When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be

Do not use the Innoteck Kitchen Pro Soup Maker until you have read this manual
thoroughly.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
- Please read the user manual carefully before use.
- Confirm whether the voltage range used is consistent with that marked on the rating label and ensure that the socket is properly grounded.
- If the power cord, socket, or any other electrical component is damaged or if the product experiences a failure, please do not continue to operate it. Send it to the manufacturer, dealer, or an authorised service department for replacement or repair.
- This product must not be placed on a gas stove, electric stove, or near any high-temperature sources.
- Avoid hanging the power cord on the edge of the table or on a hot surface.
- Children and individuals without the ability to care for themselves should be super-vised when using this appliance.
- CAUTION! The blade attached to the lid is very sharp. Please exercise caution during installation, removal, and cleaning to prevent injuries.
- Do not touch the blade until all parts have come to a complete stop.
- Avoid immersing the motor body and stainless-steel jug in water or other liquids to prevent electric shock.
- Do not use any accessories not recommended by the manufacturer to avoid damaging the product.
- Always disconnect the power before removing the lid or parts.
- Do not touch the hot product body. Use the control icons on the lid to set your cooking program.
- Pour freshly cooked soup carefully to avoid accidents.
- Unplug the appliance from the socket before removing the tools or cleaning.
- Before installing, removing, or cleaning the product, allow the appliance to cool down completely.
- Do not operate the appliance under no-load conditions.
- Do not use this product for purposes other than its intended use.
- Avoid using this product on sloping or uneven surfaces.
- This appliance is suitable for individuals aged 8 years and above, provided they possess normal physical and cognitive abilities. In cases of physical disabilities, sensory or cognitive impairments, or a lack of relevant experience and knowledge, a guardian with normal abilities and an understanding of safe operation must supervise and guide from the side. Children should not play with this item. Children should not maintain this appliance unless they are over 8 years old and are attended by a guardian.

How to Switch On & Off
- After plugging in the power, a “beep” sound will be heard, and the switch indicator will scroll through the 4 modes (SMOOTH, CHUNKY, CLEAN, BLEND). Press the mode icon to select your desired program. The respective indicator will light up, and the appliance will enter standby mode. Press START/STOP to run the program.
- If the power is plugged in but not running, the appliance will enter standby mode after 3 minutes, and the indicator light will turn off simultaneously. Press the “MODE” at any time, and the “SMOOTH” light will turn on by default.
- Unplug the power supply, and the switch indicators will turn off.
- START/STOP icon: During operation, press and hold the START/STOP icon for 3-5 seconds to stop the program. Press it again to resume the remaining program. Function of 4 Modes
SMOOTH
Thick soup
- Ensure the total capacity does not exceed 1600ml.
- Press MODE, select SMOOTH, and the respective indicator light will turn on. Then press START/STOP to begin. The display will show a countdown of 21 minutes.
Be careful
- This operation includes both heating and mixing processes.
- Do not fill the large cup above the 1600ml scale, as the appliance program will not start if it detects that the probe capacity exceeds the maximum level.
- Meat should not contain any bones to avoid damaging the motor during stirring.
CHUNKY
Lump soup
- Ensure the total capacity does not exceed 1600ml.
- Press MODE, select CHUNKY, and the respective indicator light will turn on. Then press START/STOP to begin. The display will show a countdown of 28 minutes.
Be careful
- This operation involves heating without stirring.
- Do not fill the large cup above the 1600ml scale, as the appliance program will not start if it detects that the probe capacity exceeds the maximum level.
CLEAN
Cleaning
- Ensure the total capacity does not exceed 1600ml.
- Press MODE, select CLEAN, and the respective indicator light will turn on. Then press START/STOP to begin. The display will show a countdown of 4 minutes.

BLEND
For mixing
- Ensure the total capacity does not exceed 1600ml.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Wipe the blade clean. Do not submerge the stainless-steel container or lid in
water or any other liquid to prevent electric shock.
Warning: Do not disassemble the blade without permission.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- It is recommended to clean the appliance after each use.
- Before cleaning, please unplug the plug and allow the machine to cool down completely.
- None of the parts should be placed in the dishwasher for cleaning.
- Avoid immersing the lid and body in water to prevent electric shock.
STEPS OF CLEANING

Remove the lid from the stainless steel container.

Empty any remaining food from the container.

Rinse all detachable parts, such as the blade, blade base, stainless steel container cover, and measuring cup with tap water. Clean the container with warm, soapy water, and wipe the lid with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use rough or abrasive cloths or cleaners, as this may damage the non-stick coating on the blade or heating plate.
Warning: Do not immerse the lid and body in water or place them in the dishwasher for cleaning. This item is not dishwasher safe. -
Clean the lid with warm, soapy water.

Most warranty repairs are handled routinely but sometimes requests for warranty service may not be appropriate. For example, warranty service would Not apply if the product damage occurred because of misuse, lack of routine, maintenance, shipping handling by third party, warehousing, or improper installa-tion. Similarly, the warranty is void if the manufacturing date or the serial number on the product has been removed or the equipment has been altered or modified. During the warranty period the authorised service dealer at its option will repair or replace any part that upon examination is found to be defective under normal use and service.

The seller’s standard 12-month warranty applies to all products unless stated. You are legally covered for the first 12 months by the retailer. Within the first 12 months of ownership, you are entitled to a replace-ment or refund the retailers discretion. Due to this being a legal requirement we cannot get involved during this period.

This warranty does not cover normal wear of any parts or damage resulting from any of the following negligent use or misuse of this product, improper voltage, or current use contrary to the operation instructions: deviation from the instructions regarding storage and transportation; repair or alteration by anyone other than Innoteck or an authorised service center. Further the warranty does not cover acts of God such as fire, flood, hurricanes, or tornadoes. Innoteck shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the above warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights as stated in the UK Consumer rights laws that may vary slightly.

The only time we will replace spare parts under warranty is if they have become defective within the first 12 months warranty. If you require any spare parts after the 12-month warranty has ended, you may be charged. Warranty does not apply to any accessories i.e. The guarantee is valid in the UK and Isle of Man only.

If your item has developed a fault the item would need to be returned to us for inspection.
We would require the full item to be returned to us along with your proof of purchase (this can be emailed to our customer service at service @innoteckcouk) and the completed returns form (you can obtain this form from our customer service team) which must be included within the parcel. Once the item has been returned to us our returns department will check the item to confirm the fault. They will then arrange for your item to be repaired or replaced if required. -
If the product you have returned to us is end of line/discontinued or is out of stock may send you a like for replacement. We would ensure the specification of the item is like the product you have returned.
Within three months of purchase, if any manufacturing defects are discovered the seller will arrange to pick up the item. After three months the purchaser or customer is required to send the item to us at their own expense. There may be times when seller may request proof of purchase photo or video to assist us. A customer who is unable to send a photo or video will need to send the product to us (subject to the 3-month period). -
Please retain your proof of purchase/sales receipt and the packaging box.
