- Login account, add your device
- Choose 2.4G Wi-Fi (2.4G Wi-Fi Only)
- Connect your device
- Reset the device
HOW TO PAIR WITH THE APP
- Install an app after downloading it.
- Launch the app, then register an account.
- Include the gadget from the top right corner. Select “our switch” by tapping “+.”
- Set up your Wi-Fi connection as directed by the APP.
- If the LED indication flashes quickly after pressing any ON/OFF button for 5 seconds, the reset was successful. Available and waiting for connection is EZ mode.
- Or, if the LED indication is flashing quickly, push either of the ON/OFF buttons for 5 seconds to calm down the blinking. When the AP mode is selected, select the “SmartLife-XXX” hotspot to connect to. Wait for the connection to establish itself.

Is this switch UL listed?
There is no UL listing mark on the product, box, or manual. There is an ETL listed marking in the manual only, but not on the product or the box. ETL is another nationally recognized testing lab.
What does it mean to be “3 way”?
The 3-way switch is designed to turn on/off the light at 2 places, but could not control the speed and brightness. The 3-way switch also could be used as the single-pole switch
Can this switch work with a conventional (Non-Smart) 3-way switch as the pair?

What is the name of the app?
This 3-way smart switch can work in Gosund APP.
My switch blinks red and green. What does it mean?
The reason for that is you have not connected it to the Wi-Fi. After your wiring, the green light indicator flashes. If you press it like a normal switch, then it won’t show green light indicator again.
I accidentally bought a 3-way switch, can I use this to my single pole wall wiring setup?

Do these switches turn my outdoor led par 30 flood lights completely off? I have tried two other types and they just dim but don’t go off completely.
I have these switches and they will completely kill the power to whatever they are connected to. If you’re still having trouble with these switches, it’s possible you have a wiring issue, 3-way wiring can be tricky sometimes.
I have 3 switches controlling 3 lights in a 3-switch wall box. Will 3of your switches fit in a triple box with a triple cover plate.
I use two switches in a double gang box. The only issue you might run into. If there are too many wires inside the box. The switch goes deeper than regular switch.
Does it need a neutral line? How could I know whether there is a neutral line?
Yes, it needs a neutral line. The best way is to check the actual wires in the switch box, the neutral line is often going to be colored white, but it also may be other colors. If there are multi-gang switches, that has a much higher likelihood of having neutrals.
My smart device will not connect to Alexa. What should I do?
First, please make sure you have successfully connected the smart devices to Gosund app, then make sure the smart devices are online in the Gosund app. Offline devices cannot be discovered in Alexa.
Then please link the Gosund app to Alexa, if Alexa asks for a username and password, please enter the Gosund app’s username and password to link to Alexa.
It says wattage is 1700w. is that with any load; led, incandescent, florescent etc.?
Yes, it is.
One doesn’t seem to work. The led light on the switch doesn’t even turn on. The other one and that worked fine same location. What are my options?
If it is wired correctly it should work with one smart switch. I have used one in two separate 3-way light systems in my house and they work just fine. Be sure that you have the neutral wire properly wired to the white wire on the back of the smart switch and that the two travelers are on the proper terminals.
How do I install the 3-way switches? There are only 2 wires from your switches?
The 2 wires from our smart switch are Neutral and Ground. On your wall wirings, you must have ground, neutral, traveler 1, traveler 2 and live/hot load wire.
Are there 2-gang and 3-gang wall plates so they can be installed side by side?

Can I install 2 of these in a 3-gang set?
