Power Failure and Timers

will be updated automatically. Daylight Saving Time (DST) adjustments are
handled by the app.
Removing a Device
- Open the smart plug interface in the Gosund App.
- Click the edit icon in the upper right corner.
- Select “Remove Device” and then click “Disconnect”.
My smart plugs will not connect to the app or Wi-Fi. Disconnected.
Please check these steps. Our smart devices required a 2.4g wifi network during the first initial setup. Please check if your router is dual-band, make sure your 5ghz is disabled while using 2.4g for the device to connect successfully. If you have a Wi-Fi extender/repeater or VPN, unplug it first. Then reset the WIFI plug before connecting. Simply press and hold the power button (for 5 seconds). The smart plug will blink slowly for AP mode and fast blinking for Easy mode. If there are too many devices connected to the router, the app may be disconnected. Please reset the socket, or change to a place with a better network environment.
I don't know if the router is 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz, how to change it?
How do they work after a power failure? are the timers still set? is the time and date updated? do they follow dst?
After the power goes down, the wifi plug t should automatically connect or resume its state in the app, and timers are still set as is. The time and date are updated. About DST, it is set automatically in the app. However, because the router itself will take a certain time to restart and restore the network when the connection times out, it will also cause the connection to fail. You just need to reconnect the smart devices to the app.
