb or hang on drawers, doors, or shelves as this can cause the furniture to tip over.
WARNING
Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over.
ALWAYS secure this furniture to the wall using tip-over restraints.
To further reduce the risk of serious injury and death from tip-overs:
- Place heaviest items in the lower drawer.
- Do not set TVs or other heavy objects on top of this product.
- Never let children climb or hang on drawers, doors, or shelves.

Care and cleaning
Wipe clean with a cloth damped in a mild cleaner.
Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
