Safety Information
READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU GET STARTED.
- Do NOT use rechargeable batteries nor 1.2V AA batteries.
- The device is for indoor use only and must be protected from damp and dust as well as solar radiation.
- The device is for water based radiator ONLY, any other kind of radiator is NOT supported.
- There are two types of radiator valves: manual valves (1), and thermostatic valves (2).
Thermostatic valves (usually with numbered graduation marks from 1 to 5) can
be easily replaced with the Meross smart radiator thermostat valve.
Note: I you have manual valves, please leave them as they are or call @
professional to replace then.

Hardware Installation
Before we get started.
- 2x AA batteries are required for MTSISO to work, please get prepared.
- A Meross smart hub s required for the smart thermostat to work.
- Temperature is shown in degrees Celsius.
- Temperature range of Meross smart thermostat is from 5 °C-35°C.

Unscrew your existing radiator thermostat. No worries, water will not leak during this process.

Install 2 x 1.5V non-rechargeable A batteries. Wait for a few seconds until you see the screen shows *–” as (1. Tap. “O” button and wait a few seconds. You will see the dash flashing and circling as 2-6

Screw the Meross smart radiator thermostat directly onto the radiator if the connector type is M30 x 1.5 (picture shown as below). You can adjust the angle to make the screen facing the viewer properly. Then hold the product and screw its nut till screwed tight.

If you have valves listed below, please refer to the following picture for the adapter installation first. Then screw the product as described in step 3.

Tap “O” button and the pin will detect both ends of the probe. Please note that when the engine is working, the screen will be off to save power. It’s not @ product flaw. If the screen shows “E’, it means that you need to replace the batteries.

When you see the screen is showing information as below, the radiator thermostat is ready for configuration. If not, please uninstall and reinstall the batteries and restart from step 1.
Note: If you can’t pair the radiator thermostat with the hub by retrying over and over again. Please press “+ and -* button simultaneously for 6 to reset the valve and restart from step 1.
Software Installation
- Download the Meross app.

2. Set up the device.
- Connect your smartphone or tablet to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
- Make sure your smart device is covered by strong Wi-Fi signal.
- The smart device supports [0S 13/ iPadOS 13 and later. It is recommended that you upgrade your /S or iPad OS to the latest version before pairing with the smart device.
- Launch the Meross app and log in to your account, or if you are a new user, tap Sign up to create new account.
- Tap the *+” icon to select the type of smart device you want to add, then you can just follow the setup wizard to finish configuration
- Relocation of the smart device does not require aditional operations provided that it remains on the same network with strong Wi-Fi signal.
Note:
- If this is not the first time you’ve added this smart device, you’ve hove to reset it before going any further.
- As long as you finish configuration, you’ll be able to manage the device in Apple Home app.
- If the QR code does not work, please try to add the smart device in Apple Home app. add the smart device in Apple Home app.

LED and Button Rules

Flashing: Ready to be paired/ Dis- connected from the hub.
Solid on: Paired/Connected to the hub. -
On : Schedule mode.
Off: Manual mode. -
On: Heating
Off: Cooling -
On : Battery replacement needed.
Off: Battery in good condition. -
Tap to increase temperature.

Tap to switch working mode. Long press to turn on/off thermostat.

Solid amber: Initiating/ Reset/ Firmware upgrading.

Flashing amber and green : Configuration mode.

Flashing green: Paring mode/Connecting to Wi-Fi/Disconnected from Wi-Fi.

Solid green: Connected to Wi-Fi with internet connection.

Solid red: No internet connection.

Press and hold (for 5 seconds) until Status LED flashes amber and green to set into configuration mode.

Double tap to set into pairing mode.
How to Use

Device Settings.
Device name: Set device name.
Smart hub: Set smart hub and check status.
User manual: Check user manual.
Mode Temp: Set temperature for Heat mode/Cool mode/Economy mode.
Schedule: Set temperature schedule for Auto mode.
Open window detection Alert when open window detected.
Temperature Calibration: Calibrate of the current temperature is not accurate.
Engine Calibration: Enable it if temperature controls not accurate.
Low Battery: Alert when low battery detected.
Time zone: Set time zone for your thermostat so that schedule can function properly.
Device time : Set device time
Location: Set location for your device. -
Voice Control.
With Amazon Alexa, Si r Google Assistant, you can set temperature and working mode by voice command. Visit Account->Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant page in Meross app for pairing instructions.
Note: All voice operation setting temperatures should be between 5°C and 36°C.
With Siri, you can -

Open Window Detection.
The device will automatically stop heating when it detects a sudden temperature drop (2°C in 15 mins as default). This is usually caused by an opened window or door. The device will resume to its previous status after 30mins (default) if no action is implemented. Or you can manually resume the device by pressing any button or via the guidance in Meross app. -
Things to Know.

In order to ensure the device a long working time with 2 X AA batteries. Settings in Meross app are not synced to the device immediately. Below are the rules applied.

2. In order to protect the device itself, the device will try to keep indoor temperature around 5°C, if indoor temperature is lower than 5°C.
