Usage Guide

After plugging the appliance into the mains, it will enter standby mode.

To select a function, turn the rotary control (6) in any direction. The LED of the selected program will light up. To confirm the selection, briefly press the rotary control.

After selecting a function, the temperature/time setting LED will light up. If the chosen function permits adjustments, the preset temperature/time can be modified. Press button (2) to make changes.

The preset time will flash on display (1). To increase it, turn the rotary button (6) clockwise. To decrease it, turn anti-clockwise.

To switch to temperature adjustments, press button (2) once. Increase the temperature by turning the knob (6) clockwise and decrease it by turning anti-clockwise.
TIP: Some programs do not allow you to change the temperature and time settings. For custom values, opt for the MANUAL function. -
Once you‘ve set your desired values, initiate the cooking process by pressing button (3).

To select a different program or adjust values, revert to standby mode by pressing button (4) and then repeat the desired steps.

At the end of the set cooking time, certain functions will automatically enter the appliance into „Keep Warm“ mode. Above button (4), the indicator will start flashing and the display (1) will show the elapsed time.

If you wish to stop the cooking or warming process prematurely, simply press button (4).
Delayed Start Function
- After plugging the appliance into the mains, it will enter standby mode.
- To select a function, turn the rotary control (6) in any direction. The LED of the selected program will light up. To confirm the selection, briefly press the rotary control.
- Press button (5) to activate the delayed start function. The time will begin to flash on display (1), and the LED above the delayed start button will light up. To increase the hour value, turn the rotary knob clockwise, to decrease it, turn it anti-clockwise. To set the minutes, press button (5), to increase or decrease the time, and repeat the procedure.
- Press button (3) to commence the chosen program with the delayed start feature.
- If you need to alter the settings or restart the process, press button (4).
Attention: After the predetermined delayed start time concludes, the appliance will automatically initiate the selected program. Depending on the chosen function, when the program is finished, the appliance will either enter Keep Warm or standby mode.
Keep Warm Function
- The Keep Warm function activates automatically upon the completion of certain functions. Refer to the table below for details.
- During this mode, display (1) indicates the time elapsed since the start of the function. On the control panel, the indicator above the button (4) lights up. The appliance maintains a temperature of 80°C for 12 hours.
- To terminate the Keep Warm function, simply press button (4).
Manually Setting the Keep Warm Function
- In standby mode, the Keep Warm function can be switched on manually. Press the Keep Warm/Cancel Button (4). Once the
- Keep Warm indicator is lit, use the rotary control to set the desired time and press the Start button (3). When the set duration concludes, the appliance will switch to standby mode.

Cleaning and Maintenance
TIP : For faster cooling, remove the enamel pot from the appliance.
- Clean the appliance after each use.
- Before cleaning, always unplug the appliance and let it cool down.
- Clean the enamel pot using hot water, a small amount of detergent, and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Wipe the outer surface of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- For stubborn dirt, consider using a degreaser.
TIP: If dirt has dried on the pot‘s bottom, fill it with hot water and a bit of detergent. Let it soak overnight and then rinse.
Storage
- Before storing, unplug the appliance and let it cool completely. Ensure all components are clean and dry.
- Do not place heavy objects on the appliance during storage to prevent potential damage.
