Should I download an APP to control the smart device? (For more detail please scan the QR below)
Yes. We suggest you download the “Gosund” APP, it supports Android5.0 or iOS 13.0 or above system.
How to download the APP?

Search for “Gosund” in the Apple APP Store or Google Play.
Option2:
Scan the QR code to enter the download page. -
Is the 2.4G Wi-Fi a must for these smart devices?
Yes. Our smart devices require a 2.4G wi-fi network when you need to enable smart features like APP control remotely and voice control. -
How to create a 2.4g Wi-Fi?
If your new router is dual-band, please make sure your 5G is disabled while using 2.4g for the device to connect successfully. How to connect the smart plugs to Wi-Fi/APP? (For more detail please scan the QR below)
First, please reset the device before you connect it to your wi-fi. Second, please make sure the smart plugs are in a stable 2.4G Wi-Fi range. Third, follow the instruction and try both EZ and AP modes for successful connecting. Please refer to the short videos below

After download APP and login, make sure the indicator under blinking, then please use our APP “Add device” then scan the QR code and get into Quick Pairing, connect the device and APP. If you meet any issue, contact us via official website or APP

How to reset the smart plugs?
To reset, all you need is to press and hold on to the power button of the smart product (5 seconds) then you’ll hear a click sound. -
How to connect the smart plug with Alexa or Google Assistant? (For more detail please scan the QR below)
A. First download the Amazon Alexa APP, and log in to the Alexa account successfully.
B. Power on the Alexa speaker and make sure the Alexa speaker is connected to the network successfully
C. Open the Alexa APP and select Skills & Game, enter the APP name “Gosund” and click the search icon.
D. Find “Gosund” and click ”Enable to Use”, then sign in Gosund APP to enable the skill. The device can be controlled by Alexa.

More Functions in APP
- Timer and Countdown –Click the smart plug icon (or connected devices) in Gosund APP then set the countdown or timers (OFF) by minutes or hours
- Create Schedules — Click the smart plug icon (or connected devices) in Gosund APP, the create schedules to automate the connected devices
- Group Control– Open the Gosund APP, Click the smart plug icon (or connected devices) in Gosund APP , tap on the pencil icon on the top right corner, then tap on “Create Group”, then select the devices to add them to the group, rename the group and click the “Save” button, Then you can turn On/Off All devices in the group with just one click
- Share Device— Open the Gosund APP, click mine at the bottom right corner, then tap ‘’Share” to share your smart home or share device with your family
- Delete a Room — Open the Gosund APP Home page, tap the icon 田 at the end of the “All devices” row, then click “room management”, then tap on the icon on the top right corner, click the delete icon to delete the room or tap and hold the icon right hand to adjust the order
- Delete a Device/Smart Plug — Open the Gosund APP Home page, press the connected smart plug icon (or connected devices icon) for 3 seconds, then select the device you want to delete and click the delete button.
- Virtual ID– Open the Gosund APP, click the smart plug icon (or connected devices) in APP, tap on the pencil icon on the top right corner, and click ”Device Information” to copy the virtual ID. And send it to our customer service member to do a fast and further technical check when you need help.
Troubleshooting steps

My smart plugs won’t connect to the app.
First please confirm the smart plugs in the 2.4G Wi-Fi network, and that your phone is connected to 2.4G Wi-Fi while connecting steps. Then please try to unplug it from the socket, remove it from the app and reset it before connecting to the app again. -
My one smart plug connects through Wi-Fi and turns on and off but does not supply any power to the appliance.
First please check the power of the appliance connected, Our smart plugs smart plug’s rate current is 10A, and it is not suitable for high-powered devices. please try to unplug it from the socket, remove it from the app and reset it before connecting to the app again. To remove the device from the app: Click the device name -click the edit sign (upper right-hand side). Go to the bottom of the screen and click “Remove Device” or “Remove Device -clear data” *If you would like to delete all saved automation/schedule Then, please reset it before connecting again to the app. Then, please try to connect it to a different appliance to see if it makes any difference. Please provide us with your Virtual ID for technical checking if the issue persists. -
Offline issues
Please double-check how many smart devices can be connected at one time on your router. Some routers have limitations. A home router can only support 16-20 devices, including mobile phones, tablets, laptops, etc. When the router is overloaded, some smart devices will disconnect because the network is not stable. If the issue is not the router, please provide us with the Virtual ID of the smart device for technical checking. In most cases, it can be fixed by updating the device’s firmware. To find the Virtual ID, please open the app- click the smart device’s name – and click “edit sign” on the top right of the screen; Click “Device Information”, then you’ll find “Virtual ID”. Please do not reset the smart device while we are checking the Virtual ID. -
Automatic switch

My smart plugs will not connect to the app or Wi-Fi.
Please check these steps to make sure you are on the 2.4g as a requirement during the initial connection of the device to the app. Enter the “Wireless Settings (Wireless)” page of the router (the access method is usually on the label on the back of the router). Find the 2.4Ghz settings page, change the Wi-Fi name (SSID) to “xxx-2.4G”, and save the settings. Find the 5Ghz settings page, change the Wi-Fi name (SSID) to “xxx-5G”, and save the settings.
After the name change is completed, you can find the two Wi-Fi names “xxx-2.4G” and “xxx-5G” on the Wi-Fi search page of the mobile phone, then please choose the 2.4G. After which, kindly connect the smart devices to the app. Make sure you enter the correct password for your Wi-Fi. Please make sure to reset the smart plugs before connecting. Simply press and hold the power button (for 5 seconds). The smart plug will blink slowly for AP mode and fastly blinking for Easy mode.
