REDCAT RER23497 Custom Trailer
Product Information
The product is a trailer deck assembly for a specific model (RER23497). It
consists of various components made of plastic material, including the front
deck, middle deck, rear deck with a battery cover, cab rack, taillight mounts,
wheel chocks, winch with mount, ramps, tongue box with cover and mount, ramp
box with ramp bumper, axle mount blocks with bridge, hitch screw, axle pins,
rubber sealed ball bearings, lock nuts, flanged lock nuts, grub hex screws,
button head hex machine thread screws, frame rail, trailer
wheels with mount, trailer tires with foam, straps, various sizes of button
head hex screws, countersunk hex machine thread screws, shoulder button head
hex screws, leaf spring mount set and mounts, axle holder, leaf springs, frame
rail mounts, trailer jack with
mount, wire clips for LED lights, side panel mounts, hitch mount assembly,
rear deck mounting blocks, tail light housing, LED clips, marker light lenses
with mounts, tail light lens with rings, round head tapper hex screws, cap
head machine thread screws, E-clips,
pins, wheel hex and pin set, cab panel with side panel in black and clear
variants, deck sticker in textured black.
Product Usage Instructions
- Start by assembling the trailer deck components in the following order: front deck (RER23497), middle deck (RER23598), rear deck with battery cover (RER23499), cab rack (RER23500), taillight mounts (RER23500), and wheel chocks (RER23500).
- Mount the winch (RER23501) on the designated position using the provided mount.
- Attach the ramps (RER23502) to the trailer using the included hardware.
- Install the tongue box (RER23503) with its cover (RER23504) and mount (RER23504) on the trailer.
- Mount the ramp box (RER23505) with ramp bumper (RER23597) blocks and bridge.
- Secure the hitch screw (RER23798) and axle pins (RER23799) in their respective positions.
- Install the rubber sealed ball bearings (RER11373) and lock nuts (02102, RER12694) as required.
- Use the provided screws (02098, 82045, 50100, 50101, RER23800) to attach various components together, including the frame rail (RER23603), leaf spring mount set (RER23604), axle holder (RER23697), leaf springs (RER23698), frame rail mounts (RER23699), trailer jack (RER23699), side panel mounts (RER23700), rear deck mounting blocks (RER23702), tail light housing (RER23703), LED clips (RER23704, RER11395), marker light lenses with mounts (RER23705), tail light lens with rings (RER23706), cab panel with side panel (RER23804, RER23805), deck sticker (RER23806).
- Use the specified round head tapper hex screws (13854, 85825, RER11380, RER23802) and cap head machine thread screws (RER23803) to secure various components.
- Attach E-clips (70127), pins (08027, 180016S), and wheel hex and pin set (180016S) as needed.
- Ensure all components are securely fastened before using the trailer deck assembly.
