SAFETY INFORMATION
To reduce the risk of serious injury, read and follow the safety instructions
below béfdre assembiing and using this product.
CAUTION!
- Do ot exceed 1800Ibs (816.5kgs) per shelf of evenly distribtited weight. Do not exceed 5400lbs (2449.4kgs) for the entire unit of evenly distributed weight. Be aware of dynamic loading! Sudden load movement may briefly create excess load causingprodiict faiure.
- Evenly distribute the weight on each shelf, and keep the heaviest loads on the bottom shelf and smalllighter items on the upper level.
- Use only on flat, level and hard surface capable of §ligporting the shelving and any items placed onit.
- Maintain proper footing and balafice at alltimes.
- Keep bystanders out of the areauring asseibly:
- This product is not a toy,emet allow. children to play with, on or near the unit during installation.
- To prevent tipping, alifays securgito a wall or floor with suitable fasteners (not included)

PRE-INSTALLTAION
-
Identify carefully the installation direction of the accessories.
-
Assembly of this unit is done by fitting the locking tabs of the beams (C) into the slots of the posts.
(A.B) with the narrow end of the teardrop-shaped post slots facing down and the locking pin hole on top (Fig.1). -
The height of each layer can be selected and adjusted according to your needs or desired.

Two extra metal wires of each shelf must be on top (Fig.2).

The bottom shelf assembly should be installed into the second and third teardrop-shaped slots at the bottom of posts.

The top shelf assembly should be installed into the first and second teardrop-shaped slots at the top of posts.

A rubber mallet may be used to tap down on the top of beams to properly seat the locking tabs into the narrow end of the teardrop-shaped slots (Fig.3).

Avisual inspection should be made to ensure that the locking tabs are properif engagediinto the teardrop-shaped slots.

The attached signature sticker label can be affixed on any beam(C) as you like, Fig.4)
ASSEMBLY
NOTE:
- Assemble on a flat surface. A piece of cardboard is recommended to keep the product from being scratched during assembly.
- Two people are recommended for assembly.
STEP 1: POSTS ASSEMBLY
NOTE:
- For ease of assembly, two (2) posts feature pre-bolted two horizontal braces, aad another two posts feature pre-bolted a diagonal brace.
- Place one post with a diagonal brace pre-assembled (A) and one post with twa horizontal braces pre-assembled (B) on the fioor, parallel to one another (about 18″/45 76 @part): The narroW end of the teardrop-shaped slots on each post should be facing down.
- Take the free end of diagonal brace out from the post (4), and inséft it intothe,post with two horizontal braces pre-assembled (B). Align the holes, attach them with a M6 x 85mim inner hexagonal at head bolt (AA) and a M6 nut, then tighten with supplied 4mm hex key/and J0mm wrench. Do not fully tighten the bolt yet.
- Swing out the bottom horizontal brace and top horizoritahbracef the post (B), and insert them into the post with a diagonal brace pre-assembled (). Alignithe holes{ attach them with two M6 x 55mm inner hexagonal at head bolts (AA) and two M6 nuts(BB), then tighten with supplied 4mm hex key and 10mm wrench. Do ot fully tighten the bolt yet.
- Repeat the above steps to assemble the second upfightrame. Once both are assembled, fully tighten the bolts on all comers. Be careful not toover-tighten the bolts.

STEP 2: BEAMS FOR FIRST LEVEL ASSEMBLY
NOTE:
It is recommended for one person to hold the upright frames in place while a
second person installs the beams.
- Position the two post frames vertical with the foot end of each frame at ground level.There is a set of locking tabs at both ends of every beam (C).
- Siide properly the locking tabs of beam (C) into two slots of the posts (A/B) with the narrow end of the teardrop-shaped slots facing down and the locking pin hole on top. Tap downward lightly to seat tabs.Make sure the end of the beam is flush against the upright frame.
- Repeat the previous step to install the beam on the opposite side for the firstfével. Makgjsure both beams (C) are at the same level.
NOTE:
- Make sure all the locking tabs are fully seated into the post slots. You may use a rubber mallet (not included) for achieving this target. This applies to all the locking tabs used in this unit.
- The beam (C) and locking tabs should easily slip into place. If not, recheck the alignment. Too much force may damage the interlock between the beam and post.

STEP 3: BEAMS FOR MIDDLE AND TOP LEVEL ASSEMBLY
- Repeat the previous step 2 to install the middle and top level.
NOTE:
The beams (C) on the same level should be at the same height. You can adjust
to the same height by counting the number of holes.

STEP 4: SHELF SUPPORTS ASSEMBLY
- Align the holes, attach the shelf supports (E) to the beams (C) with six M6 x 55mm inner hexagonal at head bolts (AA) and six M6 nuts, then tighten with supplied 4mm hex key and 10mm wrench.

STEP 5: WIRE SHELF ASSEMBLY
- Place three wire shelf (D) onto each previously assembled level on the frame. Make sure two extra wires of each shelf must be on top.

STEP 6: SHELF SUPPORTS ASSEMBLY
Insert twelve locking shelf pins (G) into the locking pin hole at both ends of
every beam (C).
NOTE:
- If a locking shelf pin does not easily slip into place, moderately tap the end of the beam (closest to the upright frame) to fully seat the locking tabs.

STEP 7: TOP PROTECTIVE COVER ASSEMBLY
Place four top protective cover (F) on each post and tap downward lightly to
seat the covers.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Wipe with aldy cloth as needed to remove dust and dirt.
- Avoid contact With €orrosive substances like acids, alkaline or similar substances.
