Canadian Compliance Statement
This device contains licence-exempt transmitter(s)/receiver(s) that comply with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada’s licence-exempt RSS(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
- This device may not cause interference.
- This device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.
The device meets the exemption from the routine evaluation limits in section
2.5 of RSS 102 and compliance with RSS-102 RF exposure, users can obtain
Canadian information on RF exposure and compliance.
This transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any
other antenna or transmitter. This equipment should be installed and operated
with a minimum distance of 20 centimeters between the radiator and your body.

These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful

This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. Safety Information
- Do not install the plug with wet hands or when standing on wet or damp surfaces.
- Do not plug electrical appliances with a current of more than 15A to this plug.
- Do not soak the plug in water or spray water on it. Otherwise, it will be damaged.
- The outlets should remain capped with the included waterproof covers while not in use. Otherwise, the plug might be damaged by rain or dew.

Plug MSS630 into an outlet near home Wi-Fi. * This is required during setup process only.
- MSS630 supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only.
3. Set up the device.
(1) Connect your smartphone or tablet to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
(2) Make sure your smart device is covered by strong Wi-Fi signal.
(3) Launch the Meross app and log in to your account, or if you are a new user, tap Sign up to create a new account.
(4) Tap the “+” icon to select the type of smart device you want to add, then you can just follow the setup wizard to finish configuration.
(5) Relocation of the smart device does not require additional operations provided that it remains on the same network with strong Wi-Fi signal.

How to use

Set up the device in the Meross app and link to the voice assistants.Device name: Change device name.
LED: Turn on/off LED indicator.

Link Meross to Google Assistant or Amazon AlexaSet up the device in the Meross app and link to the voice assistants. Link to Amazon Alexa
Go to Account-> Amazon Alexa and allow Meross to link with Alexa. Link to Google Assistant
Go to Account-> Google Assistant and follow the step-by-step instructions to complete the linking process. -
WidgetsWidgets are the quick access to your Meross devices and Scenes. To enable it, please go to Account -> Widget to add shortcuts first. And then follow below steps on your smartphones to activate them.
For iPhones:
1. Swipe to the right on your Home or Lock screen.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of your widget list and then tap edit.
3. Scroll down to find Meross and add it.
For Android smartphones:
1. On the home screen, tap and hold on an available space.
2. Tap Widgets, find Meross widget and then add it.

1. What devices can I control with the Smart Wi-Fi Outdoor Plug?
You can control lights, fans, humidifiers, portable heaters, and outdoor electric appliances in accordance with the MSS630's specifications (up to 15A ).
2. What if I can't control the smart device with the Meross app?
You can troubleshoot the following: - Check if your home Wi-Fi is working properly. - Make sure that you have disabled access control in your router and that the smart device is not blocked by the router's firmware. - Factory reset your smart device and try to add it again.
