Ultra Slim Vibration Plate

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to
the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful

This equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance 20cm
between the radiator and your body.
NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a
Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules.
These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful
interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and
can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in
accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio
communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not
occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful
interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by
turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the
interference by one or more of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

- It is important to keep these instructions for future reference.
- Keep the appliance away from children under the age of 8 years. If you have a known medical condition that may impact your ability to use this product, we strongly recommend you consult with your doctor or physician before using to avoid any risk of injury.
- Children shall not play with the appliance.
- Children and pets should be supervised at all times.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Only use accessory items recommended by the manufacturer.
- CAUTION the instructions must be followed carefully in the assembly, use and maintenance of the equipment.
- Keep hair, fingers and loose clothing away from moving parts to avoid serious injury. Always consult your GP before undertaking any exercise programme.
- This product is not suitable for therapeutic purposes.
- This product is intended for home use only.
- Do not use the product in humid or dusty environments to avoid any risk of electric shock.
- Do not use the product if temperature exceeds 40°C/104°F.
- Ensure the product is on a flat and dry surface before use.

• Before using the Ultra Slim Plus:
Wait an appropriate time after eating before using the appliance.
Ensure children under the age of 8 years and pets are kept away from the
machine.
Make sure no fingers or foreign bodies are near the gap between the cover and
the base of the unit whilst in operation.
The maximum user weight is 150KG.
Only one person may be on the platform at a time.
• Do not use the Ultra Slim Plus if any of the following applies to you:
People who are undergoing medical treatment or have any medical concerns
please consult your doctor prior to use.
Pregnancy People with heart disease.
People with pacemakers or any other medical electronic instrument implanted.
People with artificial limbs.
People who are sensitive to vibration or strenuous exercise.
• Warning:
Stop using the Ultra Slim Plus immediately if:
Water comes into contact with the unit or the controller Any foreign bodies
have been lodged inside the machine There is a power failure.
There is an electrical storm.
You feel unwell whilst using the unit.
The power cord has any damage.

Using Accessories:
Your vibration plate comes with 2 bungee cables for use in upper body
exercises in conjunction with the plate. Attach the silver clips on the
bungees to the corresponding silver ring on either side of the bottom of the
plate. Please do not attempt to attach or detach accessories from the plate
while in use.
GETTING STARTED
- Unbox your Bluefin vibration plate and place it on a flat, hard surface. If the surface is slightly uneven, adjust the feet under the plate. If you live in a flat or an apartment building we recommend placing a yoga mat or rug beneath the plate to absorb any noise. Bluefin fitness plates are very quiet but all vibration plates make at least some noise.
- Insert CR2032 batteries into the remote control.
- Insert the power cable into the back of the plate and plug the other end into the electrical outlet. Make sure the plate is close enough to the electrical outlet that the cord is not stretched. Ensure that the power switch next to the plug is turned on. If the switch is illuminated, the machine is on. When not in use, switch the machine off and ensure that this button is not illuminated.
- Familiarise yourself with the screen and remote before stepping onto the plate. Place your feet on either side of the plate for more intensity and better balance. Please be sure to step on the plate slowly and carefully before starting any workout setting. We recommend beginning with speeds below 120 or using program setting P1.
CONTROLS
POWER
Keep power supply energized. press this key again, close the machine.
AUTO MODE
Automatic mode is activated once pressing this button.
Press the button repeatedly to cycle through the “P1” “P2” “P3” “P4” “P5”.
Auto mode, humanized programming, automatically. Adjusting vibration
frequency. In automatic mode, Speed and time is not adjustable.
S/T-
Speed or Time decrease : 1) Manual 1-180 press this button to decrease the
speed when the machine is operating. In the standby mode, can adjust the time.
Manual 1-20 press this button to decrease this time.
S/T+
Speed or Time increase : 1) Manual 1-180 press this button to increase the
speed when the machine is operating. In the standby mode, can adjust the time.
Manual 1-20 press this button to increase this time.
SHORTCUTS
Quick-key press the button repeatedy to through the “60” “120””180″NB/ Only
available for Manual Program during workout.
Using The Handles:
To use the handles for different types of workout, pull them out of the side
of the machine. On the footplate lift the rubber cover caps on top of the
desired handle position.
The handles can only be fitted in a vertical orientation and will not fit in
any position horizontally. Push the handle plugs into the footplate ports.
Make sure the handles are fully inserted before doing any excersise.
Using Your Display:
The display will show information for Time, Speed and Distance mid-workout.
Besides the remote control, you can also use the following display buttons to
control your vibration plate.
POWER: Press to start and stop your workout.
MODE / SPEED – prior to workout:
(i) Scroll through Programs 1 to 5.
(ii) Once selected, press ON/OFF to start.
MODE / SPEED – during workout:
Press and/or hold to increase speed.
Speed can also be decreased once maximum speed level has been reached.
NB/ Only available for Manual Program during workout.
WORKOUT SETTINGS
M • Manual Workouts:
The time can be programmed up to 20 minutes. The speed level can be programmed
up to 180.
Programmed Workouts:
P1 • 10 minute low-intensity program. Perfect for warming-up, gentle
massage and recovery after exercise.
P2 • 10 minute low-to-moderate-intensity program. Perfect for gradual
weight-loss and cellulite reduction.
P3 • 10 minute moderate-intensity program. Perfect for gradual weight-
loss, muscle-toning and intensive massage.
P4 • 10 minutes high-intensity program. Perfect for muscle-toning and
improving core-strength.
P5 • 10 minute ultra-high-intensity program. Perfect for all-round power
and weight-loss training.
BLUETOOTH

Ensure your device has Bluetooth turned on and the device is ‘discoverable’.

Turn your Bluefin Vibration Plate ‘ON’. The Bluetooth module stimply turns on once the Vibration Plate has powered up.

The Vibration Plate will now appear in the Bluetooth devices list on your phone or tablet. You are now connected to the Vibration Plate and are ready to go!

Your warranty begins on receipt of delivery, technical faults are covered
for 12 months and the motor is covered for life!
