UNPACKING YOUR ALLEVAWRAP

1. Remove the hardware and components from the shipping box and inspect all items for shipping damage.
2. Carefully read all safety warnings and operating instructions before setting up and using the AllevaWrap
3. Go to allevawrap.lifeprofitness.com and register your product within 14 days of purchase to activate your lifetime warranty.
4. Follow the steps in ATTACHING & CONNECTING THE WRAPS on page 10 to fit the leg compression wraps to your legs. And see OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS on page 12 for usage instructions.

EASY-START SETUP GUIDE

SECURE THE COMPRESSION WRAPS TO YOUR LEGS

• Make sure the wraps are not connected to the remote control.
• Open the Velcro® straps to fully open both wraps.
• Notice the two wraps are marked “L” (left) and “R” (right) to ensure correct placement.
• While sitting in a chair, place one air compression wrap on each leg. Your foot should rest flat in the bottom of the wrap. It will secure around your leg like a boot.
• Use the Velcro® straps to secure the compression wraps securely (but not too tightly) to your feet, then to your calves, then to your knees, and finally to your thighs.

PLUG IN THE AIR HOSE CONNECTORS

• Locate the air hose attached to each leg compression wrap. The connector at the end of each air hose has three prongs. The connectors are also labeled “L” and “R” to ensure proper placement.
• Insert the three-prong connector labeled “L” into the LEFT three-prong port in the base of the remote control and the “R” connector into the port on the right. The “L” and “R” face OUT.

CONNECT THE ALLEVAWRAP TO POWER

• Plug the power adapter into the DC port on the base of the remote control.
• Plug the power adapter into a standard wall outlet.
• Press the power button on the remote control to turn on the device.
• See ATTACHING & CONNECTING THE WRAPS on page 10, OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS on page 12 and TIPS FOR USING THE ALLEVAWRAP on page 9 for detailed instructions.

TIPS FOR USING THE ALLEVAWRAP

• Carefully read through all safety warnings and cautions before using.

• Place the compression wraps in position on your legs before powering on the device.

• Turn off the AllevaWrap and allow the wraps to deflate before removing.

• Sit or lie comfortably during use. Do not stand or walk around while using the device or wearing the wraps. Do not cross your legs.

• We recommend first time users start with 5-minute sessions per treatment area. Gradually working your way up to longer treatment sessions over a period of several weeks will allow your body to properly acclimate to compression therapy.

• Use the AllevaWrap 3–5 times a week for optimal results.

• We recommend wearing the compression wraps over light pants (such as sweatpants or leggings) and thin socks to prevent skin irritation and to keep the inside of the wraps clean.

• Use only over clean, dry clothing. Do not wear pants with zippers, buttons, or metal accessories on the legs. Do not wear accessories in the treatment area.

• We recommend beginning with the lowest compression intensity and increasing intensity once your feet and legs get used to the device.

• The device will automatically power off after 20 minutes of use. For best results, do not use continuously for more than 30 minutes.

• Check the areas you are treating frequently and stop immediately at the first sign of pain or discomfort, or if you begin to feel unwell.

• Attach the two of the included extension pieces to each the compression wrap (to the calf area and to the thigh area) if you need more length.

• Disconnect the remote control and power adapter from the compression wraps before storage or travel.
  CAUTION

• Do not use this product in combination with ointments, salves, liniments, balms, or other topical pain-relievers that contain ingredients that produce heat (such as capsaicin), as this may result in burns.

• Do not wear belts, jewelry, or pants with metal accessories, such as snaps, buttons, zippers, in the treatment area, as the metal may heat and cause burns.

• If the compression wraps begin to feel too hot against your skin, turn the heat function off immediately.

• Keep away from children and pets.

ATTACHING & CONNECTING THE WRAPS

ATTACHING THE AIR COMPRESSION WRAPS TO YOUR LEGS

1. Open all of the Velcro® straps and lay both compression wraps flat.
2. While sitting in a chair or on a sofa or bed, slide your right leg into the compression wrap labeled “R”.
3. The Lifepro logos and air hoses are on the outside of the wrap.
4. Your foot should rest flat in the bottom of the wrap.
5. Pull the wrap up around your calf.
6. Secure the Velcro® strap over your foot.
7. Secure the Velcro® strap around your calf.
8. Secure the Velcro® strap around your knee.
9. Secure the Velcro® straps around your thigh.
10. Readjust the Velcro® straps as needed to secure the wraps to your leg.NOTE: The Velcro® straps should be snug but not too tight.
11. Repeat steps 2–8 to secure the left “L” wrap to your left leg.

CONNECTING THE AIR HOSES

1. Locate the air hose connected to each leg compression wrap. The connector at the end of each air hose has three prongs. The connectors are labeled “L” and “R” to ensure properconnection.
2. Plug the left (“L”) air hose connector into the LEFT three-prong port on the base of the remote control. Make sure the “L” label on the front of the connector faces out.
3. Plug the right air hose connector into the base of the remote control. Be sure the “R” label faces out.

CONNECTING THE ALLEVAWRAP TO POWER

1. Plug the AC power adapter into the DC port on the base of the remote control.
2. Plug the power adapter into a standard wall outlet.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Please read the operating instructions before using the AllevaWrap. Keep this manual for reference.
USING THE REMOTE CONTROL TO OPERATE THE ALLEVAWRAP

1. On/Off Button: Press the button to power the AllevaWrap on and off. The button LED will light up when the device is on.

2. Strength Button : Toggle through the
   five compression intensity levels, 1–5. Compression strength level 1 is selected by default. The five LEDs above the button indicate the selected level.

3. Vibration & Heat Button: Toggle through the three options: low, high, and off. Vibration and heat are off by default. The two LEDs above the button indicate the selected option: the left LED indicates low, the right LED indicates high, and both LEDs are off when heat and vibration are off.

4. Mode 1 Button: Press to select mode 1 and begin the massage program. The LED above the button lights up when mode 1 is selected.

5. Mode 2 Button: Press to select mode 2 and begin the massage program. The LED above the button lights up when mode 2 is selected.

USING YOUR ALLEVAWRAP

1. Press the On/Off button to turn on the AllevaWrap.
2. Press either the Mode 1 button or Mode 2 button to choose the desired massage mode and begin the massage program. When selected, the massage will begin automatically. Low massage intensity is selected by default, and heat and vibration are off by default.
3. Mode 1: Massage cycles through foot, then calf, then thigh. The air compression chambers inflate and deflate in a cycle. The Mode 1 LED lights up when Mode 1 is selected.
4. Mode 2: Massages the foot, calf, and thigh all at the same time. All air compression chambers inflate, then deflate, together. The Mode 2 LED lights up when Mode 2 is selected.
5. Press the Strength button to toggle through the five massage intensity levels, 1–5, if desired. The five strength LEDs indicate the current strength level selected. Intensity level 1 is selected by default.
6. Press the Vibration & Heat button to toggle through the three options, low heat and vibration, high heat and vibration, and off, if desired. Low heat is 104–113 °F and high heat is 114–131°F. The first vibration/heat LED lights up when low is selected, the second LED lights up when high is selected. Both LEDs are off when heat and vibration are off.NOTE: Only the foot and knee areas are heated. Vibration is only in the calf and thigh.
7. Press the On/Off button to stop the massage session at any time. The AllevaWrap will automatically shut down after 20 minutes of use.
8. Always power off and unplug the device after each use.
9. Allow the compression wraps to completely deflate before removing them from your legs.
10. Allow the wraps to completely cool down before storing or cleaning.

USING THE ALLEVAWRAP WITH AN EXTERNAL POWER BANK
The AllevaWrap supports the use of a 12V–3A external battery, also called a power bank. The external battery and required DC power cable are not included; sold separately.

• Have poor blood circulation, peripheral neuropathy dysfunction affecting the legs, ankles, or feet, or if you have sensory deficiencies, including an impaired ability to sense external temperature or elevated body temperature.
• Are under the care of a physician for a pre-existing health condition or have any concerns about your health.
• Have recently had surgery, LASIK or PRK eye surgery, if you have cancer or suspect you may have cancerous lesions. Do not use over malignant or benign tumors.
• Have osteoporosis.
• Have a skin disorder, including inflammatory skin disorders, or sensitive skin.

• Keep long hair away from the product to avoid getting it caught in the Velcro®.

CLEANING, STORAGE & MAINTENANCE

• Use the device only over clean clothing to keep the inside of the massager clean.
• Turn off, unplug, and allow the device to cool down before cleaning or storing.
• Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth after use. WARNING! Do not allow water or other liquids to come into contact with the device.
• Do not use abrasive, corrosive, solvent, or chemical cleaners or harsh detergents to clean the device.
• If debris or hair gets caught in the Velcro® hook and loop fasteners, use a toothpick to remove.
• Store the device in a cool, dry, indoor location. Disconnect the remote control and power cable before storing.
• Do not store other objects on top of the device. Store in the original box to prevent damage to the air compression chambers and air hoses.
• Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device; contains no user-serviceable parts.

DEVICE IS NOT WORKING

Device is not plugged in.

| Connect the power adapter to the DC port on the base of the remote control. Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
Device is not turned on.| Press the On/Off button to turn on the AllevaWrap.
REMOTE CONTROL LEDS ARE ON, BUT DEVICE IS NOT WORKING|

Air hoses are not properly connected.

| Plug the left and right air hoses into the left and right ports on the base of the remote control. Make sure the air hoses are properly connected to the wraps.

DEVICE STOPPED WORKING SUDDENLY

| Device automatically shuts off after the 20-minute working time ends.| Allow the device to rest for about 15 minutes before beginning a new

massage session. Turn the AllevaWrap on to begin a new session.

The air hoses have become disconnected.| Check each air hose to ensure it is properly connected to the compression wrap and to the remote control.
The power adapter has become disconnected| Check the power adapter to ensure it is still properly plugged into the DC port on the base of the remote control

MASSAGE INTENSITY IS TOO STRONG OR TOO WEAK

| The massage intensity (strength) selected is not optimal.| Choose a different massage intensity from the five options, 1–5. We recommend starting with the lowest intensity level.
The Velcro® straps on the wraps are too tight or too loose.| Adjust the tightness/looseness of the Velcro® straps as needed.
The vibration option selected is not optimal.| Choose from low vibration and heat, high vibration and heat, and off.
HEAT IS TOO HIGH OR TOO LOW| The heat option selected is not optimal.| Choose from low heat and vibration, high heat and vibration, and off.
