Troubleshooting steps
- Before connecting your devices, please make sure your 5ghz is disabled if your router is dual-band while using 2.4ghz wifi connection. Please do not use wifi extender or VPN / proxy servers during setting up the smart device. Also, please make sure you have entered the correct password of your wifi router in the app.
- Connecting: (Easy mode)Long press on/off button of the device for about 5 seconds until the indicator light rapidly blinks , fast blinking indicates it is ready to pair.(AP Mode)long press on/off button until the indicator light flashes slowly, slow blinking indicates it is ready to pair.
- If the issue persists, please restart your router or connect the device to a mobile wifi hotspot to see if it works.
