IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
– This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and person with reduced physical or sensory or mental capabilities or lack of knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

– Ensure the product is on a flat and dry surface before use.
– Only use accessory items recommended by the manufacturer.
Home use only. This equipment should not be stored outdoors, in a garage or an outbuilding.
Keep the equipment in a dry place with as little temperature variation as possible.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1. Prepare a clean area. Take the main bike frame, with all of its parts out of the carton. Check the parts with the parts list to make sure there’s no missing part in the carton.
    2. Assemble the front and rear stabilizers to the base post with 4 bolts (42) and wave washers (66)BLUEFIN FITNESS TOU R5.0 Home Gym Equipment -

  2. 1. First unscrew the pre-locked nut and gasket on the seat cushion (13), and then screw it onto the sliding seat (16) with the N-type tool.
    2. After removing the knob (20), gasket (19), sleeve (17) and carriage screw (84) on the sliding seat, insert the combined seat cushion into the seat tube (21).
    3. Put a sleeve (17) on the carriage screw (84), then put it into the corresponding hole on the seat slider (16), and finally put the knob (20) and the gasket together with the teeth of the carriage screw (84).

  3. 1. Insert the seat post through the plastic sleeve. Select the ideal height position on the seat post. Insert the knob (10)into the hole. Tighten fully the knob.BLUEFIN FITNESS TOU R5.0 Home Gym Equipment - parts3

  4. 1. remove from the frame (44) the screw (65) and the gasket (66).
    2. Connect upper cable (2) and lower cable(91).
    3. Insert the handle post tube (8) into the corresponding hole of the frame (44).
    4. Use a hex wrench to turn the screw (65) and gasket (66) off the frame back to the corresponding hole

  5. “1. Unscrew the pre-locked screws on the console with a harpoon wrench.
    2. Connect the line (2) to the leading wire of the electronic table (1).
    3. Align the holes with the harpoon wrench as shown in the figure and tighten the screw (83).

  6. 1. Assemble the handlebar (79) to the bracket on the handlebar post
    2.Fix the spring washer (7), flat washer (6) and metal bush (4) into the handlebar clamp.
    3.Put the plastic cover(67,3) pressing the handlebar. Then fix the plastic cover with the Allen key (68)

  7. 1. Assemble the straps onto the pedals as per the image. Adjust the ideal length of the straps according to your size of feet.
    2. Install the left pedal(58) to the left crank arm and screw the right pedal(28) onto the right crank arm ( Set the pedal bolts counter-clock wise).
    (Note: when assembling the straps to the pedals, make sure the right strap to the right pedal, there’s an “R” on both strap and pedal and left strap to the left pedal, there’s an “L” on both strap and pedal.)BLUEFIN

  8. 1. Connect the power adapter as seen in the image.
    Please check and ensure all the screws and bolts are tightly fixed before using the product.

OPERATION

  1. After power-on, U1 is set by default but you can select any User by turning the UP/DOWN key then pressing the ENTER key for confirmation. Input user data, sex, age, height, weight in the top –right window. Then press the ENTER key for confirmation.
  2. Function Control display will flash, indicating you can select the Programs P1-P12 by turning the UP/DOWN key and then pressing the ENTER key for confirmation. Any of the default values can be changed by pushing the ENTER key until the desired program profile is flashing. Press the ENTER key again for confirmation.
  3. When the Program and other protocols are entered press the START/STOP key and begin your workout.

DISPLAY VALUES

  1. PRE-SET USER/SEX/AGE/HEIGHT/WEIGHT
    User inputting his/her real user data (sex / age/ height / weight) into computer to stove it to be used in calculated reference.

  2. SELECT MANUAL/PROGRAMS/ WATT CONSTANT/PERSONAL/ H.R.C
    User can choose different control mode to start his work out. See below is main description of each control mode.

  3. EXECUTE MANUAL/PROGRAMS/ WATT CONSTANT/PERSONAL/ H.R.C
    Execute selected control mode.

  4. PRE-SET TIME/DISTANCE/CALORIES/WATTS/HEART RATE
    Setting and inputting user wanted value, the function value of display will count down to zero; or user can forget setting these values, the computer will know your workout is from 0 to end value.

  5. ROTATE UP/DOWN & PRESS START/PAUSE
    Rotate UP+ / DOWN- key to increase / decrease function value. After setting each function value press “ENTER” to confirm your setting.
    START / PAUSE- Finish previous step to then press START to start operating; user can press “PAUSE” if they want to pause workout a while.

  6. TEST RECOVERY
    “Press RECOVERY and the computer will calculate your recovery value on the display referencing with your user data and actual workout function.”

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

MANUAL
Set the resistance level using the dot matrix display then (if required) set exercise parameters TIME/DISTANCE / CALORIES / PULSE then press START/STOP to START manual program.
PROGRAM
12 automatic adjusting programs with control exercise (P1~P12),Resistance level can be adjusted when the PROGRAM DIAGRAM is flashing.
WATTS CONSTANT
User can default WATTS value at his/her desire between 10~350 watts by using the UP/ DOWN knob. To fix WATTS constant value and then press START/STOP key. Use WATTS control mode to train yourself in different WATTS’s constant.
PERSONAL
Create your own Program profile through U1~U4 by setting the resistance level for each individual segment. Then the Program will be automatically save for future use. U0 ENTER can be set the same as U1~U4 but this Program cannot be saved.
HEART RATE CONTROL
Select your own target Heart Rate of choose one of the preset programs 55%, 75%,or 90%. Please enter your age into the User Data to ensure that your target heart rate is set correctly. The PULSE display will flash when you have reached your target heart rate according to the Program you have chosen.
RECOVERY
When you have finished your workout, press RECOVERY. For RECOVERY to function correctly, it needs your Heart Rate input.
TIME will count down from 1 minute and then your fitness level from F1 to F6 will be displayed.
“NOTE: during RECOVERY, no other displays will operate.

KINOMAP FITNESSAPP

ADDING THE APP

  • Search for KINOMAP on your smartphone’s app store and download.
  • After the download is complete, open the KINOMAP app and register your personal details.
  • Turn Bluetooth on and ensure that the TOUR FIT console is powered on and in the wake-up state.
  • Sync your TOUR FIT to the KINOMAP app as follows:

WARMUP AND COOL DOWN

TO PREVENT INJURIES, YOU SHOULD ALWAYS WARM-UP AND COOL-DOWN WITH VARIOUS STRETCHES BEFORE AND AFTER EACH WORKOUT.
WE RECOMMEND THE FOLLOWING STRETCHES, WHICH WILL REDUCE THE RISK OF ANY MUSCLE INJURY OR SPASM DURING EXERCISE.
NEVER OVERSTRETCH OR PULL YOUR MUSCLES.
SIDE BENDS
Pass one arm up and over your head, bending your upper body in the same direction. Hold this position for 10 to 15 seconds and slowly straighten yourself back up. Repeat this 3 times for each side.
TOE TOUCH
Slowly bend forward from your waist, letting your back and shoulders relax as you stretch towards your toes. Reach down as far as you can go and hold for 15 seconds. Then relax and repeat 3 times
CALF-ACHLLES STRETCH
Lean against a wall with your left leg in front of the right and your arms on the wall. Keep your right leg straight and your left foot on the floor, bend the left leg and lean forward by moving your hips toward the wall. Hold, then repeat on the other leg for 15 seconds. Repeat 3 times for each leg.
QUADRICEPS STRETCH
With one hand against a wall for balance, reach behind you and pull your right foot up. Bring your heel as close to your buttocks. Hold for 10-15 seconds. Repeat three times for each foot.
INNER THIGH STRETCH
Sit with the soles of your feet together and your knees pointing outwards. Pull your feet as close to your groin as possible. Gently push your knees towards the floor. Hold for 15 seconds. Then relax and repeat 3 times.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Er01: indicates abnormal communication between electronic watch and electronic control
The console wire is not connected properly
Er02: indicates abnormal indication of voltage no. between the down control and motor
The motor wire is not connected properly
Er03: indicates the indication of speed anomaly detected by down-control
PWM drive circuit on the down control board failure
Er04: indicates the overvoltage protection information of the down control.
The input voltage of the treadmill exceeds the rated operating voltage of the motor.
E05 : indicates that the driving power voltage is too high and an abnormal phenomenon is indicated
The input voltage of the treadmill exceeds the rated operating voltage of the motor.
E06: indicates that the driving power voltage of the lower control no. is too low and an abnormal phenomenon is indicated
The supply voltage is too low
E07 : indication that the console security lock is not connected properly
The magnetic safety key is not attached properly.
