FOR IOS USERS: We do suggest setting up Homekit-compatible hardware in the Meross app first. FOR ANDROID USERS: Any Android smartphone or tablet running OS 4.1 or higher is compatible with it. Users of the Meross app for Android will face a simple configuration process. then use your smart speakers to skill Mars as you choose.
WI-FI REQUEST: If the configuration of your Mesh Wi-Fi, which has a name for both your 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi, consistently fails. Your Wi-Fi router’s 5GHz frequency may need to be temporarily disabled. Make sure your smart device is continually receiving a strong Wi-Fi signal; otherwise, the Home app may not work on it.
