K-Q13 Wireless Queue Calling System

  • This is simple manuals that teach you how to connect button transmitter to display, and adjust prompt voice what you need. More functions can be read from another manuals.

  • This system can work directly after connecting the display’s adapter to power. Please press “NEXT” button to start the calling, then the display will show 001.
    When restart the displays after turning off, the calling number will start from 002.

  • Default voice is “Please number XXX go to counter” or “Number XXX”. If you want to change this voice of “counter” to “room” or “office”, please go to F8-E2 to set. If need the simple “ding dong” sound, please go to F6-E1-4 to set.
    You need to reconnect if it doesn’t work, first setting F9-E1 and then set F1-E1.
    Note: Can adjust the volume directly by UP/DOWN key when the displays in stand-by.

F1 Storage Mode

E1 Register Transmitters

  1. Press “ ” key for 2 seconds, the screen show F1, press “ ” key again, the screen show E1.
  2. Press “ ” key to confirm, the screen show 001, “1” is flashing, and press “ ” “ ” “ ” key to choose the number you want to save. (first digit can be 0-9, A/b/C/d/E/ F/H/o/P/t/U)
  3. Press any key from remoter control transmitter, you will hear a voice (success) and number skip to next one, means the number 001 registered successfully.
  4. Press “ ” key, it will exit to “E1”, press “ ” key again to exit setting state.
    NOTE: If you hear a voice (failure), it means the number has been used.
    If only buy one transmitter, you just need register 001 and exit setting, number will start from 001 when press NEXT button.
    If you buy more two transmitters, you need register 001 and 002, then exit setting. Press any NEXT button, the number will start from 001 and go to next one in order.

F6 Voice Setting

E1 Voice Mode

  1. Press “ ” key for 2 seconds, the screen show F1

  2. Press “ ” key to find F6, then press “ ” key, the screen show E1

  3. Press “ ” key again to confirm, the screen show 0 (or other numbers)

  4. Press “ ” “ ” key to choose the number from 0-7 “0” means English pronunciation (eg. No.105: please number one zero five go to counter)
    “1” means English pronunciation (eg. No.105: please number one zero five)
    “2” means English pronunciation (eg. No.105: Please number one hundred and five go to counter)
    “3” means English pronunciation (eg. No.105: Please number one hundred and five)
    “4” means Ding Dong voice alert
    “5” means music alert 1
    “6” means music alert 2
    “7” means warning sound

  5. Press “ ” key, it will exit to “E1”, then it is successful.

  6. Press “ ” key again to exit setting state.

NEXT button + K-Q13 displays, you can choose 2 or 3 or 4.
For example now the counter is calling “Number 22”
2 : please number twenty two go to counter
3 : please number twenty two
4 : show number 022 on the screen comes with ding dong sound

F8 Key Settings

E2 Voice Pairing

  1. Press “ ” key for 2 seconds, the screen show F1

  2. Press “ ” key to find F8, press “ ” key and the screen show E1

  3. Press “ ” key to E2, then press “ ” key to confirm, you will see 00 (“cancel” sound)

  4. Press “ ” “ ” key to choose the number (voice) you need.
    For example, the sound you need is “room”, you need to choose 20, and press NEXT button.
    Then you will hear “successful”.

  5. Press “ ” key again to exit setting state.

When you press “NEXT” key on the transmitter, you will hear voice like this “please number XXX go to X room”
(X means room number, it will be broadcast if you have set on F1-E2 function)

F9 Restore Factory Setting

  1. Press “ ” key for 2 seconds, the screen show F1
  2. Press “ ” key to find F9, press “ ” key and the screen show E1
  3. Hold down “ ” key for 2 seconds to confirm, you will hear a voice (success), then it is successful, and the display will exit setting state automatically.

FP Set the Starting Number

  1. Press “ ” key for 2 seconds, the screen show F1
  2. Press “ ” key to choose FP, hold down “ ” key and the screen show 000 (3-digit number, first number can be alphabet A/b/C/d/E/ F/H/o/P/t/U )
  3. You can choose the number you need by “ ” “ ” or “ ” key, such as A05
  4. Press “ ” key again to exit setting state, press the transmitter, the first number will be shown from A05 as a beginning.

FU Power-off Memory Function

  1. Press “ ” key for 2 seconds, the screen show F1
  2. Press “ ”“ ” key to choose FU, hold down “ ” key and the screen show 0 or 1
  3. Choose the number you need, and press “ ” key to confirm this choice.
  4. Press “ ” key again to exit setting state. “0” means the calling will be start from the first number which you set on FP.
    For example: 001 is first number you choose to as a beginning, when you switch on the display and press the button to call, the number will start from 001. No matter which last number was called last time, the calling will start from 001 when the power turned on again.
    “1” means the calling will be start from “last number +1” after re-connect the power.
    For example: 056 is last number what the counter worker call yesterday, the calling will start from 057 when counter worker calling today.
