How to Install the Lamp
‘Note: Turn clockwise to tighten the light pole.
9. Floor Lamp: Connect the two lamp poles with the lamp base and lamp head
with provided fasteners.
10. Table Lamp: Connect the lamp head and lamp base with provided fastener.
11. Clamp Lamp: Connect the lamp head and clamp with provided fastener.
Installation Guide
- Download the Meross opp.
- Connect power cable and power the device up.
- Set up the device.
(l) Connect your smartphone or tablet to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
(2) Make sure your smart device is covered by strong Wi-Fi signal.
(3) The smart device supports iOS 13/ iPadOS 13 and later. It is recommended that you upgrade your iOS or iPadOS to the latest version before pairing with the smart device.
(4) Launch the Meross opp and log in to your account, or if you are a new user, tap Sign up to create a new account.
(5) Tap the”+” icon to select the type of smart device you want to add, then you can just follow the setup wizard to finish configuration.
(6) Relocation of the smart device does not require additional operations provided that it remains on the same network with strong Wi-Fi signal.
Note:
- If this is not the first time you’ve added this smart device, you’ll hove to reset it before going any further.
- As long as you finish configuration, you’ll be able to manage the device in Apple Home opp.
- If the OR code does not work. please try to odd the smart device in Apple Home opp.

12. Timer Indicator
10 minutes auto off timer indicator.
60 seconds auto off timer indicator. -
13. Power Indicator
ON: Light is off, indicating the location of the power button in the dark.
OFF: Light is on. -
14. Main Light
Blinking 3 times: Configuration mode.
Blinking smoothly from warm to white: Successfully connected. -
15. Power Button
Short press to turn on/off the light.
Hold for 5 seconds to reset the device. -
16. Color Button
Adjust color temperature with 5 steps. -
17. Brightness Button
Adjust brightness with 5 steps. -
18. Gooseneck
Adjust the lamp head angle. Don’t bend the gooseneck excessively to avoid damage.

- ”Alexa, dim the smart floor lamp by 30%.”
Google Assistant:
The example commands are as follows:
- “Hey Google, brighten the smart floor lamp.”
- “Hey Google, set the smart desk floor to cool white.”
HomeKit Siri:
Note: So far Home kit SDK doesn’t support voice control for devices only
with color temperature change. We’ll pay close attention to HomeKit updates
and upgrade Meross firmware when this function is available.
The example commands are as follows:
- “Hey Siri, tum on/off the smart floor lamp.”
FAQ
At Meross, we strive to assure your satisfaction. Attached below is a non- exhaustive list of questions that users are mostly concerned about.
How do I reset my Meross Smart Floor Lamp?
Hold the power button for 5 seconds, it will reset and enter Wi-Fi
configuration mode. Note that factory reset will erase all of your custom
settings, and you’ll have to set it up again.
What if I can’t control the smart device with the Meross app?
You can troubleshoot the following:
- Check if your home Wi-Fi is working properly.
- Make sure that you have disabled access control in your router and that the smart device is not blocked by the router’s firmware.
- Factory reset your smart device and try to add it again.
My Home app can’t add the device by scanning the QR code.
You can tap “Don’t Have a Code or Can’t Scan” and input the code manually.
I can’t pair my device with HomeKit anyhow.
Please make sure your iOS is connecting to the 2.4GHz of your home Wi-Fi and
you are having iOS 13 or later. Restart your iOS will help due to some system
cache issue.
