Important Safeguard

Read this user manual carefully before you use the appliance and keep it for future reference.

Danger

  • Never immerse the housing, which contains electrical components and the heating elements, in water nor rinse under the tap.
  • Do not let any water or other liquid enter the appliance to prevent electric shock.
  • Always put the ingredients to be fried in the basket, this will prevent it from coming into contact with the heating elements.
  • Do not cover the air inlet and the air outlet openings while the appliance is operating.
  • Do not fill the pan with oil as this may cause a fire hazard.
  • Never touch the inside of the appliance while it is operating

Warning
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children younger 8) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

  • Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local mains voltage before you connect the appliance.
  • Do not use the appliance if the plug, the mains cord or the appliance itself is damaged.
  • If the mains cord is damaged, you must have it replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
  • Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
  • Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
  • Keep the appliance and its mains cord out of the reach of children younger than 8 when the appliance is switched on or is cooling down.
  • Keep the mains cord away from hot surfaces.
  • Do not plug in the appliance or operate the control panel with wet hands.
  • Only connect the appliance to an earthed wall socket. Always make sure that the plug is inserted into the wall socket properly.
  • Never connect this appliance to an external timer switch or separate remote-control system in order to avoid a hazardous situation.
  • Do not place the appliance on or near combustible materials such as a tablecloth or curtain.
  • Do not place the appliance against a wall or against other appliances. Leave at least 10cm free space on the back and sides and 10cm free space above the appliance. Do not place anything on top of the appliance.
  • Do not use the appliance for any other purpose than described in this manual. Do not let the appliance operate unattended.
  • During hot air frying, hot steam is released through the air outlet openings. Keep your hands and face at a safe distance from the steam and from the air outlet openings. Also be careful of hot steam and air when you remove the pan from the appliance.
  • The accessible surfaces may become hot during use.
  • Immediately unplug the appliance if you see dark smoke coming out of the appliance. Wait for the smoke emission to stop before you remove the pan from the appliance.

Caution

  • Place the appliance on a horizontal. even and stable surface.
  • This appliance is intended for normal household use only. It is not intended for use in environments such as staff kitchens of shops, offices, farms or other work environments. Nor is it intended to be used by clients in hotels, bed and breakfasts and other residential environments.
  • If the appliance is used improperly or for professional or semi-professional purposes or if it is not used according to the instructions in the user manual, the guarantee becomes invalid and we could refuse any liability for damage caused.
  • Always unplug the appliance after use.
  • Let the appliance cool down for approx. 30 minutes before you handle or clean it.
  • Make sure the ingredients prepared in this appliance come out golden-yellow instead of dark or brown. Remove burnt remnants
  • The appliance with the micro switch inside, when you pull out the pan during cooking, the appliance will shut-off power automatically.

Automatic switch-off

  • This appliance is equipped with a timer. When the timer has counted down to 0, the appliance produces a bell sound and switches off automatically.
  • Note: If pull out the pan during cooking, the appliance will be switched off automatically, too. (Timer still in counting down) .

Electromagnetic fields (EMF)

  • This appliance complies with all standards regarding electromagnetic fields (EMF). If handled properly and according to the instructions in this user manual, the appliance is safe to use based on scientific evidence available today.

Introduction

Your new air fryer allows you to prepareyour favorite ingredients and snacks in a healthier way. The air fryer uses hot air in combination with high-speed air circulation (rapid hot air) and a top grill to prepare a variety of tasty dishes in a healthy, fast and easy way. Your ingredients are heated from all sides at once and there is no need to add oil to most of the ingredients

The newly introduced fat-free frying will help you to cook the food and refreshment you like in a healthier manner.
The fat-free frying uses the principle of hot air combining with high speed air cycling(fast air change), it will provide a one time comprehensive heating, so for most food, there is no need to add oil for cooking. With additional roasting plate, now you have a more convenient way to make delicious food like cakes and biscuits, etc.

Before The First Use

  • Remove all packing material.
  • Remove the glue and labels on the product.
  • Clean the frying basket and the frying-pan thoroughly with hot water, detergent and non-abrasive sponge.
  • Clean the inside and outside of the product with wet cloth.
  • The fat-free fryer uses the technology of hot air heating, Never pour oil or fat into the fryer.

Operation Preparation

  • Put the product on a surface that is level, even, and stable, do not put the product on surface that is not heat-resistant.
  • Put the frying basket into the fryer correctly.
  • Pull the wire out of the wire capsule at the bottom of the product.
  • Never pour oil or other liquid into the fryer.
  • Never put things on top of the product, for this will prevent the air flow and reduce the effect of hot air heating.

USAGE OF DIGITAL CONTROL PANEL

INTERNAL LIGHT
Press to light up the internal built-in light which allows you to check the cooking progress while the unit is working. If you turn on the light manually, the bulb will be shut off automatically after 3 minutes during the process of cooking.

TIME AND TEMPERATURE
Press to raise or lower the cooking tempera­ture at 5° C intervals starting from 65° C to 200° c.
After selection of temperature. it will jump automatically to minute setting. Press again to select your desired cooking time, from 1 to 60mins. Once set up, press NO/OFF button to start the programme.

MODE
Press to select cooking presets at 1 .

ON/OFF
Once the unit is connected to power, this button will light up. Press once then full control panel will be illuminated. Press again to activate the cooking process at the default temperature of 185° C and time of 15mins. Press at any time during the cooking process to stop the programme. Running light will turn off within 3 minutes after completion of cooking. The fan will operate continuously for 15 seconds to cool down the unit..

Operating this product

Fat-Free Frying

  • Insert the plug into the grounded socket.
  • Put the frying grill into the fryer correctly.
  • Put the food into the frying pot.
  • Place the frying pot back to the fat-free fryer. Do not use the fryer before putting in the frying.
  • Notice: Do not touch the pot during and some time after use. as it gets very hot. Only hold the pot by the handle.
  • By this time, the power wire indicator lamp and the heating indicator lamp will turn on.
  • The timer will begin to count down the time according to the Setting temperature.
  • During the operation of the fat-free fryer, the heating indicator lamp will turn on and off continuously. This shows that the heating components are turning on and off continu­ously. thus to maintain the Setting tempera­ture.
  • The redundant oil from the food ingredients will be collected at the bottom of the frying-pan.
  • Some food ingredients require turningover during the middle term of cooking (refer to the “Setting”part of this chapter). To turn over the ingredients, hold the handle and pull out the frying-pot from the product. and then turn over make the turning. Return the frying-pot back to the fat-free fryer.
  • The ringing of the timer means that the , Setting time has expired. Then pull the frying-pot out of the product, and put it onheat-resistant surface.
  • Check to see if the food ingredient is cooked thoroughly.
  • Cooked items onto bowls or plates.
  • To pick large items or delicate food, tongs may be used.
  • After completing the cooking of one batch of food ingredients, the fat-free fryer can begin to cook another batch of food ingredients at any time.

Note:

  • Compare with the food ingredients with large size, the small size food ingredients will require less time for cooking.
  • During the process of cooking, turningover , the small size food can promote the final cooking effect, and can help the food ingredients to get well-distributed frying.
  • After adding the oil, the food ingredients should be shelved for several minutes before frying them in the fat-free fryer.
  • Food that can be cooked in the oven can also be cooked in the fat-free fryer

Notice : If the fat-free fryer starts with cold boot, the cooking time should be 3 minutes longer

Clean

  • Clean the product after each use.
  • The inside of the frying-pot, frying grill and the product are all covered with non-sticking painted coat. Do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning materials to clean this product as this will damage the non-sticking painted coat.
  • Pull out the plug from the power socket, let the product cool down.
  • Notice : Take out the frying-pan, thus to make the fat-free fryer cool down more quickly.
  • Use wet cloth to clean the outside part of the product.
  • Clean the frying-pan or the bottom of the frying-pan with hot water, detergent and non-abrasive sponge, please add hot water into the frying-pan together with some detergent. Put the frying basket into the frying-pan, and then soak the frying-pan and the frying basket for 10 minutes.
  • Clean the inside of the product with hot water and non-abrasive sponge.
  • Use cleaning brush to clean the heating components, swept away any remaining food residual.

Trouble Shooting

Problem Possible Causes Solving Method

The frying-pot does not work

1.  The plug on the product is not inserted into the power socket.

Food ingredients cooked by the frying-pot not thoroughly cooked| 1.  Too much food in the frying pot

2. Set the temperature required (refer to the “Setting” part in the chapter of “Operating this Product”)

The fried refreshment coming out of the frying-pot not crisp| The food chosen you choose must be baked in traditional fryer| You can choose the oven method, or you can add some oil on the refreshment to increase their crispy quality.
White smoke coming out of the product| l .You are cooking food ingredients with a high content of oil

| 1. When you are cooking ingredients with comparatively high oil content in the fat-free fryer, large amount of oil fume will infiltrate into the frying- pan might be hotter than usual, But this will not affect the final cooking effect.

lnnoteck warranty, subject to conditions stated below, that from the date of purchase, this product will be free from mechanical defects for a period of ONE(1)year. lnnoteck, at its option and with an accompanying receipt, will repair or replace this product found to be defective during the warranty period. Should this product become defective by reason of improper workmanship or material defect during the warranty period of one year from the date of purchase listed on the receipt. If product is no longer available we will replace it with a product of equal value. Transportation charges of parts, or products in whole, submitted for repair or replacement, under this warranty must be borne by the purchaser. This product is void if the product is used for other than single-family household use or subjected to any voltage and wave form other than as specified on the product rating label (eg, 220V – SOHz)
This warranty is available to consumers only. You are a consumer if you own a lnnotek that was purchased at retail for personal, family or household use. Except as otherwise under applicable law, this warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners.

Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service or replacement. About your Warranty: Most warranty repairs are handled routinely, but sometimes requests for warranty service may not be appropriate.
