IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

Before using the electrical appliance, the following basic precautions should always be followed including all points as below:

  1. Read all instructions.
  2. Before using check that the voltage of wall socket corresponding to the one shown on\ the rating plate.
  3. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance mal-function or is dropped or damaged in any manner.
  4. If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorised service agent or a qualified technician in order to avoid a hazard.
  5. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning. Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning,
  6. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or hot surface.
  7. Do not immerse handheld part of blender into water as this would give rise to electric\ shock.
  8. Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being used near children or infirm persons.
  9. Avoid contacting moving parts.
  10. Keep hands and utensils out of container while blending to reduce the risk of severe injury to people or damage to the blender. A scraper may be used but must be used only when the blender is not running.
  11. The appliance cannot be used for chopping ice or blending hard and dry substance, otherwise the blade could be blunted.
  12. To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutting blade on base without first putting bowl properly in place.
  13. Be sure chopper lid is securely locked in place before operating appliance.
  14. Use any accessory not recommended by the manufacturer may cause injuries to persons.
  15. Do not operate the appliance for other than its intended use.
  16. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
  17. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
  18. Do not use outdoors.
  19. Save these instructions.
  20. Take care of potential injury from misuse.
  21. Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
  22. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
  23. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or touching the moving parts.
  24. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
    • Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environment
    • Farmhouse
    • By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments
    • Bed and breakfast type environments
  25. Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food processor or blender as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to a sudden steaming.
  26. Do not allow children to use the blender without supervision.
  27. Note: the small mixing cup has no storage function.

USING YOUR HAND BLENDER

Using Your Hand Blender

Suitable for blending
Fruits and vegetable materials for making soup or sauce, milkshakes, ice cream, and juice. Whisked egg whites can be made into cream.

BEFORE FIRST USE

Before the first use, clean all accessories
The time running unit without load can’t exceed 15s.
Important: Blades are very sharp, handle with care. Ensure that the hand- held blender is unplugged from the power outlet before assembling or removing attachments.

INSTRUCTION FOR BLENDER

CAUTION: Don’t use continuously for more than 1 minute and allow the motor unit to cool for 3 minutes before next application.

  1. To assemble the detachable shaft with the motor unit, turn the shaft anti-clockwise direction until tightened. To disassemble, just turn in the adverse direction.

  2. Simply plug the hand-held blender to power socket.

  3. Lower the hand-held blender into food. Then press and hold the Speed control button to start operating. Adjust by pressing either Low or high speed button.

  4. To stop the hand-held blender by releasing the Speed control button.

  5. When blending carrot, cut small piece, and place it into small chopper bowl, then add water.
    The max quantify of carrot do not exceed 280g,and max 420g water in every blending.

  6. Mix blend 300 grams of honey in the bowl, 15 grams of malt sugars, time of agitation is 15 seconds .

INSTRUCTION FOR CHOPPER

CAUTION: Don’t use continuously for more than 5 seconds and allow the motor unit to cool for 2 minutes before next application.

  1. Place the chopper bowl on a clean, level surface.
  2. Put the stainless chopping blade into the chopper bowl. The blade is very sharp, please handle carefully to avoid injury.
  3. Put the ingredients into the chopper bowl.
  4. Place the chopper lid onto the chopper bowl and turn it in clockwise direction until it locks into position. To remove the lid, turn in adverse direction.
  5. Insert the motor unit into the hole of the chopper lid and turn clockwise direction to lock tightly.
  6. Plug the appliance in power socket and press the switch to begin operation.
  7. To stop the appliance release the switch at the top of the motor unit.

WARNING:

  • To reduce the risk of injury, never place chopping blade on base without first putting bowl properly in place.
  • Be sure chopper lid is securely locked in place before operating the appliance.

INSTRUCTION FOR BEATER

CAUTION: Don’t use continuously for more than 1 minute and allow the motor unit to cool for 1 minutes before next application

Max operation duration per time cannot exceed 2 minute, and 2 minute rest time must be maintained at one consecutive cycles.

  1. To assemble the egg white beater with the motor unit, turn the whisk anti-clockwise direction until tightened. To disassemble, just turn in the adverse direction.
  2. Simply plug the hand-held blender to power socket.
  3. Place egg whites into the cup generally
  4. Lower the hand-held blender into food and press the switch at the top of the motor unit.
  5. To stop the hand-held blender release the switch at the top of the motor unit.

WARNING:

  • Never mix hot oil, fats, frozen food, big pieces of meat and ingredients which are too hard texture. If the motor unit heat up, please stop using it for a few minutes let it cool down.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  1. Unplug the appliance and remove the motor unit.
  2. Note: Do not immerse the motor unit and blender shaft in water or any other liquids.
  3. Wash the blender shaft under running water without using the abrasive cleaner or detergents. Then place it upright so that any water which may have got in, can drain out.
  4. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water for cleaning as the electric shock may occur.
  5. Dry thoroughly.
  6. Caution: Blades are very sharp, handle with care.
  7. Quick cleaning
  8. Between processing tasks, hold the hand-held blender in the cup half filled with water and turn on for a few seconds

Warranty

  1. Most warranty repairs are handled routinely but sometimes requests for warranty service may not be appropriate. For example, warranty service would Not apply if the product damage occurred because of misuse, lack of routine, maintenance, shipping handling by third party, warehousing, or improper installation. Similarly, the warranty is void if the manufacturing date or the serial number on the product has been removed or the equipment has been altered or modified. During the warranty period the authorised service dealer at its option will repair or replace any part that upon examination is found to be defective under normal use and service.
  2. The seller’s standard 12-month warranty applies to all products unless stated. You are legally covered for the first 12 months by the retailer. Within the first 12 months of ownership, you are entitled to a replacement or refund the retailers discretion. Due to this being a legal requirement we cannot get involved during this period.
  3. This warranty does not cover normal wear of any parts or damage resulting from any of the following negligent use or misuse of this product, improper voltage, or current use contrary to the operation instructions: deviation from the instructions regarding storage and transportation; repair or alteration by anyone other than Innotek or an authorised service center. Further the warranty does not cover acts of God such as fire, flood, hurricanes, or tornadoes. Innotek shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the above warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights as stated in the UK Consumer rights laws that may vary slightly.
  4. The only time we will replace spare parts under warranty is if they have become defective within the first 12 months warranty. If you require any spare parts after the 12-month warranty has ended, you may be charged. Warranty does not apply to any accessories i.e. The guarantee is valid in the UK and Isle of Man only.
  5. If your item has developed a fault the item would need to be returned to us for inspection. We would require the full item to be returned to us along with your proof of purchase (this can be emailed to our customer service at service@innoteck.co.uk) and the completed returns form (you can obtain this form from our customer service team) which must be included within the parcel. Once the item has been returned to us our returns department will check the item to confirm the fault. They will then arrange for your item to be repaired or replaced if required. If the product you have returned to us is end of line/discontinued or is out of stock may send you a like for replacement. We would ensure the specification of the item is like the product you have returned.
  6. Within three months of purchase, if any manufacturing defects are discovered the seller will arrange to pick up the item. After three months the purchaser or customer is required to send the item to us at their own expense. There may be times when seller may request proof of purchase photo or video to assist us. A customer who is unable to send a photo or video will need to send the product to us (subject to the 3-month period).
  7. Please retain your proof of purchase/sales receipt and the packaging box.
  8. The product is void if the product is used for other than single-family household use or subjected to any voltage and waveform other than as specified on the product rating label. (e.g..220V-50Hz).
