General

- Do not disassemble, repair, or repair the product. This may damage the product. For your own safety, these parts should only be replaced by authorized service personnel. Always send the product to the service center for repairs to avoid damage and personal injury.

Use
- Always place the product on a horizontal, even, stable and non-flammable surface.
- Be sure to open the product carefully and gradually to avoid damage to the product and personal injury.
- Do not use the product near a bath, shower, swimming pool, or near a basin or sink filled with water. Do not touch the product and power cord with wet hands. Make sure that the product does not come into contact with water. Do not immerse the product in water. If water does get in or on the product, turn the product off immediately and contact our customer service.
- Do not cover the product when it is on. Never place pillows or blankets on or against the product. This could result in a fire hazard, electric shock, personal injury or damage to the product.
- Parts of the product become hot. Do not clean the product while it is still hot. Wait until the product has cooled down before cleaning it.
- Hot steam comes out of the product when the water is boiling or has just boiled. Avoid any contact with this hot steam.
- Operate only when necessary. Do not leave device in operation indefinitely.
- Do not use the product and accessories on the stove or in combination with boiling water, as this may cause damage or personal injury.
- Do not use the product if the blade is damaged.
- The product gets hot when turned on. Do not touch the hot surfaces. Do not use the product if you are sensitive to heat. Do not touch the hot parts of the product. Only use the handle or knob.
- Do not install the product in a place without ventilation (for example, on a bookshelf or in a closet) or on a rug or pillow. Make sure the ventilation holes are not blocked and that the product is at least 15 cm away from the wall(s) and ceiling.
- Let the product cool down completely before cleaning or storing it.
- Knife blades are sharp! Handle them carefully and do not touch the cutting edges to avoid risk of personal injury.
- Do not touch the product during use, the product becomes hot.
- Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep your hands and utensils away from the knife blade when using it. You can use a scraper, but only when not on the product.
- Make sure the knife blade does not come in contact with hard or sharp objects.
- The product should be placed in a stable place with the handles (if provided) to prevent spillage of the hot liquid.
- The blades are sharp. Do not touch the blade when the product is on. Keep fingers and hands away from the blades during cleaning and maintenance. Always turn off the product when cleaning the area random the blade.
- The product should only be used with the supplied stand.
- Carefully pour out the freshly cooked soup to avoid injury.
- Never use the product without filling it. This may result in a fire hazard and damage to the product.
- When using the product, make sure the lid is in place before turning it on. Failure to do so may release hot steam or boiling liquid from the product and cause personal injury.
- Do not remove the lid until the blade is stationary. Failure to do so may cause hot liquid to splash around and cause personal injury.
- After an operating cycle, allow the product to cool completely and then clean it to prevent burning.
- Remove the packaging from the food before placing it in the product. Cooking food should only be done in the container.
- Make sure the product is always filled with food and liquid between the minimum and maximum markings. Failure to observe this may cause a fire hazard and personal injury.
- There may be a burn hazard from hot parts of the product during and after use. Grasp the product only by the integrated handle. Steam may escape if the lid is opened while still hot.
- Take necessary precautions, such as an appropriate oven glove, to avoid burns.
- The food must be completely thawed and not frozen when it is put into the product. The product is not designed to shred frozen food.
- Always use the product on a flat surface and allow free space under and around the motor housing. To prevent fire, keep the ventilation openings on the underside of the motor housing free of dust and lint, never expose them to liquids or flammable materials such as newspapers, napkins, dish towels, etc.
- The exterior of the product may become hot when the product is in use. So be careful when you touch the outside!
- The product is designed and intended for private use. Do not use the product for commercial purposes.
- The product is suitable for indoor use only. Do not use the product outdoors. Doing so may result in damage to the product.
- The product is intended for household use only, and not: in staff kitchens, in stores, in offices and other work environments, by customers in hotels, motels and other residential environments, in bed & breakfast environments, on farms etc.
Electronics
- If the power fails during use, turn off the product immediately and unplug the power cord.
- If the surface of the product is cracked, please turn off the product to avoid electric shock.
- Periodically inspect both power cord and plug for signs of damage or wear, and if any, do not operate the product and have the power cord and/or plug replaced or repaired by authorized service personnel.
- Do not immerse the product, power cord or plug in water. If water does get inside or on the product, turn the product off immediately and contact our customer service department.
- Use and store the product so that the cables cannot be damaged.
- To avoid electric shock, do not use the product if you suspect that the power cord or plug is damaged. A damaged power cord or plug must be repaired or replaced by a professional (an authorized distributor).
- Unplug the product and turn off the product when not in use and before cleaning the product.
- Do not unplug the product by pulling on the power cord. This may cause fire or electric shock.
- If black smoke comes out of the product, unplug the power cord immediately. Wait for the smoke to clear before removing the contents of the product and contact our customer service.
- Do not let the cable(s) hang over the edge of a table or countertop.
- Do not place the cable(s) on hot surfaces or near oil.
- Do not tuck the cable(s) under rugs or blankets. Make sure the cable is never in a walkway.
- Do not move the product by pulling or twisting the cord.
- Before connecting the product, make sure that the mains voltage indicated on the type rating plate corresponds to that of your mains supply.
- Make sure you do not trip over the cable(s) and that the cable(s) are not kinked, twisted, or stuck.
- Do not leave the product unattended when in use. When not using the product, turn off the product and unplug the power cord.
- If the motor stops working, unplug the power base and let it cool for an hour before attempting to use it again.
- The product is not suitable for operation via an external timer or separate remote control.
- Turn off the product and remove the plug from the socket when you are not using or cleaning the product. Let the product cool down completely before cleaning the product.
- Do not use an extension cord. Make sure that the product is plugged into a grounded outlet that has no other devices connected to it.
- Always operate the product from a grounded indoor 220-240V-, 50/60Hz outlet.
RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT
When receiving your shipment, make sure that the contents are consistent with the packing list. Notify your distributor of any missing items. If the equipment appears to be damaged, file a claim immediately with the carrier and notify your distributor at once, giving a detailed description of any damage. Save the damaged packing container to substantiate your claim.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Before first use
- It is important to clean the product with warm soapy water before first use, or if it has not been used for a long time.
- When using the product for the first time, you may notice some smoke/vapor coming out of the lid; this is normal and is just grease applied to some parts of the product during the manufacturing process. After a few uses, this will stop.
How to use
- Make sure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet.
- Remove the lid, being careful not to touch the blade.
- Put a little liquid in the jug. Cut the ingredients into 1-2 cm pieces and then add them.
- Finally, add the rest of the liquid and fill the jug between the min and max lines in the jug. Do not exceed the maximum capacity {liquid and ingredients combined).
- Place the lid back on the jug and make sure it is firmly in place.
- Insert the plug firmly into the product and into the outlet. The product will beep and the icons will flash sequentially.
- Press the Mode button to select a program.
- Press the Start/Stop button.
- When the product is ready, remove the lid and pour the fresh soup or drink into a bowl or glass.
Audible signal
- The product beeps l second when it is turned on.
- The product beeps l second if the lid is removed and replaced while not working. This is an indication that the lid has been correctly replaced.
- The product beeps twice if the lid is removed and replaced while in the middle of a program. This is an indication that the lid has been correctly reinserted.
- Before the motor starts working, the product beeps twice briefly.
- When a button is pressed, the product will beep and the indicator light of the corresponding function will illuminate.
- When the program is completed, the product beeps for 10 seconds.
LED display
- When the product is on, all LED lights will flash alternately.
- When the program is complete, all LED lights will flash alternately.
- After pressing the Start/Stop button, the first two digits of the display show the remaining time. Behind the timer indication, the symbols associated with the current status of the program flash. These may be two flashing horizontal bars (heat), three vertical rows with two horizontal bars (pause) or flashing vertical bars (blending).
- When using the blend program, after pressing the Start/Stop button, the first two digits on the display show ’00’. Behind the digits flash the vertical dashes associated with the blend program.
- After 10 seconds without use, the display turns off and the product automatically shuts off.
Programs
Selecting a program
- Plug in the product. The product will beep for l second, the icons will flash sequentially and the product will enter standby mode.
- Press the Mode button to select the program: Smooth (smooth soup), Chunky (chunky soup), Drinks, Blend or Clean. The LED light associated with the program will illuminate.
Start/Stop button
- After selecting the desired program, press the Start/Stop button to start (or stop) the product.
- If you want to cancel the program, press and hold the Start/Stop button for 3 seconds while the product is working.
Smooth soup
Time: 30 minutes
- The smooth soup program is perfect for soup recipes that require a smooth consistency.
- The program ensures that ingredients are blended to the correct consistency and gently cooked at the correct temperature.
- Program indication: heats and stops heating in cycles of about 14 minutes, blends in short cycles of 5 seconds, heats in cycles of about 3 minutes, blends in short cycles of 25 seconds, heats in cycles of about 3 minutes, blends in short cycles of 20 seconds.
- Program complete: When the program is complete, all LED lights flash and the product beeps for 10 seconds.
Chunky soup
Time: 28 minutes
- The “Chunky” soup program is for soup recipes that require a coarser consistency. The program causes the ingredients to be heated longer so that the chunky ingredients are fully cooked. Note: For chunky soup, it does not blend, only heats. It is therefore recommended to cut the vegetables into small I cm pieces.
- Program indicator: Heats and stops heating in cycles until the program is complete.
- Program complete: When the program is complete, all LED lights flash and the product buzzer beeps for 10 seconds.
Drinks
Time: 2 minutes
- It is possible to make a smaller quantity than the minimum of l.0L needed to make soup. For drinks, the total amount of liquid must rise at least 1cm above the blend blades(± 750ml).
- When making a small amount of smoothies, pieces of hard fruits and vegetables such as apples and carrots may not be fully blended.
- The ‘Drinks’ program is for making smoothies or milkshakes with fresh ingredients. The program takes 2 minutes before your drink is ready to serve. This program does not heat the ingredients. Note: Do not put in ice cubes!
- Program indication: Blends in short cycles of 10 seconds.
- Program complete: When the program is complete, all LED lights flash, and the product beeps for 10 seconds.
Blending
Time: 20 seconds
- It is possible to make a smaller quantity than the minimum of l.OL is required for making soup.
- For drinks, the total amount of liquid must rise at least 1cm above the blending blades ( ± 750ml). When blending a small amount for smoothies, pieces of hard fruits and vegetables such as apples and carrots may not be fully blended. This allows you to blend soups or drinks to the desired consistency if desired. This function works without additional heating of the soup/drink.
- Program Indication: Select the “Blend” function and press and hold the Start/Stop to start blending. After 15 seconds, the motor will stop automatically. Note: Do not use the blend function several times without allowing the appliance to cool down sufficiently afterward.
- Program complete: When the program is complete, the indicator light flashes in blend mode. Press the Mode key to change the function.
Cleaning
Time: 4 minutes
- The “Clean” program allows you to pre-clean the product and remove most of the food residues. Fill the product to its maximum capacity (1.6L) with warm water, select ‘Clean’ and press ‘Start’. Note: Do not use the ‘Clean’ function with soapy water!
- Program indication: Heats and blends in short cycles.
- Program complete: When the program is complete, all LED lights flash and the product beeps for 10 seconds.
Tips for use
- To prevent ingredients high in sugar or starch from sticking to the bottom, brush the bottom of the product with some butter and/or add a little water or broth first, before adding the rest of the ingredients.
- If you find that you have selected the wrong function, you can press the Start/Stop button to select the function again. Press the Start/Stop button for 3 seconds. The product will return to standby mode, after which you can reset the desired function.
- If the product is turned off during use to check your soup or add ingredients, the product will automatically continue operating when turned back on within 1.5 minutes. Note: There is no memory function for the Blend and Clean program.
- If ingredients touch the flood sensor during cooking, the product will pause for 20 seconds to prevent overcooking. Do not exceed the maximum capacity (liquid and food together) to prevent the product from pausing completely during a program.
Maintenance and cleaning
- The product is not dishwasher safe.
- Clean the product immediately after use.
- Rinse the mixing section containing the blade under warm water, clean it with a soft brush, or wipe with a sponge.
- You can clean the inside of the jug with warm soapy water and a sponge.
- The Cleaning program can be used to pre-clean the product Maker and remove most of the food residue.
- Certain types of food can burn if they come in contact with the heating element of the product. If this happens, fill the product with hot soapy water, add some additional cleaning soda if desired, and let it soak for 15 minutes. Burnt food can then be removed with a soft sponge or brush.
- After cleaning, dry all parts thoroughly.
- Do not use a metal scouring pad, it will scratch the jug and scratches encourage more burning.
- Do not use the cleaning function with soapy water.
STORAGE
Store the product in a clean and dry place. Do not store the device in extremely high or extremely low temperatures.
